Email Notifications for Sent Faxes

We started using Zoom fax recently. Our team has one feature request- to receive email notifications of fax transmissions (success / failure). I know this information can be found via the Transmission Report, but the request is to receive notifications automatically. Appreciate this request being considered for a future release.

I think you suggestion is a good one. it is especially helpful if the fax is not delivered so that the sender can follow up. it is also helpful, to alert the sender of receipt in case he/she wants to followup with the receiver.

The instructions in the link Sending feedback to Zoom say to click Help, then click Give Feedback (in the Windows desktop app). I do not have a Give Feedback option; under Help there is About Zoom Workplace, Zoom Support, Zoom Community, Report a problem. Version 6.7.5 (30439

Agreed. Would be helpful. I don’t even see an option for the transmission report. I’m trying to figure it out because there is no ‘view’ option where the documentation says it should be.

in the workplace app, try right-clicking on a fax in the Outbox- the context menu should show an option for View transmission report. Alternatively, when I click on a fax in the Outbox, additional details are revealed and there is a View transmission report icon under Actions (my Zoom window needs to be maximized for Actions to show).
