There is no chat option in the meetings of any other participants or co-hosts. I tried to change every setting I could find, but still: Chat messages that I send in meetings from my (pro) host-account do not show for other participants, and they simply don't have a chat button in their screen.What setting can I try, to use the chat option again?
Sir, during the meeting, when we turn on the mic from some students' phones, we can hear their voice, but when some students turn on the mic, their voice does not reach us. Those whose voice does not reach us have to first call a random number. Then when we open the Zoom app and turn on the mic, the voice comes. This is a strange problem, sir, please fix this problem soon.
I currently have the Zoom Pro package purchased and I cannot record Breakout Rooms sessions to the cloud (only on current device). I need this functionality as I want to record 10 Breakout Rooms at a time on Zoom to the cloud (not on current device). The recording should be able to be turned on by any participant I assign this role to. Will I have this option in the Zoom for business version? What can I do to gain this functionality?
I'm a Pro account user, and my meetings are limited to 40 minutes, in addition I no longer see the option for participant registration. I've been in touch with tech support via email which is slow. I've downloaded updated release but that hasn't made a difference.Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution?

Whenever we create meetings and the users try to join the meetings, it always requires passcode. What needs to be changed to bypass the passcode settings for all the meetings created via API?

Hi there! I'm developing AI Wardrobe app using flutter framework in which zoom audio/video calling and screen sharing features are required. I've integrated zoom SDK and followed all it's required steps in order to achieve this functionality but the main issue I'm facing is that I'm unable to see screen share extension in the meeting control panel or toolbar of IOS devices, even after following all it's required steps. Even when the camera is turned on in Zoom on a Mac (Sequoia), it automatically turns off.While watching the Mac screen, it seems the camera turns off at the moment when the green Zoom icon at the top switches to an orange microphone icon.If anyone knows a solution, please let me know.
I teach a distance from my computer and want guests to enter the meeting without having to be put in a waiting room. It is more convenient for me if they enter without me having to be interrupted to let them in. I usually just start a meeting with the ID I've been given and they enter that ID and password which I gave them in advance. I've disabled the waiting room and done everything I can to disable the waiting room, followed google instructions and yet it is still not disabled. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
I need to switch from a personal meeting ID to auto generated ones for privacy purposes. What happens to the meetings I've already set up with my personal meeting ID? Will my clients still be able to access them with the original invite I sent them?I'm switching because I currently utilize a waiting room, but the client I am currently in a meeting with sees the name of the person that enters my waiting room! Hello!I am interested to learn and know if the zoom recording on cloud can be edited snipped out in several parts of the recording and still have it maintained on cloud?Have searched here and googled, so far the answer is "No" to both: Zoom does not allow snipping in the middle of the recording only the begining and the end (results begining of 2024 thus, i cannot find anything more positive more recently). So in a `10-11am recording, one cannot snip out 10.30-10.31 am portion AND cannot maintain it on Zoom cloud if i used a 3rd party apps to edit ie download the video and upload it again to Zoom Cloud? Please advice/suggest the steps if these CAN be done.OR Reply too if it is affirmative - cannot be done. Then have use alternative methods.Urgent! Thank you!
I use Zoom Webinar for virtual panel discussions and presentations. We have English and Spanish-speaking attendees, so the webinar must be recorded in English and Spanish, along with corresponding English and Spanish presentation slides, which are shared successfully during the webinars. However, we have been confronted with a recording issue: The presentation that was recorded for both the English and Spanish recordings (“Shared screen with speaker view”) was the wrong screen for both. Which screen gets recorded in a zoom webinar recording with English and Spanish presentations? How can we control which screen gets recorded? Thank you for your support.

Hello, I'm moderating my boss's meetings and I need an advice, let's call him John. John is using two monitors and the meetings happen like this: John's screen is always Spotlight for everyone, the participants are on small screens and everyone is watching John. But when the participants start showing their work on cameras and I use "Add Spotlight" for some participant (that is, add participant's screen to John's screen - two big screens for everyone) for John it looks like the participant's screen becomes the main and big one, and his own screen disappears. And at that moment, when someone speaks, their screen becomes big for everyone. We use Spotlight for everyone to show John's screen, and everything is fine until I add another participant with "Add spotlight", which for some reason replaces John's screen (on his computer) and the automatic screen switching by voice somehow starts happening. I need to stop "Add spotlight" screen from replacing John's own screen on his computer

Hi Guys, I have one colleague experiencing an "INVALID MEETING ID error" on all of his scheduled meetings. Does anyone have the same experience? I read some articles and watch some youtube videos on the resolution but they are just telling that the Zoom Application needs to be updated. I tried the resolution but the problem still persist on the following scheduled meeting. Can anyone help with the final fix for this? Best,OtsogaPrime

I have user who is experiencing this error (0; Error 200) when she tries to reschedule a meeting. Here's how she explained it the ticket she submitted to us:------------------------------------------------------------------------"Hi there, #1: Many of my meetings have been rescheduled from Teams to Zoom. I’m finding that whenever I need to move a meeting, I’m consistently getting this error message: "Is this some sort of permission issue that is causing this to happen? We just switched to Zoom and I have no idea. Also, I wasnt able to find any way to upload a picture of the error message, either, but that is essentially what it said.
I am setup so that people joining my zoom sessions just click on a single link (I just copied this across from when I used a simpler version of zoom in the past), they dont need to enter a meeting ID or passcode. Usually this is fine, but sometimes users say they need to enter a meetingID (that part is no problem) and a passcode. I cannot find this passcode (which stays the same for all these meetings) on my zoom account pages - where do I look?
The Mac OS version of Zoom doesn't have this issue, but the PC versions are missing the option to check for updates, and don't seem to be checking themselves. The option is simply missing from the profile drop-down menu where it is clearly displayed on Mac OS. This issue has been ongoing since the original 6.0 release necessitating a manual installation, and has been the case on every computer I have come across in the office. I have to say it's extremely strange for an option to be simply missing from the user interface - one would hope if there was an issue in the code for updating, the menu option would throw an error when clicked instead of being entirely missing. If I had to guess, there's something wrong with the recent Zoom builds that we have all been forced to upgrade to in order to maintain compatibility with zoom rooms.
