What is the text of the recording that interrupts your incoming calls?

Is this a new issue with an existing phone system? If so, was a recent change made to your phone system and what was the change?

What Zoom Workplace apps or clients are you using and what is the version? Was a new version recently installed?

Are the incoming calls routed through an auto receptionist, IVR, call queue, and or some other routing method? Was any recent change made?
