Lately, folks' statuses are automatically changing to Out of Office.  I have checked the settings, and it shows Away after X amount of minutes, but I don't see where it changes to Out of Office. Does anyone else see this? Kristi

Hi everyone,Lately I’ve been experiencing random freezing issues during Zoom meetings on my Windows 11 laptop. The video just stops and the app becomes unresponsive, although audio sometimes keeps playing in the background.I’ve updated Zoom to the latest version and also made sure my system drivers are current. It usually happens about 10–15 minutes into a call, and I have to force quit and rejoin.Is it related to system performance or something with Zoom and Windows 11? Thanks!

Is anyone else seeing this message “This webinar has reached the maximum allowed share sound sessions” when trying to share over another person who is already sharing with sound?This seems new to 7.0.0 They only solution we found was to stop sharing sound on the shared then overtake with screen share, or have sound off on overtaking device then turn on sound once shared. It’s doable but not ideal for our workflow.

Hello,I’m working on commissioning some built up Windows machine (Crestron Flex) based Zoom Rooms video conferencing systems for a rather large university in the Boston area. Regarding sharing content ingest audio to a meeting - I’ve always handled content ingest audio via the content ingest path into the Zoom machine via a Zoom certified Magewell HDMI to USB capture card. Additionally, this is how it has been handled on every Windows machine (Crestron Flex) based Zoom Rooms application that I have ever seen.Without getting into the weeds too bad, this has caused a situation where content audio is doubled when content is shared. The client here had, in another room, resolved this by taking the content ingest audio out from the Magewell path and passed it to Zoom Rooms via the path that brings the local in-room microphones into the Zoom PC and then into the meeting - thru the DSP, mixed into the mic mix and then passed out from the DSP over USB and into Zoom. If I’ve used the wrong category for this post, go ahead and redirect it to the appropriate one.  No worries.I use Zoom 7.0.0 (33767) on a Windows-based notebook computer.  My question is this:  How do I re-enable the Classic Notes feature?  I have searched the help resources but have been unable to find anything, so I am posting here.When I try to use what looks like Classic Notes, it takes me to a forced-redirect page within the app that says, “Upgrade your note-taking with the new and more powerful editing experience. Migrate your data to the new notes for a better experience. You can still access your previous classic notes.”  When I click the “View Classic Notes” button (gray with black type), it takes me to Zoom Web Access.  I don’t want to write and edit my notes on the web.  I do want to be able to write and edit my notes in-app.I don’t know what else to do to get Zoom to work the way I want it to.  All suggestions are welcome.Thank y

Hi! The "raise your hand" button is missing for me...When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case? Kind regards!

I am placing the pinned presenter view and a video on an Epson overhead projector screen, and keeping the laptop for admin functions such as invite and chat separate. We are using a Lavalier microphone setup that connects to an interface. The video and presenter are heard in the room on speakers with simultaneously broadcast on Zoom. What do you think of this configuration. Has anyone done this successfully?

How can I convert a Recurring Scheduled meeting into a No Fixed Time Recurring meeting and retain the same meeting ID?  The No Fixed Time Recurring meeting has been used to feed into a live webcast for several years.  I am not clear exactly how it happened, but I suspect the meeting type has been accidentally changed to Scheduled when the meeting URL and ID were included in a Google Calendar entry notifying about a short test meeting.  I did not know that this was possible.  Changing the meeting ID would mean alterations in several platforms and notifying various clients, so we want to avoid this if possible.  We have set the recurrences to six months apart to secure the meeting ID, but this adds spurious entries to our calendar so is not an elegant solution.

I have a new iPadAir6, iPadOS version 18.3.2. When music is played during a Zoom meeting its starts out loud and clear for 3-4  seconds, then the volume goes way down and the quality is poor. The sound fluctuates for the duration of the music. Voice seems just fine. I have several iPads and iPhones, this does not happen on any of the other devices, only on the iPadAir6. I have learned that others who have the same version, iPadAir6 have the same problem. It seems there is a problem running the Zoom client on iPadAir6. Is Zoom support aware of this issue? Has anyone at Zoom looked into it?

We are experiencing problems with our phone.  A recording interrupts our incoming calls with we are experiencing phone issues 

Am I just missing it, or is USA (+1) not selectable when entering a phone number?  I have had to use Puerto Rico to get the +1 in front of my number.  I might have missed it since there seems to be no order to the countries.

Hey all - hoping for some hacks or tricks I don’t know. Here’s my situation - I have three calendars that I would like to keep updated with the same availability. Each calendar is for a different kind of session and therefore has a different title. Is there anyway to add the dates and times I’m open ONCE and apply it to more than one scheduling calendar? Thanks for any input - I know it can be done manually but it’s such a pain in the booty.   

I selected the "None" option for the virtual background, yet a virtual background is still being applied; Zoom is unable to display my actual surroundings. I have already turned off "I have a green screen". by the way I got a Mac.

Hello I am using the latest version of zoom (5.16.10) I don't have the option for rich text formatting in chat. I am on Windows 11 Client on Laptop

A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings? 

For the past two months, when scheduling new meetings, the meeting is not sent to recipients or put on my calendar when the SEND button is clicked 

Is it possible to show the scheduler link for the next two weeks, continuously? Right now, it’s only possible to set a fixed date or forever, but I’d like to change it so only it’s showing the next two weeks.

I just create a booking page with 5 booking types, all good - easy process.But I want to re-arrange them in a differnet order. Don't see a drag - drop option to reorganise the tiles.What can I do to re arrange my meetings so they are displayed in a proper order when recipients open my scheduler hyperlink?Thanks

I'm using Zoom Scheduler through Chrome on a Mac. I am trying to set up 30-minute meetings with a 15-minute buffer at the beginning and a 15-minute buffer at the end. I am available from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. I have input this information into Zoom Scheduler, but it is showing the meeting times available as 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30. I was expecting the first meeting time would be listed as 11:15, since that would give me the requested 15-minute buffer between 11:00 (when I become available) and 11:15 (when the meeting would start). I was expecting the last time available would be listed as 2:15: that meeting would end at 2:45, giving me the requested 15-minute buffer before I am no longer available (at 3:00). What am I doing wrong?

I’m able to connect my Apple iCloud calendar successfully, including generating and using an app-specific password. The connection completes without errors, and I can select and deselect the specific calendars that should be checked for conflicts.The problem is that the Scheduler does not appear to actually sync the underlying events. Most existing events on those selected calendars are not showing up as busy blocks. As a result, those times are presented as available for booking, even though they are already occupied on my calendar.I’ve also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar to rule out a stale connection. The behavior is the same after reconnecting.From what I can tell, it picks up one existing meeting (I have one tomorrow that appears), but nothing beyond that. Events later in the week and beyond are ignored.

HI!I just imported over 200 customers into my "Personal Contacts" in Zoom but now I can't find a way to invite them all to a re-occuring meeting.  Can anyone help me please??? GOD Bless you!AB

Sound echoes on my meeting even if using a microphone, or internal microphone on my Mac book.  Is there a setting to fix that?

Hello,I’ve been battling through uninstalling/updating Zoom on a handful of computers recently. I’ve encountered an issue where I’m unable to uninstall it because “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”. I’m trying to uninstall these silently and I believe if I could get the MSI for version 6.3.52884 I would be able to. Does anyone have the installer.msi for 6.3.52884? Thanks,Paul
