Meeting Summary was turned on automatically for my meeting. Recording was turned on manually a few minutes after the meeting started. I've received an email telling me how to access the video, audio and chat for the meeting. AI Companion "catch up" did work during the meeting. It is now more than an hour since the meeting ended. I see where to access the summary, https://us02web.zoom.us/user/meeting/summary#/list, but it is grayed out. Is a delay in generating the summary normal? Should I expect it to show up eventually?
I don't want the AI companion attending my meetings. I've switched it off in multiple places all over my account, and yet it pops up as a participant every single time. My meetings are private, I don't want any other parties listening in. It's a massive security black hole. It's so annoying to block it manually for every single meeting. How do I uninstall it, when it was never installed in the beginning. I went through the AI support, and everything it suggested is already off.
Hi there, As a free account user, I want to learn if there are any restrictions or a limit on recording a group meeting? I am planning a day long workshop with a few sections and I would like to record them all. But, I am not sure if there is any time limit linked to a free account. I understand that all my recordings can be saved locally. Would this be correct? Any advise would be great. Anna
Just in Zoom my face is very big, i need to distance 2 meter from my laptop to be in normal size. This is not normal, in other prgrams the picture is normal. Sorry, i am not English native speaker.
PrefaceI just stumble across a non-legit signing cert the other day while wanting to update the Zoom client on Debian and Red Hat like distros. I was wondering if Zoom Inc. is to lazy to provide their Linux User base a valid public signing key for their packages (deb and rpm). Nevertheless, the key just arrived today and with a little tweaking the install should run through smoothly. So for all those people who want to upgrade or install the Zoom desktop client onto lots of Linux desktop machines feel free to follow the below steps. Any Feedback is always appreciated.A. Hi! We're hoping for some advice/best practices- anything would be great. Situation:1. We have a webinar scheduled for "date a" with 100+ registrants. 2. We need to reschedule this webinar to "date b". 3. All registrants have already received an email confirmation with the information for "date a" and they need to be updated with an email for "date b". What is the best way to handle this? If we change the webinar date, will registrants be notified and/or can we control the email that they receive? Would love recommendations, we can't seem to find any info on this. Thanks!
How can I remove the speaker thumbnail when recording, so that only the shared screen is recorded, and no thumbnail/speaker is shown? In Settings > Recording, I have disabled "Record active speaker with shared screen", "Record gallery view with shared screen" and "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately". I have also disabled "Display participants' names in the recording" and "Record thumbnails when sharing". Finally, in the meeting itself, under Settings > Recording, I have disabled "Display participants' names in the recording". Despite all this, I'm still getting a small black box for the active speaker in the top right which shows up in the recording, when I only want to see the slide presentation. Previously, I was able to get rid of this box by changing just the meeting setting to remove "Display participants' names in the recording" but now I cannot find any way to get rid of it. When I go to my settings and click the Backgrounds & Effects, my virtual backgrounds are all there. However, when I am in an active meeting, my virtual backgrounds do not show up. The only background possible is blur. Any solution?
With the old Zoom UI clicking the video or audio settings opened a new window with all the settings including the, “General” tab. This was very easy to navigate. Now if I click on Videoo settings a side panel opens which resizes my Zoom window on the screen. After i close options, I have to move and resize the window again. I find this very difficult to use. Also, the “General” option is missing. How can i revert back to the old UI where all the settings including the “General” tab could be easily accessed as a floating window? Kind regardsChris

Hiwe are having issue with the new Ubuntu Version and the Zoom Client.When we are using our headset it does not work. It is working with all other applications and webservices but it does not work with the Zoom Client > tested with the newest one 6.2.6It was working with the older Versions of Ubuntu, other users form our company are having no issues with older Ubuntu Versions.Any other users out there who has made the same experiance?Cheers
A client that uses Zoom regularly keeps trying to send me invites to Zoom meetings but these invites are not coming through to my Gmail address at all. I have checked Spam and Promotions tabs and have done a global search in Gmail for the no-reply@zoom.us address -- with no luck. The client is not receiving any error messages on their end and I have been unable to find anything here in the Community or in Zoom Support or across all of Google to help solve this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated because this situation is getting VERY frustrating for me and for the client. Thank you!
This is something I never noticed myself as I always keep the right-side chat panel open during meetings. But apparently, as of the April 2022 release of Zoom, there is a Chat Preview popup which appears for in-meeting chat if you do not have the chat panel/popup open. It hovers over the Chat button briefly every time someone chats: A user of mine was asking if it was possible to permanently disable this popup, as it is a bit annoying (something I agree with). If one hits ^ next to the chat button, there is an option to disable this chat preview. However, unchecking this option only lasts for the duration of your meeting. If you leave the meeting and join another meeting, the Show Chat Previews option goes back to being turned on by default. Does anyone know of a way to permanently disable this chat preview, so that it stays off, and doesn't get re-enabled every time one joins a meeting? I couldn't find any admin settings regard
I have a meeting I created in zoom. It is appearing on my calendar in zoom, but it doesn't appear in my GOogle calendar. All of my google calendar entries appear in zoom calendar.
Hello i try to create a free account with my business Mail, but the Mail with the verification code does not arrive. Not in Spam and not if we allow the zoom mails on our server.... I have 2 regular recurring meetings - one every Monday at 11am, and one every Wednesday at 6pm. Today I discovered the meetings are no longer showing up on my list of upcoming meetings. There's nowhere to start the meeting from. I could recreate it, except the meeting link has been published a number of places as they are regular office hours for virtual students. If I find the link (like, that I sent out via email to a student in the past) it lets me start it and recognizes I'm the host, and all is well. But how can I get it back to showing up in my list of scheduled meetings??

A few weeks ago I lost the ability to use my mic when using Zoom. I can still hear everything, just can't talk. The mic works in other apps and in the advanced settings within Zoom. However, when I attempt to test and use my audio when in a meeting, it doesn't connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom client multiple times and I am now running 5.11.5. I have updated my OS to Big Sur 11.6.8 on my older mac and am running Monterey 12.5 on a brand new MacBook Air that just came home today. I've restarted everything multiple times and tried every audio source available on my computers and Zoom will not work properly on either computer. Does anyone have any recommendations or fixes for this problem?

Mine and my company members' profile pictures keep resetting. I think it's because we use a google login and it always defaults to the google profile picture on our email. This would be alright except the image is turned into a 10x10 blurry mess. If we change the profile picture or delete it, it will return the next day. This is a significant oversight by the Zoom team. Is there a fix for this?
I have recently integrated calendly with my zoom account, same log ins and emails but in Calendly, I click on the zoom link and it says 'hot hasn't yet joined meeting' or on my zoom calendar, some of the meetings aren't listed, which are in calendly.Please advise.
I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that I used with previous version of Zoom meetings and on Windows 10 with no problems, but I have been having a hard time getting them to function as the speaker and microphone in Zoom. Pertinent System Information:Device: Microsoft Surface Pro 8OS: Windows 11 Home Edition 64-bitZoom meetings version: 5.9.1 (newest available)The headphones are recognized by Zoom meetings and are available in the drop-down menus in the Audio settings. I have also tried using the "Same as system" and "Bluetooth Headphones" options for both the speaker and microphone functions and have not been able to get them to operate correctly. The headphones do work fine with multiple other apps on my tablet, so believe it is a Zoom meetings issue that is precluding my usage of the headphones. Recently, on 3 separate occasions, I logged in as a guest to another host’s scheduled meeting. When I clicked on the invite link, it logged me in multiple times, I appeared in the participant window as 3 times???- and I couldn’t close any of the “2 extras” and had to log out completely- but when I tried to re-enter the meeting the same problem occurred...ANY SUGGESTION OR HELP AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING???
