I have recorded my class during the meeting. I have shared my screen to the audience. But in the records there is only audio and no video part. There is two files which "Shared screen with speaker view" and " Audio only "  files. But there is no video is playing in the record. only audio I can hear. Please help me. 

At the start of a meeting, I accepted the AI into the room. Then a notification announced that the recording had been started. So I didn't start the recording myself as usual. But at the end of the meeting, I can't find the recording anywhere. I know where I can usually find the recording in the cloud or on my computer. My question is about how to find recordings made by AI.After some research, I've learned that the AI is indeed supposed to make a small recording”. Where is this recording? 

My account is a single user account (Zoom Workplace Pro) and I am locked out by Admin to change settings but I am the owner and should be able to change settings.The live chat was not able to help me even though I changed browsers, cleared my cache - still no access.

I need to edit titles on meeting summaries to be able to identify the discussion easily. The meeting summary edit function only opens edit for the meeting content. I've changed titles on meeting recordings but the highlight and replace doesn't work in meeting summary.Is this active but done a different way? 

This issue has me banging my head against a wall. I have cox internet in AZ with the service 1 gig up/down (with speedtests showing 920’ish both ways). I have unifi equipment and all affected devices are hard wired. The issue occurs on my wife’s and I laptop. When we join a zoom meeting everything is fine. But once we share screen, we get internet connection is unstable and from the other users in the meeting they report our voices are robotic or don’t transmit at all. they also report the stream lags extremely bad or freezes. This issue does not happen when using teams or any other meeting software. All other devices/services work perfectly fine in my environment.  To troubleshoot I have plugged my laptop directly into the modem, bypassing my router, and the issue still occurs. I had a cox technician here this morning and he basically shrugged his shoulders. I know something is being blocked upstream and I need to be able to go to cox with this evidence. Has anyone he

Neste caso queremos utilizar a plataforma Zoom para fazer o papel de Interpreter para nossos funcionários escutarem em português o que nossos clientes estiverem falando em seus idiomas nativo (Inglês e Espanhol), e que nossos clientes escutem ou em Inglês ou Espanhol o que falarmos em português. Tentamos seguir a documentação passo a passo, mas não obtivemos o resultado esperado. Nossa licença é a PRO.

I've started using docs but want option to back them up offline for in the case of an account compromise or similar disaster scenario. Is there a method or any plans to add a method to do this?  If there was an API for docs I could probably do it myself.

How about the Q&A feature. before the last update i was able to access Q&A settings now i can even find it anywhere anymore. it is only accessible using the personal ID and this is loss of my investment right now if i create an official meeting using generated IDs i lose the Q&A feature even when i am the host

I need help with what my participants will see when they are in the waiting room before I let them into group. 

Been using Zoom since its inseption.. Never seen a company pay so little attention to customer service and information supplied to it by its customers.It is  a disgrace!!!The chat icon being moved from central settings?????The raised hand feature removed from reactions ????What Idiot is in charge of this continued stupidity???What idiot has created a system that does not listen to its customers ???I await a sensible response 

Hi, We have a request to add a new inbound path, but deliver to an existing queue. I know I can identify and tag DNIS in the flow and route to different skills.What I need to be able to do is display either the incoming DNIS or the Skill to the agent *prior to answer* ie on the inbound call notification.After testing I am aware I can enable the DNIS variable to show as an extended panel on that notification, but that is a global setting. Is there a way to do this at a queue level? The requestor does not want to create any additional queues to service this as volume is minimal. But agents need to know prior to acceptance as greeting will be different.  

In Zoom-Workplace where the chat channels are listed, there is a personal channel with my name, that was (probably) auto generated by Zoom. It is also listed as favourite (with star marking) and therefore shows up right on top of my list. Thing is, I don’t use this. EVER. I love the chat function, but I don’t chat with myself and I don’t use it to store notes and would never have the idea to look for them in a chat channel.Why can’t I delete this? Or am I overlooking an option to delete it?And can I at least move it to the bottom of my chats, where I don’t see it? 

Hi, I’ve been having this issue with my mouse cursor for a month. It started happening after I updated my Windows version to Windows 11, but I’m not sure whether these events are connected or not. When I’m sharing a PPT or Google Slides, which are the main content I usually share, everything works normally. However, whenever I need to transition to a new tab, such as Google Docs or Youtube, while still screen sharing, my mouse cursor completely disappears and I cannot do anything about it. It has been so frustrating, because I cannot click on anything, not even on “stop sharing”, and I just have to wait for it to be back. My students say they still see my mouse cursor as I’m moving it desperately trying to get its control back.  I have searched for a solution for this issue in this forum, but most of the results I got are from years and years ago, and none of the recommendations given solved my problem - such as updating Zoom’s version. Can some

Hi everyone,We have been experiencing a complete inbound service outage on our main number for 3 days now.The problem:When anyone calls our main number (assigned to our Auto Receptionist) from an outside phone (cell or landline) they hear "the number you dialed is not in service." However, calls made from within the Zoom environment to the same number work perfectly.What we've checked:- The number is assigned to our Main Auto Receptionist and shows "Normal" status- IVR menu is properly configured and working- Business hours are set to 24/7- No changes were made to our settings before the issue started- Tested from multiple external phones (cell and landline), all fail with the same message- Other direct user numbers on our account also cannot receive external callsSteps taken:- Opened multiple support tickets- Contacted Zoom support via chat and phone- Zoom support confi

I am trying to attend a Zoom meeting using my web browser, Librewolf.  This web browser is very similar to Firefox.  So, whatever troubleshooting steps are available for Firefox should work here.I am able to join the meeting and see the other person in the meeting.But, after a few seconds, I get this messageSomething went wrong. Hi everyone, most of my therapy sessions are on Zoom. I’ve tried Zoom’s AI summary feature, but for therapy notes it feels too generic and doesn’t capture DAP or SOAP style documentation well. What AI tools are people using to turn Zoom sessions into solid therapy notes? Looking for something that handles clinical language better, supports templates, and is mindful of privacy and compliance. Any workflows you recommend, or tools to avoid?

I asked my co worker for the recording and he gave me a file name “double_click_to_convert_01.zoom”. It won’t convert when I double click how do I get the recording?

The Zoom Workplace UI is too small, and I can't figure out how to change it to be bigger. I am using Kubuntu 24.10, and have Display & Monitor -> Display Configuration -> Global scale set to 175%, but Zoom Workplace seems to be ignoring this. I can't find any option to scale the whole UI; only the "Webview" thing, which seems to be the thing that shows the current time and upcoming meetings. I have also looked at ~/.config/zoomus.conf and tried setting autoScale to the opposite option (it started as true, so I set it to false), but there was no visible effect (and yes, I restarted the app). How do I scale up the UI?

 I am sharing an in-house presentation on an Epson overhead projector/screen which is for the dedicated powerpoint slides. I am working off of a laptop PC for accepting invitees and answering chat. The two screens are identified as 1 and 2 (1 is the laptop, my main display, and 2 is the projector for the powerpoint presentation). My issue is when I use my laptop keypad, the presenter is unable to advance the PowerPoint Slides. I have to select or click on powerpoint to give the control back to the remote clicker/slide advancer. How can this be remedied with settiings?

Hi, at the end of the meeting. ZOOM didn't convert the meeting. I go to manually converted from Meeting - Recording. I open the folder and then I double click the file named: "double_click_to_convert_01" and I get the message: " Failed to convert recording. There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later from Meetings>Recording". Any help?

My Outlook mtgs show on my phone zoom app and online zoom, but not on my zoom desktop

The zoom app is causing my mackbook M4 heat, I worked with Apple support and performed all tests and identified that its Zoom which is causing the issues

I have Zoom Workplace 6.3.0 (52884) installed. The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.Suggestions / Guidance please.Thank you

I have been getting help for weeks and no one can figure out why I cannot add a background photo or use Virtual backgrounds this happens on my Samsung phone as well as my chromebook. It does not give me the plus option to add a background photo and on the Chromebook when it gives me the arrow to add virtual backgrounds it comes up error occurred and it does that on the phone as well. I have tried doing this during a meeting, with my video open or my video off
