Question

Hide tickets after session has passed.

I’ve set up a Zoom Event with recurring sessions. We’ll have 7 sesssions throughout the year and we want people to ensure that the people we invite tot he first two sessions do not see the next 5. We’re adding sessions as we go throughout the year.

If we set up a ticket for the first session, is there a way to hide it form the option to purchase? I know you can expire it but will it still show in the tickets section when people go to register later?

Hey, @VProducers.  Did you get an answer or figure it out yet?  I thought I’d try to chime in with some ideas, if you’re still looking for help.  Hopefully I understand your situation...

You can set up two different ticket types, one that has access only to the first 2 sessions, and another that only see the next 5.  The issue then is, how to make sure they are only seen when you want them to be seen.

Look for the “General Offer” section in ticketing.  There, you pick which tickets are visible when someone visits the registration page.  The other tickets can either remain hidden -- to be selected at a later date as the “default offer” (which has to be changed manually, though using date ranges might also work) -- or make them accessible using an Access/Promo Code, only available if they type in the “special code” to view the other ticket.

The ticketing process can be a bit complicated, but in general I’ve found that playing around with a test event teaches you a lot.  Make all the tickets free, play with the “general offers” and “promo codes” to see how they interact, etc.
