Hi, I have an M1 MacStudio with an Apple Thunderbolt Display which has a built in webcam (known as FaceTimeHD Camera). When running MacOS Monterey, the video feed from this camera worked. Since 'upgrading' to MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1 the Zoom preferences recognises the camera it is connected to, the computer displays the icon in the menu bar that the camera is in use, but no video preview appears in the Zoom preferences - the window is black. I checked to see if this was just a bug with the preview in preferences, by starting a meeting. No video displayed, although I did get a message from the Zoom app that said 'Virtual Background is still loading. Start video anyway?' (The buttons offered the option of 'Don't use video' and 'Use video'. No video displayed after clicking 'Use video' and waiting several minutes. I then disabled virtual background in the preferences and tried again, but still had no video displayed in system preferences or in a meeting that I started. Is

I'm testing Events/hub with a full meeting single session. THe default email event reminder notification (one week, one day, one hour) is set up. My attendees are not receiving the one day before notification, but are getting the 1 hour before notification. The one week before in this case is not relevant.  I did a test, making it 24 hours and 48 hours before, and it just missed the 48 hour target notification.  What is going on? The notifications are pretty important. I have multiple testers, including myself, and the experience is across the board. Thanks!

I only see a black screen that says <username> has started screen sharing.  with a black screen Using Zoom Workplace 6.3.6 (47101)Macbook Pro M1 Sequoia 15.2

I recently went to a Sign Language workshop and we didnt connect to audio because we were all signing.  Or we were muted. When spotlighted it never asked us to unmute.  In all other meeting with deaf where I have been put on spotlight I always get a annoying pop up asking me to unmute. Which is great for hearing meetings but not for deaf.. How do I adjust settings to stop the unmute pop up window???? 

I have a meeting and am creating 15 different polls. I have started to create these polls and now realize they are not in the correct order needed for the actual meeting. You used to be able to reorder/move the polls prior to the meeting. This functionality seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know if polls can still be reordered? Thanks

How do I enable the camera on Zoom on a Mac? My camera is not turning on during Zoom meetings. How do I fix this issue?

We are working on compiling our webinar report for 2024 but are only able to see attendee data from our last three webinars. Is there a way to access attendee numbers from earlier webinars in the year? If so, could you please guide us on how to retrieve this data Thank you for your assistance!

I CANT HEAR ANYTHING IN ZOOM MEETINGS. NOT AT ALL. I HAD THIS PROBLEM THEN IT FIXED ITSELF IDK HOW BUT IT DID. I DID SOMETHING TO CAUSE THAT FIX BUT I DONT REMEMBER SO CAN SOMEONE HELP ME REMEMBER OR MAYBE EVEN ANOTHER WAY TO HELP WITH THIS ISSUE? I SAW A POST IN 23 THAT THEY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT SINCE IS 25 I THINK IT IS DIFFERENT NOW? I HAVE THIS PROBLEM ON MY AIRPOD AND ANYOTHER CALL WORKS. HELP ME... PLEASE.  ITS PISSING ME OFF AND I NEED HELP. THIS IS FOR MY CLASS AND I NEED TO PAY ATTENTION. ALSO SIDE NOTE MY AUDIO IS FULLY CONNECTED TO MY AIRPODS. THE MIC, AND THE SPEAKER.

Hi,I have a Workplace Pro account. It says I have access to AI Companion. When I set up a meeting a meeting, I select the meeting summary option under Advanced, I think. However, so far I have not been able to locate the summaries. I also record the videos and can find them.  Help please!

1. I get this message 'virtual background still loading' Start Video Anyway? I cannot start the video. If I say 'no' then there is no image but ZOOM quits.2. Occasionally my pic just turns pink in colour.I'm using DELL laptop. I have updated ZOOM to the latest version. Changed my modem to the latest one where it has the facility of more than 500 mbps.Please help with some suggestions.Thank you.RegardsRajul

I just got this Osee GoStream switcher for live presentations but how do I us it in a Zoom Group call. I am the presenter and wand to use multi cameras for demo. It does have stream platform /Server settings but not sure how to use on a Zoom Call.  thanks to all in advance

I'm using the Zoom Workplace app on my laptop, and I see my organization's meeting in both my Zoom app and my Google calendar.  However, I don't have a link or button to join the meeting, I can just RSVP and see the other attendees. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Here's a common situation:User in Zoom Room joins meeting from laptop and then room. Despite large "Do not Join from laptop" sign.Audio feedback chaos ensues.Zoom user goes to settings on Zoom controller and changes speaker. Room audio is now coming out of the projector instead of room speakers.User then changes microphone input. Room no has no functional microphone.User leaves the mess for the next confused user.This is a university so there are thousands of users. Training is not an option.I don't have local access to the room. It's a long drive.I'd love to be able to restrict audio devices from Room Profile page. I can select audio devices and fix it remotely, but I can't restrict choices remotely.

Hi. I've been enjoying using Zoom Docs. As I think ahead to a more pervasive use, I'm missing the possibility to:  1. Organize the docs into folders (i.e., by client of project).  2. I want a way to collect a set of documents into groups that I can quickly access (like Dropbox Paper).  If any of these features are available, I have yet to find them.  Thanks!

When I'm in a call (Zoom, Google Meet) I can't hear any music audio from any other source, but I can still hear words that they're speaking. It seems like background noise suppression is active even on other apps. I have tried YouTube in other browsers, Spotify, Windows Troubleshoot sound, but nothing works. I also have seen some people solved this problem by "messing around with the sound system". Can anyone help fix this issue?

Since the last update, I am still unable to access annotation tools while screensharing. This is not something that i can fix in settings; I am not failing to see the annotate icon (green pencil), etc. The feature is not available anymore. Doesn anyone know if this is fixible. The annotation tools were honestly the one thing that Zoom did better than Skype. As a tutor it was tremendously useful. Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? (Please do not suggest any of the normal fixes that have been suggested countless times on these forums)Thanks!

With the recent change in the slack zoom integration UI observed from couple days, I see the UI for slack zoom intregration have some bug. When clicking numbers or the meeting ID triggers facetime app or any other calling application opening. can someone help me suggesting some settings or possibility available to get previous format back?Thanks  

Hi there,When I navigate to my "zoom events" hub and look at "polls and quizzes" I have lots of saved surveys on my account. However, when I create a new webinar in my hub, I always have to write the survey questions from scratch. There doesn't seem to be an option to include a previously used survey. This is frustrating as we do the same survey for every event! When I search for information about this in the documentation, it's difficult to find anything about "Zoom Events" and not "Zoom Workplace." Surely I am just missing it and the option exists somewhere? Thanks.

I have had a zoom pro account for 4 years. Up until last Fall, I was able to go FB Live to a private group page, however that changed. I am not able to do so. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, I am working with someone that is on the other end of a Zoom meeting and he’s experiencing audio suppression issues. The setting is in a church. He’s conducting ceremonies that utilize bells, singing bowls and also chanting from others in the roo. His voice is coming through crystal clear but the second that he strikes an instrument or others in the room begin chanting, it cuts everything out. We’ve tried every single audio option in the settings, but none of them allow the sounds to come through. He’s using the current version of Zoom on a newer MacBook and the microphone that he’s using is a Blue Yeti Logitech USB. He has also tried just using the built-in mic on the laptop but has the same results. Can anyone advise on how to remedy this?

I just got off of a Zoom meeting with a society I am an exec member for, in which our usual secretary could not be available. In her stead, we elected to record the meeting, through the recording settings within Zoom. I got confirmation that the meeting was recording to my computer, and that a transcript was being made. I can find neither of these, either anywhere on my device or in the "recordings" section of the Zoom app. We spoke for an HOUR, discussed a lot of things that various of us are going to need to follow up on with details on which I am already rather fuzzy, and not everyone who had jobs assigned to them in the meeting was AT the meeting. I really need that video, and I am concerned to discover that it may not even exist, please advise.
