I'd like to download the list of Registrants BEFORE I approve or deny them - as we need to confirm they are eligible to attend our webinar.  I cannot find anyway to get that list to compare to my eligible list? Reports seems to be AFTER the webinar is over.

I joined a meeting where I wasn't the host. I clicked the AI companion button, and selected for the meeting summary. I requested permission and I believe the host granted it. Where do I find the meeting summary?

I have the basic plan for zoom and I am trying to enable registrationbut I do not see it where can I add this option at ?

Hello, my all-time problem without a solution (yet)- If I have a 1-to-1 meeting, and I'd like to record only the window of the host, how to do it? The meeting is in gallery mode, and even if I set cloud recording / speaker mode, the video jumps to the other participant if he/she asks something. Do I have such an option that I'd like to record the host and no one else, even if anyone else is asking something?- And the same with more participants: even if the host is spotlighted, the video will show also the others when they make a noise.Summarized: The actions/speeches of the host should be recorded, full screen, without jumping to other participants, and also independently from the actual meeting's gallery or speaker mode. Thank you very much if you have a viable suggestion! (Currently all I can do is record in gallery view and later cropping the host window, but even with 1 guest it is half of full size, with more guests it's tiny...) 

Zoom Phone is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get.  What would cause Zoom to randomly and automatically send everybody at my company two emails with two different extension numbers? Has anyone else encountered this?

When we want to create a webinar, we receive a warning. The warning is as follows: code":200,"message":"Webinar plan is missing. You must subscribe to the webinar plan and enable webinars for this user in order to perform this action

This version 6.0.12.5501 - works just fine in Manjaro KDE wayland, and I had no problems that I noticed, but after the upgrade  (flatpak) I got error that I use unsupported OS for screen sharing in wayland. Then I went and downloaded latest version available 6.1.6 - it allows to share, I get strange message about allowing system control, and after launching sharing it shares screen for my 2 monitors! no ability to choose one or the other, or app window! and if I attempt to stop screen sharing Zoom becomes unresponsive.It's pretty bad that new version breaks perfectly working functionality.

Everything is fine except the bottom of the page which shows much more information than juste the name of my company and I don't find where I can change it, even on the page builder.For example, we have the adress, the phone number, etc. and i want to supress it. Does anyone know where I should change it please ? Thanks a lotAnaïs from France

My version of Zoom has recently been upgraded from 5.17 to 6.0 and I'm finding it far too complicated for my requirements.  Until now, all the versions of Zoom were fine, but this is a radical change, and I'm having a lot of difficulty with it. I don't need all these new things like AI. Can anybody tell me how to change back to 5.17? This is urgent!

Is it possible to manage participant right individually during zoom meeting? For example, if I turnoff the possibility to turn on video or unmute yourself options for all participants, could I give it back to few OR only I could either activate for all or deactivate for all

Today I had a meeting that was interrupted. I found 4 other meetings scheduled and overlapping with mine.  Anyone have this problem and how do I prevent it?

Several of my teammates and I use templates to schedule webinars. We just realized that the polls do not save with the template or are we missing something? We all don't want to have to add the polls to each of our templates.

Hi everyone, I encountered an issue during a recent Zoom meeting where the recording suddenly stopped at the 1-hour mark. Unfortunately, the video was not saved, though the chat transcript was successfully saved. I was recording the session locally to my Mac, not to the cloud. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to recover the video or find a solution?  

I currently have one ZoomRooms license.Is it possible to create two rooms, one for ZoomRooms (shared space) and one as a kiosk?I would like to use ZoomRooms for meetings and one as a virtual receptionist.

Hi,I am trying to figure out how to access the Phone System Management tab. I had subscribed to Zoom Phone with an older phone number, and that subscription has now expired. If I was to re-subscribe with a new phone number, would I be able to view SMS logs from the old phone subscription? This would all be under the same Zoom account/email address.Many thanks

This is the third meeting we have had in which my team (who is the host) has been kicked out multiple times. The meeting continues without them, and they have no issues rejoining. We are hard-wired to the internet and use a desktop and the desktop version of Zoom. We have a huge meeting coming up and want to make sure this does not occur. Please advise.  

I facilitate a regular Zoom meeting with 200-250 participants. I want to use the poll feature, and I am wondering if there is a way for participants to avoid using the QR code when answering the poll questions. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello! In a meeting yesterday I was set a number of helpful links, however I forgot to save them before exiting the meeting. I didn't create the meeting, so it is not showing up in my Previous Meetings tab in my Zoom account. Is there any way to recover the links? Or are they lost and I need to ask for them to be resent by the person i was speaking with?

We had a Cloud recording this afternoon for a meeting in which the recording stopped unexpectedly midway and then we restarted the recording. After the meeting, we noticed that only the last 24 minutes of the meeting is available. Approximately the first 35-40 minutes cannot be found within the Zoom Portal or on the hosts local computer. Is there any way to obtain the missing portion of the meeting?

Is there a way to automate the sending of the attendee list after a webinar? 

I host trivia events and the players join their teammates in breakout rooms after each round and each time this happens the chat lists all their names, line by line, when they enter and exit the breakout rooms which makes the chat almost useless because it pushes the actual text messages above the space that can be seen. How do I turn this off so the chat only displays the actual text messages that the participants type?
