Hello,i want to use the wide angle camera on my iPad air. Clearly Zoom has access to it since center stage works fine, but how can i use it without center stage?I need it for my online music lesson as my whole instrument should be visible.
Since I updated the app on my iPad 10 on the 16th of December, every time I leave the main window to share a file through Google Drive, share a link from Safari or share my screen, my Zoom crashes and I have to sign back into the meeting I was hosting. For about 15 seconds after, my account can be seen in two windows to my participants (one frozen from when my Zoom crashed and the other working regularly of when I signed back in). There was an update on the 17th that had bug fixes, but it didn't solve the problem. I tried restarting my iPad to no avail. Is anyone else having the same issue?
Hello - just updated zoom today (11.02.22) and it seems like Original Sound needs to be turned on manually every time now. For the last few months it was already always on once I did it initially ... and this was so amazing. No more messing up meetings where I share audio or workshops where we're working on music things and I just know its going to sound amazing from the beginning without the extra awkward "wait let me turn on original sound". Is there a way for me to turn original sound on and let it be that way forever on the newest version? If not...can this become a thing please?
I am having great difficulty in working out how to view my meetings now. The Zoom Meetings home page used to have a tab labelled 'Meetings', this has now gone and it seems that it has all been migrated to Calendar so there is now no longer a simple definitive 1 page list of future meetings that can be viewed. Also when setting up a meeting there no longer is a tab labelled 'Copy Invitation' once it has been completed. There have been some radical and none too helpful changes recently and not for the better by any means!!
We've run a few Events now and we've encountered the following issue with our survey responses: Responses to event surveys & polls are not being displayed in the Surveys & Polls dashboard (under Event Analytics). We're able to pull a custom report or just download the table data where it does show that there actually were responses to a particular survey. Could this be a product issue that needs to be addressed? Thank you for the help with this concern,Manuel

Hello ,I have a German account. A Paid account. For several weeks now, I have been unable to turn my “original musician sound” on and off. It is always on and even cannot be turned off in the audio settings at the bottom left. Who can help, please?
The meetings tab at the top of the page has now gone again. The only way it appears that you can view upcoming meetings is to use the Calendar option which will only provide a single day by day format. There is no way to view a summary list of all meetings which is really useful, so why was this removed?

Hello, My name is Eyvanna and I am a Technical Recruiter. Recently, I have been working with a candidate who has suffered severe profound hearing loss. He communicates well via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, so long as the live captions are on. The company he has been interviewing with, uses Zoom as a company standard for video interviews and meetings. My team and I have scoured the web looking for live closed-captioning options for Zoom, and have not been able to find any options that are not paid features through a third party. Some solutions require a subscription and monthly fees, others you pay 0.99 cents or more per minute. The interview process has been very frustrating for myself and the candidate due to a lack of live closed captioning options. Can anyone offer solutions?
My Participants Pane doesn't show all the connected viewers. They show up in the Gallery view, even if they don't have a camera enabled/turned-on. わかる方がいたら教えてください。昨日アップデートし最新バージョンにしたところ、左下に「常に自分を中央に表示する」とポップアップで表示されました。「する」を選択してしまったのですが、元の設定へ戻す方法がわかりません。調べたところ左上の歯車設定でビデオ設定のところから「常に自分を中央に表示する」をOFFにするとなっていましたが項目が見つからずもとへ戻せません。全体を映し出す状態へ戻す設定の方法をわかる方がいたら教えていただけると助かります。よろしくお願いします。
I join a meeting and can see all the participants clearly, but can't hear the audio. I always check that my computer speaker is on, and run the audio and microphone test through zoom which will play the 'ringtone' and my microphone playback clearly. What can I do about this? I've also been using the same device for almost 2 years without issue until recently, and my speaker works fine with all other programs on the computer.
HelloWe facilitate AA meetings on Zoom and because of the open format and public posting of meetings we are a prime target for Zoom Bombers. We remove and report the Bombers when they come in. We use all the available features to limit interruptions but they find ways around them. This post is not to illicit zoom 101 comments, it to hopefully be an online petition for Zoom to track the accounts, IP addresses, and other identifying factors of Bombers' to restrict their access to the platform. We have done all we can, we need Zoom to start removing bad actors. Please help! Thanks
My campaign was rejected for "Brand Inconsistencies" and I can't figure out why. The only thing I can think of is that my website and this campaign use the name of my DBA company name. But when I submitted the brand for approval, I listed my official company name AND my registered DBA, so that should be covered. My brand was approved, but the campaign (using the DBA) was rejected. My website uses the brand of my DBA, which is a common circumstance. So my campaign and my website match. But I think it might be looking for the registered business name that is tied to my EIN?? But I don't use that old name for anything so I'm not sure how to resolve this. Please advise. I need to get SMS working becuase I use it for client communications and people are texting and I'm not getting them.

Hi, I'm a newbie here. I purchased the Zoom Phone plan today and selected a number, but it is still pending activation. I checked online, and it said it usually takes no more than 2 hours, but it's been half a day now, and it's still not working. I wonder what I should do, or is this actually normal? Our office has some rotating staff who are sometimes (but not always) responsible for handling calls from one of our Call Queues. Right now, it's somewhat burdensome for us to manually enable/disable their Call Queue membership (or the "Receive Call Queues" user setting) repeatedly, or during certain weekend/holiday hours. Is there any way to set a schedule and/or time limit for call queue membership? So for example, if we know Employee A will be covering the call queue from Fri-Mon, we could just set that schedule somewhere instead of having them (or an admin) manually go flip the switch every time there's a change?
I need to record separate audio files from my meeting, but when I go to 'settings' and 'recording', there's no option to 'record a separate audio file for each participant' as all the help articles say there should be. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I fix it? Thanks.
What is the unique setting necessary to ensure we are tracking all participants within the Zoom Conf. I ran the report per the instructtons and it came out blank although I had 2- plus folks online. How do I ensure they are captured

I can never use my ipad’s apple pencil (ipad pro with zoom 6.3.6) to edit or correct while sharing my screen. I can sometimes use it when other meeting members share their screen, but not always. I need apple pencil to edit and correct and my only workaround is to take a picture of what I want to edit/correct and then share photo, that allows me to edit with apple pencil but is way too time consuming… anybody met same issues? thanks

Hi held a live combined online meeting which I recorded. The online participants could only hear the same repeated phrase, like it had gotten stuck on top of the video and me speaking in the background (not audiable). The same was recorded. I reset the whole meeting, but the same happend.When I've troubleshooted now with the same equipment it worked perfectly.I've done this now for 3 years and it's never happend. Has this happened to anyone before?What happened and how can I avoid it?Is it possible to recover the recording and remove the overlayer "stuck" phrase? Thank you!Marie
