Question about Zoom Phone retention

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to access the Phone System Management tab. I had subscribed to Zoom Phone with an older phone number, and that subscription has now expired. If I was to re-subscribe with a new phone number, would I be able to view SMS logs from the old phone subscription? This would all be under the same Zoom account/email address.

@PinkFloyd123 - Part of this depends on what your data retention policy was, and how long it has been.  In theory, if they have not been deleted due to the retention policy, you would be able to view the SMS logs even if you had a different number if you are an admin or the account owner.

@colegs hi thanks a lot, since the hyperlink doesn't tell me, do you happen to know what the default retention policy would be, since I know I never changed it? I'm not interested in further back than 2021 at the latest.

I believe the default is "forever", but I am not 100% sure.
