Hi everyone

Please help me because I’m about to throw my laptop through a window or against a wall! All I want to do is use my company logo as a meeting background and I’ve followed all the instructions given to me but just cannot get to that option.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP ME!

    hi @Duncan Taborda

open meeting settings, go to video,  go to background, click Add, click Add Image, select the image you want to use, select this image for your virtual background.

this is support article Changing your virtual background image covers the requirements.

the picture of the cat is from https://www.pexels.com/, the photographer is Jacek Pobłocki, Trąbki Wielkie, Polska

    Hi Eliot

Thank you so much for your response and your advice. However, I am just not seeing what your screenshots show. If I click ‘meetings’ which I have shown in my first screenshot, I reach the page shown in the 2nd one. If I click ‘settings’ from that initial list and then click ‘meetings’ I get to the 5th screen. I just cannot see ‘video and effects’ anywhere.

I just don’t know where I am going wrong.

Sorry Eliot, I also tried from my desktop app and when I click settings, it shows the first screenshot below and I can only see ‘background and effects.’ When I click this, it takes me to the next screenshot and there is no plus icon for me to add one.

    Thanks

    Duncan

    hi @Duncan Taborda

you must be on a Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account and enable virtual background and allow users to upload custom backgrounds.  i think your company logo would be a custom background.

    thanks,  eliot
