As an example, I have a meeting set up from 9am-3pm. If the meeting runs over until 3:30pm or 4pm, is that going to be problematic? Will the meeting just stop at 3pm or can it continue to go on?
When I try to join a Zoom meeting from an email link it does not open the Zoom application on my iPad automatically like it does on my computer, is this a known issue and is there some way to fix it?
When a meeting is started the participates are able to hear the speaker and videos played by sharing on the laptop. When we play the songs/music from the laptop the participates are unable to hear it. Our meetings are live and we have people in the room as well as the participates in the Zoom meeting. We would like the participates to be able to hear the music/songs during the meeting. How can this be achieved?
Hello,Is anyone actively utilizing some sort of "emergency mode" for their contact center queues or know the best approach for certain situations?We have situations where our HQ may need to evacuate the building, or a power/network outage takes place and wanted to find out the best way to handle that when no agents are available for incoming calls.I'm hoping the best option is not to have them all go to "Not Ready", but if it is then what is the best way to change the overflow/voicemail option quickly without logging in and managing each queue.Thank you!
Is there a way where a training agent could be setup to automatically join all calls coming into a specific queue? I understand that this could be done through monitoring but the customer wants to automate this when they are onboarding new agents.
Hi all!This is a minor issue that might just be me missing a setting.My issue is that the image that used to be behind the time and date disappeared (see screenshot). I also no longer see the button to change the image. It's a small thing but making my workspace personal brought me a lot of joy.I was not able to find the setting that allows me to re-enable it. I'm currently updated to the latest version of Zoom, and I've tried reinstalling Zoom. The same issue persists. Is this the new default, a setting issue, or a bug on my Zoom?Would appreciate any support!Thank you!!
Has anyone had to train a remote employee who is part of the contact center? I am trying to train remotely but have run into an issue that while on a zoom training we cannot answer any calls together where they can also hear what is going on in the call. We get all our calls through the ZCC so it is not an option to do a call just through zoom phone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
My CC is used for incoming and outgoing calls as well as a call center entry point to get ahold of my agents. I also use Zoom phone for another tier of agents who perform similar duties and contact the same clients. When my agents call from Zoom Phone, the outbound caller ID is set to the main company number. Is there a way to set the exit point for contact center outgoing calls to match that same company number so that our clients see a consistent number across both platforms? In CC Management > Phone numbers I cannot include the main company number as it's assigned.
I have set my background for no blur but it still blurs. How can I eliminate any filter so you can see me and the actual background? I do not want any special effects.
Is it possible to add a note to a NOT READY code? Use Case: Agent needs to go into a not ready to handle an in person customer. Is it possible that they could add a note to their not ready state with context of the interaction with the in person customer?
I am wanting to set up a recurring meeting that will need to use break out rooms, but I won't always be able to attend the meeting. This is a social gathering and I don't want to ask a bunch of people to signup for a premium account just so that we have coverage if one or two of us miss it. Can a co-host without a premium account run the meeting and manage breakout rooms if the host doesn't join?
Hi there, Im after support due to every time I join a zoom call the volume of call matches my system volume...Resulting in me having to always go into my systems volume settings and turn it down.Is there not a way we can set this to a level say 30 volume and it just joins at that level without adjusting back to full?? Hi allI'm attempting to upgrade the Zoom Workplace client on my laptop, and for some reason the system is missing original .msi file required uninstalling the "old" client. (6.0.37634).tried locating it via Zoom downloads page, but couldn't find an archive for old versions..Anyone knows where I can get the specific installer for this version?

Hi. I have problem when I want to add user in admin module. I try to add them by using their email account. After I add them notification pop up and said "1 user has been added. The user is listed on the Pending tab.". After that I check to Pending Tab, but it's empty. I try to contact the user to that they receive email from Zoom? They said not. I try to add another user but it works. Can you help me to solve this problem? Because we use Zoom for education purposes and the user are student and also lecturer. Thank you for your help. We're trying to implement a standard SIP protocol stack by integrating the Linphone SDK and then join Zoom and Teams meetings as participants. However, we're not certain whether the SIP protocol stack of the Linphone SDK can communicate with Zoom. Because as you know, even the standard SIP protocol allows users to carry private customized parameters within a limited scope. Besides, we also have concerns about the adaptation in terms of audio and video protocols. We don't want users to experience black screens or voice loss. So, we'd like to know whether someone have encountered any precedents where a SIP client based on the Linphone SDK joined Zoom meetings, and how the call quality was, as well as what additional work needs to be done.
Hi! We are setting up a recurring webinar for three dates (april 12, 19 and 26) - after registering, the confirmation email is sent with the .ics file attached - when I open the calendar invite, it is only for two of the three dates. Any ideas why or idea of a fix?
This seems to be a new issue for us and I'm trying to figure out if it's a bug on Zoom's end or Microsoft's end. We use Office 365 and thus Outlook for calendar. We have several recurring meeting series in Zoom that require registration. Once registered and download the ics file to add to Outlook, these recurring meetings are suddenly creating a NEW "Untitled" calendar in our Outlook calendar and adding the recurring even there. See screenshot. If we create ONE Zoom meeting requiring registration, this does not happen. It has only begun happening on recurring meetings AND these recurring meetings have been created for quite some time, they are not newly created events in Zoom. Please advise. Thank you.
Hi all!I've been using zoom for a wee while and then all of a sudden when I've sent zoom meeting links out to my clients, when they open or click on the zoom link, they are being prompted to 'Please sign-in with a commercial zoom.......' Can someone please help me to navigate (I'm presuming) my end when scheduling a zoom meeting. Thank you so much.
I have a recurring meeting. I can see this week's occurrence on the app, but I need to edit it on the web based version and it's not showing up at all - not in current meetings and not in previous meetings.
Use to subscribe to Pro but was a new user and decided I no longer needed it. Are there dial-in numbers for Basic accounts when setting up meetings? I've scheduled two 30-minute meetings and neither have dial-in numbers. Tried searching self-help videos to no avail. Thanks!
Hello. Todat at 9 am I tried to launch zoom as usual for my lecture (direct link from school website). It tried to connect but failed several times with an error code 5003. Then tried to sign in but faced the same error code.I searched for a fix and tried these:Re-install updated version. Re-install previous version. Disable anti-virus. Check firewall settings. From command line: flush dns and related settings. Reboot the system. Try multiple DNS. Problem still persists.I also tried to join lecture from android on same network and it works fine.Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Hello, whenever I press record video for a zoom meeting it never saves afterwards and I have looked at the zoom app and my zoom folder and I can't find any saved videos.
Hi,I’m not able to connect with either the Zoom app or website on my Mac. All my other apps and sites are working. I have Kaspersky but can’t see any settings that would prevent access to Zoom. It also has not been a problem previously. I’ve tried OS software update. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, but can’t reinstall due to not being able to access the site. Grateful for any ideas. Thanks
