Good day! I have been online with support for three days and GROK AI and read through Community suggestions. Online support finally said something is wrong with my ACCOUNT. How do I get that issues fixed. I have uploaded pictures to support and have an open case. I have had to use a different meeting platform because I can't SHARE my screen. I have another meeting TUES with 43 people and need to get this working!! Please help! Zoom support hasn't gotten back to me. I don't want to have to spend more money on another platform. Hi Zoom Support Community,I am writing for help with an issue regarding an AI notetaker named "Alfred" that automatically joins every Zoom meeting I attend. I am using a free personal Zoom account on a Mac with all system and Chrome updates installed. This bot appears whether I use the Zoom desktop application or the web browser. I cannot find "Alfred" listed as an installed app on my laptop or within my Zoom account settings. Currently, the bot can only be removed if I am the meeting host. In meetings where I am a participant and the host is also unable to remove it, the bot remains in the session. I have been unable to find any information online regarding this specific tool or how to disable it. Could you please help me identify why this is happening and provide instructions on how to permanently prevent this bot from joining my meetings? Thank you!!

I have a webinar scheduled with breakout rooms enabled. I would like someone in each breakout room to record locally (I will make the co-hosts), just like you do in a Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? I tested and it let me as the Host, but I hesitate because of the confusion is here on the Zoom page: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057838Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms.   

It seems impossible to use an external audio device with Zoom on iOS. All other apps like youtube or spotify use it without any problems.

When listening to a Zoom-meeting with a bluetooth-speaker on iOS (iPhone), audio sounds very low quality like an old telephone.On a desktop it also sounds bad initially, but there is an option to manually choose the internal mic so that high-quality audio is restored to the speaker.Also there’s no option to use a speaker via an audio adapter. It simply doesn’t work.  When will this be fixed? It works badly like this for years. Only iPhones internal speaker sounds good. 

Anyone else seeing this issue with certain Poly X Gear? Getting hit with the following: 

I had a recurring meeting running and today noticed that all of the previous meetings are "gone" and none of the upcoming meetings are there anymore. No participants exist! And the registration page is gone! What's up zoom? 

Seeing this happen more and more in one of our rooms that utilizes a Poly Studio G62. Anyone else running into this issue/know how to permanently resolve?

I routinely get email reminders to Zoom webinars that I never signed up for. Worse yet, these reminders also come with an addition to my calendar filling it with bogus BS spam webinars.GotoWebinar has also had this issue but what they're doing about it is allowing you to click a SPAM report for these uninvited webinar invitations. My only recourse with Zoom is to click unsubscribe, which I do on every one. I get 2-5 new ones a day. I wish Zoom would weed out these bad actor spammers once and for all. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

Hi guys, I'm having a really annoying issues with zoom, that used to work with bluetooth device but is no longer working.I have the nearby permission enabled, tried to delete all zoom data, uninstall, reinstall... but to no avail.Is there any possibility to have zoom working with my bluetooth devices? Without this it's totally useless on my android devices. Thank you!

Somehow, every meeting (scheduled or unscheduled) is automatically being recorded to the Cloud -- and I want to turn that feature OFF. I can't figure out how to do it. Help! EDIT: I finally figured it out under PERSONAL ROOM!

Running Zoom 7.0.2. Since yesterday, when I attempt to start a new meeting and hit the orange button, my Zoom client fails to start the new meeting, and instead grays out New Meeting, Join, and Share Screen icons. Have signed out, uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted the computer many times.  

My zoom camera is no longer "on" when I join a meeting. I've checked the settings and the box "turn off camera when joining a meeting" is NOT checked. Can anyone tell me how to get my camera to automatically turn on when joining a meeting?

Is there anyway to revert back to Zoom instead of Zoom workplace? Am so frustrated with it, 80% of my reoccurring meetings no longer work even though they're on the calendar. I didn't ask for this additional noise on the plan. I can't believe this, but I'm about ready to switch to Microsoft teams because I can't take, what they did to Zoom, which was the best program out there. Anyone know how to back to zoom instead of zoom workplace?

I do virtual notary work and came across this tonight. My client has an android phone and all was going well (we could see and hear each other) until he needed to share his screen to complete his notarization. His video stopped but I could see his screen. I still need to be able to see him on the sidebar and see his screen. I've only had this happen on an android device. Once I ended the call, I played with mine and got an error as well saying "your video is paused during mobile screen sharing." Help?!?!?!?

HI all, I end up manually selecting the vanishing pen about 5 times a day (I draw a lot during meetings). Would be nice if the app remembers the users last used pen style (like it does with the colour), or have a place in settings to configure a default pen.

When virtual background was turned off in earlier versions, it turned off. Then I could hold up stuff before the camera and it would look OK. Now when I turn off virtual backgrounds it is all blue and I can't show anything I hold up in front of the camera or see anything but a blue virtual background that causes weird stuff to happen to my image like disappearing parts of my head etc.  

For sharing docs in a meeting, there used to be two options:  share in the meeting (so, all participants can see the document) and “Share Privately,” so you could view a Zoom doc and edit it, but not have to share it in the meeting.  This option has disappeared for me.  Does anyone know how to get it back?  It was very useful because I’m a music instructor and I would keep the document open on my screen for the entire lesson and make notes, but now the student also has to have it open on his or her screen, which is annoying.  

All of the sudden I’m getting email from “ERS via Otter.ai”  (no-reply@otter.ai). How could the Zoom product possibly allow this to occur without explicit authorization?
