Hi, I bought a new android tablet (a very minor item) and although my bluetooth headset works in other applications like hearing youtube, it does not work on zoom meetings. Microphone and audio comes from the tablet itself. I tried the nearby device settings (it's on), reinstalling zoom, and restarting the system. I even did factory reset of the tablet and it still doesn't work.using a wired earphone with microphone works. How can I make my bluetooth headset work?

I am using the web client on a desktop.  The closed caption option does not work.  There is nothing in the live transcription area either.   Closed caption is "on".  Nothing appears 

At the start of each new day, I can see the events scheduled for the day on the Calendar work week view, but in the Today view/side panel it displays "No events scheduled". If I exit the Zoom application and restart it, then the Today view/side panel correctly displays the events listed for the day in the work week calendar view. Then at the start of the next day, there are no events displayed in that Today view/side panel even if the calendar shows events scheduled for that day, until I exit the application and restart it.

Hi, I have a huge problem. I can't seem to find a recording I did last night. I wasn't the host but I was given permission to record the meeting. This has happened previously and I didn't have a problem about this before until now. I followed all the steps to recovering non-converted recordings, and that Zoom would already have that saved incase you want to convert it. The problem is it's not showing up in my app and webportal. As well as the meeting that took place, it isn't in my history as well. 

With Zoom I present a powerpoint with the presenter's image embedded, it works very well. But I record the presentation with the recording offered by Zoom, in the cloud, and when I retrieve the recording the image of the presenter is next to it and not embedded.

When my Zoom Phone rings, I ONLY want it to ring on my phone; NEVER on my laptop. How do I turn OFF the ringer on my laptop? (MacBook)

Can I assign a Zoom Room to a person with a Zoom Pro License? Or can I use a zoom Room system with a personal Zoom Pro License?  

Hi, I have ZOOM 6.2.6, but just upgraded to the newest version.  For the past several ZOOM meetings, my guests have a message that tells them that the host has joined, but there is no indication on my end that anyone is in the waiting room nor an option to admit them. :(. Any suggestions?

Hi, my scheduled meetings have all disappeared from my Zoom account. They haven't been deleted, they're just not there. I need to use the same links and not create new meetings as all my clients have the links saved. I just tested one link in an email that I had sent to a client and the meeting started, so it seems to be working. Can my meetings be reinstated to my account?

I want to say thank you for enabling Apps inside Zoom. This is a super useful feature! I do online training with groups of 25-30 people at a time. I use Miro as a whiteboard tool and I have always asked individual people to open Miro in their own browser. This forces them to have 2 windows open - Zoom and Miro - and often they are on a laptop, making it difficult to see both windows.Since I enabled the Miro app inside Zoom, they can see the whiteboard within Zoom, and only need 1 window. I also appreciate that the Miro app stays open as the participants move into a breakout room for some activities, and come back to the main room. The app is activated once, and they continue to collaborate on it throughout the entire session. There are a few limitations that I hope can be addressed in the future:- the app only works if people have the zoom app installed, not in a browser- for the host, if I jump into a bre

Hey Zoom thanks for messing up my meeting with your involuntary disconnecting and reconnecting me to an important meeting of my life because of your forced update. I'm in the middle of the meeting and there's no option to postpone to re-schedule the update. "zoom cloud service will upgrade shortly you will disconnect and rejoin" I wish there's a way here to attach the image/screenshotThe notification is like a time bomb that will suddenly pop-up without any notice then the countdown starts around only 20 seconds. You have no other choice but to be alarmed because you can't cancel it, can't postpone, can't do anything about it but to watch the clocking ticking down while being frustrated because there's no window or heads up to tell your co-workers that you will get disconnected. 

Hello   On my Ipad, I have my contacts within the Zoom app. However, when I schedule a meeting and add attendees. It's blank I have to type out all the attendees. Rather than it pulling from my contacts list.

A user is sent updates whenever someone with scheduling privileges for their calendar, schedules a meeting on their behalf. How can I prevent the user from receiving updates when there are changes made in the schedule?

Dear Sir, I have scheduled a meeting for 21st Dec and am currently handling the registration. In the meeting registration section, I can see that 79 registrations have been completed. When I click on the 'View' button, I can see the individual registration details. However, when I try to access the report through the Report section, no records are displayed.It is important to export all the registration details into a single sheet, but I am unable to do so. I have attached the following snapshots: one showing the Meeting Registration (79 registrations), another showing the report page (which displays zero registrations), and one from the 'View' button showing individual registration details.Please assist me in generating a single report that includes all the details available on the registration page. Look forward your early response RegardsSudhir&

When opening a whiteboard inside a meeting, I get the option of Collaborating Mode and Presenting Mode. This works great. However, I cannot find a way to switch between modes once the whiteboard is already open. Is this possible to do? Or is the only way to exit the whiteboard and open it again in Presenting mode or vice-versa?I am using the Zoom Web Client in Chrome
