Phone issues, recording interrupts incoming calls. with we are experiencing problems with our phone system and working hard to resolve

What is the text of the recording that interrupts your incoming calls?

Is this a new issue with an existing phone system?  If so, was a recent change made to your phone system and what was the change?

What Zoom Workplace apps or clients are you using and what is the version?  Was a new version recently installed?

Are the incoming calls routed through an auto receptionist, IVR, call queue, and or some other routing method?  Was any recent change made?
