This is the second time I have presented a webinar, shared a video and the sound is not audible. During the webinar, when I attempt to "share a screen", the "share sound" dropdown is visable but I am unable to click on it. I had co-hosts in the meeting as well and they too are unable to click on the "share sound" options.
Is there a way to limit the number of messages users can send in a Webinar chat? We unfortunately get lots of chat spamming during our webinars, so it would be great to be able to limit the amount of messages each attendee can send by time frame - e.g., attendees can only send one chat message every 30 seconds. And is it possible to limit the character length of each message? Any tips/suggestions would be welcome!

I hope I posted this in the right space. The last couple of days, I've had trouble downloading my recordings. The "save as" window doesn't appear so I can't rename the file(s) and assign them to a drive I want them to be saved in. They automatically default to saving in the Downloads file and get saved as TMP files. I then can't open them.What the heck?Any ideas how I can fix this or how I can download these recordings? I've got clients waiting to get access to them. They're pretty long recordings (60 minutes and up) but nothing longer than I normally record. Thanks for whatever help you can give me.I have a Windows PC with a SSD as well as a regular drive. I'm running Windows 10 and using Chrome.
When I record the webinar... in the recording I only see the slides but not the spotlighted speakers can you explain why and how can I resolve that?

I conduct many zoom calls per day. I already get notifications from Slack and my laptop's OS and the emails telling me someone entered my zoom call are redundant and fill up my inbox. Is there a place I can turn those off? I've already scoured Zoom Workplace and my zoom account online. My search for this had no results here or in the Learning Center, and there is no search function in the Workplace or in my zoom account. Perhaps consider adding that in future as there are a ton of settings everywhere - it gets confusing to know where to look.
I use Zoom Workplace 6.2.7. I typically share documents and material from web pages via the Zoom session. I would like to imbed a simple countdown timer for all attendees so we can move forward more quickly through the material.The Zoom timer tool does not appear on participants' screens when I share either a web page or a static document.I fear I've overlooked something trivial here but I can't find any relief online and would appreciate any help. I am running Zoom 6.3 on a desktop Mac with Sequoia 15.2, but I've had this problem for a year after an update a long while back. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but that does not work. On my dashboard:1. Schedule is greyed out and the button does not work2. New Meeting looks fine but does nothing (the sub-button "start video" and "use my personal ID" are there) The menu items (Schedule and Start) are greyed out. I can only start or schedule a meeting by going to the Zoom.us browser page. Join and Share Screen are fine. Any ideas? Thanks, all!
how do I view all scheduled meetings; this new date range feature is not helpful and I have not been able to revise it to cover a large date range.
Hi. The toggle is locked in my security settings when I go to disable passcodes for meetings. I am the admin. Are meeting passcodes a required setting for Basic accounts?

Hi, I having a problem that once I mute mic it show internet unstable and very lag. But once I unmute it back to normal.Others apps/games no problem only Zoom and my internect connection no problem.I did troubleshoot my laptop network and connectionshowed no problem and closed all behind apps that unnecessary but still got the problem.My laptop is new Dell, please help to solve this problem as I need to use zoom to study everyday....😥

I use an Insta360 Link 2C camera, and whenever I join a Zoom meeting, my video appears briefly (about 1 second) before the image disappears, even though the camera light indicates it's still active. I’ve updated to the latest camera driver and Zoom version, and I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including checking camera privacy settings, reinstalling Zoom, and switching USB ports. The camera works perfectly in other applications, so this seems specific to Zoom. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is very frustrating.
I have disabled all features related to calendar, email, whiteboard, etc. in my Zoom account and noticed that several services are still running in background (iFrames probably that are running somewhere): They consume an insane amount of RAM, almost 400 MiB for processes that don't do anything or they should be disabled. I'm sure this can be a bug. I reported it also. Does anyone know if there is any way to fully disable them?
When I click on Meetings and on Reports, all I'm getting is a blank page. I can access some Meetings functionality through the Zoom app itself but these pages have simply stopped loading when I'm logged on through a browser.
Hi everyone, As a moderator (or host) in several meetings, I assist presenters during their meetings. Most of them use their personal computers and use Zoom only because they have to. Personal documents can be visible and alerts can pop up anytime. For this reason, I always advise sharing only one window at a time, not the complete screen's content, which means they can't quickly switch to another app if needed. In PowerPoint, that means they can't easily switch from one presentation to another. I occasionally receive requests from speakers (co-hosts) to adjust how they appear on screen to viewers. However, I haven’t been able to find a definitive solution to this issue. Speakers are often deeply focused on their presentation, and many don’t have the time, knowledge, or patience to navigate Zoom’s many and ever-changing settings. How can I upload all my contacts in the Zoom online directory & push the entire contacts list to every phone in my environment, so that every user has the same contacts. currently not using LDAP, or any corporate directory, only the Zoom contacts capabilities imbedded in the zoom application.
with repect to Yealink MP56 desk phones, Yealink support article describes how to convert a Teams edition to a Zoom edition. i do not have any personal experience converting mp56 e2 from teams edition to zoom edition. i think it is possible. according to yealink: "The phone cannot be used as both Teams and Zoom phones simultaneously. This is the strategy of Microsoft and Zoom.There is no license requirement for converting Teams and Zoom versions. My online school for Yazidi students functions 7 days/week. Iraq / Kurdistan weekend is Friday Saturday. However, our classes happen at all days of the week. Our meetings certainly do as well. Teachers live in various countries.How can a full 7-day week be shown please?
As part of our evaluation of possibly switching to zoom from gotowebinar, we recently held a 4+ hour long webinar on zoom. The webinar went well and we want to use the recording for simulive events. The problem is that the video needed minor editing. After downloading the file and making the minor edits, we attempted to upload the new file back to zoom. Can't be done because the file is (of course) larger than the 50MB limit. If there's no method to do what we're trying here, to use edited videos of our events, that alone is likely enough for us to drop zoom.
