Recording Permission
How do I obtain permission to record meetings for training purposes?

You need to have recording enabled in your account.
If you are the billing admin holder you have the ability to turn this feature on.
It is by default so I suspect your account is owned by another person and they do not allow that option?
You should have a paid pro account or better.
