I have a personal Zoom account that I also use for my business. I have three emails one being for business. That email is part of Exchange (for which I am not the administrator). How do I all calendar syncing? My invites for Zoom don't include any kind of calendar link/reminder. Help. Thanks.

Hi all -   I'm using Zoom on a Neat Bar system (neat bar + TVs), and with a recent software update, the camera is automatically enabling camera tracking. This is causing issues with the video as it does not frame the room correctly.   How can I disable this camera tracking permanently? I'd like it to start with a set framing of the room each time.    Thanks!

I have a newer PC laptop (HP ZBook Firefly 16-inch, 64bit, Windows 11).  When I have a Zoom meeting, and I move my head a few inches to the left or right, the camera auto-adjusts and puts my face in the center of the screen again, and it zooms way in on my head and shoulders.  It's really annoying.  How do I stop this?  Is there a toggle command somewhere that I need to turn off?   I have read on Google about something called "Center Stage".  However, I think that is only for Apple products; but, I still couldn't find that language anywhere in the Zoom app, or anything resembling my problem. I'd love some help on this.  Thanks.

;When I'm in a meeting, it often happens that there is one user that I can't hear but others can. It is only that user that I can't hear; everyone else can hear me, but I can't hear them.  In addition, I don't pick up anything played by a musical instrument--even if a user has 'original sound' toggled. Again, everyone else can hear them. I've messed with the playback settings I found in 'audio' but nothing seems to make a difference. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello--I can no longer hear musical instruments on Zoom. The musician will have original sound for musicians turned on and others in the Zoom can hear them, but I can hear only voice, not the instrument.  I turned background noise to low in audio settings, but that didn't help. This problem cropped up a couple of months ago--I used to be able to hear them, but can't now.  However, I can hear instruments on other meeting apps, so I don't think this is a Windows issue and think it's a Zoom issue. Will appreciate any suggestions!  Thanks--

In Gallery View, only the active speaker appears sharp, while the remaining participants appear noticeably blurry. Hello! We have Zoom as our telephony service in the USA and we use Singlewire Informacast for out bells and announcements. There is a feature called CallAware that gives us notifications when a caller dials an emergency number. In our testing we’ve discovered Zoom considers 911 and 933 as emergency numbers. What other numbers are considered emergency for the United States? Thank you for any help!

We hold a meeting 5x per year.  Meeting invites are sent to our mailing list via Mailchimp.  We also produce flyers to encourage those not on our mailing list to attend.  We also post the flyer on Facebook and Instagram.  Over the last 5 years of hosting these events, we have never had more than 100 people register.  For our February event we have over 350 "people" register.  Our audience is typically those that reside in the SF Bay Area.  I suspect that many of these "people" are not real because 117 of them registered BEFORE we advertised the meeting and many of them are from outside California - plus a few from outside the United States.  I think that there is a glitch in Zoom's system but cannot speak with a live support person.  I have gone back and forth with service tickets - but that process has not been helpful.  I also noticed that previous meetings of this type are no longer available in the past meeting

I was about the join to job interview but everytime when I open Zoom App, my internet connection has lost 😤 that's why I couldn't get job interview and rescheduled to Monday. When trying to launch a zoom meeting, I am getting the error "Unable to launch video meeting. When possible, please restart your computer and try again."  This started happening within the last week. I am using a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with Windows 11 and the latest version of zoom.  I've tried restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling with clean zoom, downgrading to a previous version, and made sure all the permissions are correct, but the error has persisted. I’ve set up a Zoom Event with recurring sessions. We’ll have 7 sesssions throughout the year and we want people to ensure that the people we invite tot he first two sessions do not see the next 5. We’re adding sessions as we go throughout the year. If we set up a ticket for the first session, is there a way to hide it form the option to purchase? I know you can expire it but will it still show in the tickets section when people go to register later?

We started using Zoom fax recently. Our team has one feature request- to receive email notifications of fax transmissions (success / failure). I know this information can be found via the Transmission Report, but the request is to receive notifications automatically. Appreciate this request being considered for a future release.

I've unsubscribed from all Zoom Webinars email notifications, but I continue to receive spam emails from them. Unfortunately, Zoom lacks a strong method to report these spammers. Why don't you take measures against spammers or stop sending emails after users unsubscribe? 

I have not used zoom in years. I received an invite for a zoom meeting from a perspective client, from their gmail account, no meeting id number. The meeting link takes me to “zoom.dynamikskills.com/ko”.  This seems suspicious.  Should I be leery?

Previously the AI Companion notes were sent automatically after each call but that is no longer happening. I checked my settings to make sure I have the auto setting actia
