iCloud Calendar Connected but Not Syncing Busy Times

I’m able to connect my Apple iCloud calendar successfully, including generating and using an app-specific password. The connection completes without errors, and I can select and deselect the specific calendars that should be checked for conflicts.

The problem is that the Scheduler does not appear to actually sync the underlying events. Most existing events on those selected calendars are not showing up as busy blocks. As a result, those times are presented as available for booking, even though they are already occupied on my calendar.

I’ve also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar to rule out a stale connection. The behavior is the same after reconnecting.

From what I can tell, it picks up one existing meeting (I have one tomorrow that appears), but nothing beyond that. Events later in the week and beyond are ignored.

@jcricket71 can you try to troubleshoot your page? That will tell you icloud is sending back free/busy events.

I see some “unavailable” event slots - “Time slot has a conflict with another “busy” calendar event” - but it’s totally inconsistent with what’s on my calendar. Some actual events show as unavailable (good), other days have no availability (maybe because there’s an “all day event” on the calendar (not marked as an appointment). Basically it’s unusable in its current form for the only purpose you’d want it for.

@jcricket71 Is it possible that you have multiple calendar in your iCloud calendar account while you only check conflict for one of them?
