We have a large event this coming Thursday where we anticipate 1,500 attendees. It is all simulive. When testing and viewing on the web client, we have been experiencing very significant issues with the video and audio. The video lags, the audio gets out of sync, we get low bandwidth or unstable network prompts. This is a very important event, and a lot of our attendees will be joining via the web client as opposed to the app for various reasons, despite our communications that the app is best for optimal viewing. Has anybody else experienced any sort of issue or has anybody raised anything to Zoom? We can't be the only ones experiencing this. We've tried literally everything. We were up until 3 a.m. today playing around with files types, tweaking any potential setting that we think could be causing the hang-up. We just tested 10 different sessions with 10 different file types, so have tested this extensively with every type of video file setting and session formats (even a live event

I've used Zoom for years.I use the filter (the first one) every meeting, b/c it keeps me from having to mess with my settings on my camera.  That filter does most of what I would do. But... about 2 months ago, it was just... Gone.  (The option for filters at all, was gone.) I've updated to the newest version.I've uninstalled and reinstalledI've gone into settings to make sure they are turned on. Nothing. help. Thanks

I just purchased a new iPad Pro, and even after deleting the Zoom app and reinstalling, ensuring that it has the most recent updates from Zoom. My zoom room has the prior interface with all the control functions at the top rather than at the bottom. I have sent in a zoom support report and I have contacted Apple support and have not found any resolution. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions, please!

I am wanting to select an external microphone for a zoom meeting on my iPad mini but it just automatically goes links to the iPad mic and does not give option to change it. Help!

I have a Logitech c920s webcam running on a Windows 11 laptop. I was using Logitech Capture software to take advantage of picture adjustments, but it's obsolete and has been replaced by LogiTune.    Here's the problem: I can start LogiTune and see the video feed from the camera, but LogiTune shuts down or crashes when I start Zoom. If I start Zoom first and then run LogiTune, the LogiTune software says that the camera is in use with another application (i.e., Zoom).    Is there some way to get LogiTune to work with Zoom? If no one has a solution, I'll have to go back to Logitech Capture.

When I connect my computer up with an HDMI cord to my TV, I can't get the sound to come through the TV, but only the computer. I do this when watching movies and have no problems, but with Zoom, I can't get the sound to the TV.Please advise.Tha

Hello dear communityI need an overlay for my online gym that shows both the times and the exercises. I have been using intervalcam and fit2live for the last two years. Both no longer work with the new Mac software updates. Does anyone have a solution - maybe even one from Zoom directly? I hope that there won't be problems with every Mac update.Thank you very much. Is it possible to find details such as who attended a previously held web zoom meeting when meeting id is known. 

I joined a meeting and all of a sudden I saw inappropriate videos, inaudible audio,  and images dropped in the meeting chat under my name - all while the meeting was going on. is this a zoom hacker or is it coming from my computer? This has never happened before. 

All of a sudden, when I open ZOOM, my web camera uses a fish eye lens.  For a while, I was able to just click on the computer camera and then back, and it would be fixed, but now it is a constant.  Sure do wish Zoom had a chatbot to help with this stuff. 

I haven't had access to emojis in my meetings for a year. I have the right boxes checked. Anyone ever had this problem? 

Hello, I attended a zoom meeting 10 months ago.  I still have the Zoom meeting ID number, password, date, and time the meeting occurred.  I was not the admin or host of the meeting.  I was just an attendee.  But now I really really need proof of who attended that meeting.  How do I obtain it?   I signed up for a zoom account today with the same email address that was used in that meeting 10 months ago.   I clicked on Reports but it prompts me to Upgrade.  If I upgrade, will I be able to see the attendance of this prior meeting if I was just an attendee?  Or will I still have to rely on the host of the meeting to obtain the list of attendants? Also, how long after the meeting is held is the attendance report still available?  A month? A year? etc?

Hey everybody I had my first zoom meeting today and clicked the record option. However I cannot locate the recording anywhere. I have zoom basic, and when I try to call in it keeps saying invalid account. When I submit a ticket it says that the email is not attached to an active zoom account, but im literally looking at my zoom account and the email is there. I don’t know how to get the help I need and I really need this recording.

I have been struggling to figure out why my guitar cannot be clearly heard on music lessons via Zoom. I have set the audio according the the suggestions of my teacher and also what zoom recommends and still my guitar sound is cut short. Advanced settings are as follows:1) original sound for musicians checked 2)high fidelity mode checked 3) echo cancellation not checked 4) stereo audio checked  if I check zoom background noise removal then original sounds for musicians becomes unchecked. does anyone have any suggestions?

Here is our situation:Our new small business has two employeesWe've purchased two Zoom Phone unlimited licensesEach employee needs to be able to make and receive internal (to/from each other) and external (to/from clients) phone callsPreferably, we'd have one "main company number" and when that number is called, both employees' would be notified and could answer via Zoom Phone (desktop or mobile). Additionally, when placing external calls, it's preferred that the "main company number" be displayed on caller ID.We do not need (for our purposes) our own direct phone numbers that are separate from the main company number. In fact, we would never publicize them. Simply having an extension will do, but we must be able to receive and place calls.So, with all of this in mind, do both employees need their own assigned phone number in order to actually use Zoom Phone? When I used Zmail to send an email  to an outlook.com email address it fails . No error message returned but it is not in my Zmail sent box. It works with Gmail addresses. So is Zmail not able to pass some DMARC verification issue imposed by Outlook? Using Zoom Workplace on my Android device.

Currently, when the in-meeting chat is set to allow participants to chat with "Everyone and anyone directly", the participants have the choice of 'Everyone' or 'Participant A' or 'Participant B', and so on in this alphabet example. It would be great to have the ability to have the in-meeting chat allow for the participant to select multiple 'anyones' to chat directly with - such as I would like to chat directly with 'Participant A, C, and G' but not the other 23 in this  alphabet example of participants.Further, this multii-selection would create a unique instance in the 'To:' drop-down that would remain a persistent selection in the drop-down of those involved in the conversation throughout the  duration of the meeting. An alternative, and perhaps added or better, option is the ability to pre-define and template in-meeting 'Chat Groups' in your personal meeting area - similar to how you would template and pre-assign guests to breakout rooms - so that you could chat

It would be absolutely awesome if Zoom would enable/allow merging the "Breakout rooms - In Progress" floating window, to the meeting window - just as the Participants and Meeting Chat are docked/merged. Having the breakout rooms window constantly popping open, appear in front of shared content, and steal focus is extremely annoying, and seemingly has no solution at present.

I want to export/print a report showing all meetings for my organization for each calendar year, including the length of each meeting and atttendees.  I can only find ways of viewing meeting history or reports for 30 days at a time, which seems insane to me.  Is there NO way of getting more than 30 days of data at a time?

Is there a list of parity differences between PWA and Client for ZCX.   One major item I have discovered is when using custom variables which are configured to display on inbound notification - works as intended within the Zoom client, however in using Zoom PWA - no variable information will display.    I confirmed that it is being passed as it is displayed in the custom variable section of the engagement tab. Curious on how to resolved this, but even more curious of other functions not available through PWA.

 I am currently working on a short film as part of a university club project. We would like to include a scene in our film that features a Zoom meeting. Would there be any legal issues with filming and using this in our project?
