Does zoom vdi client supports E2EE meetings? Specially when it offers screen sharing from VM. @VDI @zoom 

I use licensed zoom combined with ipad to teach, recently wireless sharing from zoom to ipad often has problems and is difficult to share, after a while it automatically loses sharing, help me

Even when the camera is turned on in Zoom on a Mac (Sequoia), it automatically turns off.While watching the Mac screen, it seems the camera turns off at the moment when the green Zoom icon at the top switches to an orange microphone icon.If anyone knows a solution, please let me know.

I teach a distance from my computer and want guests to enter the meeting without having to be put in a waiting room.   It is more convenient for me if they enter without me having to be interrupted to let them in.   I usually just start a meeting with the ID I've been given and they enter that ID and password which I gave them in advance.  I've disabled the waiting room and done everything I can to disable the waiting room, followed google instructions and yet it is still not disabled.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you.

I need to switch from a personal meeting ID to auto generated ones for privacy purposes. What happens to the meetings I've already set up with my personal meeting ID? Will my clients still be able to access them with the original invite I sent them?I'm switching because I currently utilize a waiting room, but the client I am currently in a meeting with sees the name of the person that enters my waiting room! And the person in my waiting room sees the name of the client in my meeting!Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello!I am interested to learn and know if the zoom recording on cloud can be edited snipped out in several parts of the recording and still have it maintained on cloud?Have searched here and googled, so far the answer is "No" to both: Zoom does not allow snipping in the middle of the recording only the begining and the end (results begining of 2024 thus, i cannot find anything more positive more recently). So in a `10-11am recording, one cannot snip out 10.30-10.31 am portion AND cannot maintain it on Zoom cloud if i used a 3rd party apps to edit ie download the video and upload it again to Zoom Cloud? Please advice/suggest the steps if these CAN be done.OR Reply too if it is affirmative - cannot be done. Then have use alternative methods.Urgent! Thank you!  

I use Zoom Webinar for virtual panel discussions and presentations. We have English and Spanish-speaking attendees, so the webinar must be recorded in English and Spanish, along with corresponding English and Spanish presentation slides, which are shared successfully during the webinars. However, we have been confronted with a recording issue: The presentation that was recorded for both the English and Spanish recordings (“Shared screen with speaker view”) was the wrong screen for both. Which screen gets recorded in a zoom webinar recording with English and Spanish presentations? How can we control which screen gets recorded? Thank you for your support.

I disconnected Zoom sync with my Google Calendar and ALL of my appointments unrelated to Zoom have gone! In fact, my whole Calendar has been wiped clean. How do I retrieve my appointments?

Hello, I'm moderating my boss's meetings and I need an advice, let's call him John. John is using two monitors and the meetings happen like this: John's screen is always Spotlight for everyone, the participants are on small screens and everyone is watching John. But when the participants start showing their work on cameras and I use "Add Spotlight" for some participant (that is, add participant's screen to John's screen - two big screens for everyone) for John it looks like the participant's screen becomes the main and big one, and his own screen disappears. And at that moment, when someone speaks, their screen becomes big for everyone. We use Spotlight for everyone to show John's screen, and everything is fine until I add another participant with "Add spotlight", which for some reason replaces John's screen (on his computer) and the automatic screen switching by voice somehow starts happening. I need to stop "Add spotlight" screen from replacing John's own screen

How can I schedule slots for clients to choose from ? The guidance video is there when I click scheduler but the actual facility doesn't appear to be available ?

Hi Guys, I have one colleague experiencing an "INVALID MEETING ID error" on all of his scheduled meetings.  Does anyone have the same experience? I read some articles and watch some youtube videos on the resolution but they are just telling that the Zoom Application needs to be updated. I tried the resolution but the problem still persist on the following scheduled meeting. Can anyone help with the final fix for this? Best,OtsogaPrime

My son is 15, will be 16 in May.  He needs to have a zoom account setup with his name for online driving classes.  Because he's 15 it won't allow me to set an account up for him.

I have user who is experiencing this error (0; Error 200) when she tries to reschedule a meeting. Here's how she explained it the ticket she submitted to us:------------------------------------------------------------------------"Hi there,  #1:  Many of my meetings have been rescheduled from Teams to Zoom.  I’m finding that whenever I need to move a meeting, I’m consistently getting this error message: "Is this some sort of permission issue that is causing this to happen? We just switched to Zoom and I have no idea. Also, I wasnt able to find any way to upload a picture of the error message, either, but that is essentially what it said.

I am setup so that people joining my zoom sessions just click on a single link (I just copied this across from when I used a simpler version of zoom in the past), they dont need to enter a meeting ID or passcode. Usually this is fine, but sometimes users say they need to enter a meetingID (that part is no problem) and a passcode. I cannot find this passcode (which stays the same for all these meetings) on my zoom account pages - where do I look?

The Mac OS version of Zoom doesn't have this issue, but the PC versions are missing the option to check for updates, and don't seem to be checking themselves. The option is simply missing from the profile drop-down menu where it is clearly displayed on Mac OS. This issue has been ongoing since the original 6.0 release necessitating a manual installation, and has been the case on every computer I have come across in the office. I have to say it's extremely strange for an option to be simply missing from the user interface - one would hope if there was an issue in the code for updating, the menu option would throw an error when clicked instead of being entirely missing. If I had to guess, there's something wrong with the recent Zoom builds that we have all been forced to upgrade to in order to maintain compatibility with zoom rooms.

After recent update, I am unable to start or join meeting from the meetings listed in the Calendar sidebar. The app shows all my scheduled meetings, and the start button is blue, but nothing happens when I click "Start"

I'm trying to use the AI companion meeting summary. I am the admin, and I'm the only user on my paid account, yet I cannot remove the "locked by admin," so I cannot toggle the on/off in the settings from off to ON. I've followed suggestions by others in the community and logged out, then logged back in using another browser, and that does not work for me either. I've also tried to use the Zoom chat feature, but that is not good for my blood pressure either. Hi, I have trouble sharing my screen. There is no option to share a single window, etc. The only options are "Use system desktop capture," "Use system window capture," and "Whiteboard." The first two options show the whole desktop oversaturated and so bright that the others can't see any details. When I click Stop sharing, Zoom hangs and can only be closed forcefully (kill process) and restarted, connecting to a conference again. The only option is to switch to an X11 session and launch Zoom there. I read in a newsletter from 2024-01-22 that this bug had been fixed in version 5.11.1. Hello, we have been having a companywide issue with blue popup boxes displaying when sharing a screen in zoom. These take up the screen and will block your view to see PowerPoint, or any application being shared. This happens in our conference rooms, and on our laptops while in a Zoom meeting. Others on the call can see it as well. We were told by Zoom customer support to check out our graphics card drivers, which we have Intel Iris. All drivers are up to date, including the newest Zoom 6.2.3. We have tried switching screen sharing modes, which will sometimes resolve the issue if laptops are set on "Advanced Share Without Window Filtering". But the next day this issue arises again, and the different modes will not resolve this. We host daily meetings, and webinars with outside suppliers and business owners. I've just started using Zoom Phone as part of a trial before the rest of our company moves over. I've been able to sync my iPhone contacts within the Zoom iOS app and they show under "Phone Contacts" in that app, but the desktop app doesn't seem to sync with the phone app. Is there any setting or integration I'm missing? This seems utterly basic so I'd be shocked if phone contact sync to the desktop app is not supported.

Sorry for the basic question, I've been searching on zoom for an hour and can't find the answer. We need a package to include co-host or alternative host and wondering if the workplace pro covers this as it's a lot cheaper than the webinar package. We don't need all the fancy stuff in the webinar package and up to 100 participants would be more than adequate. Thanks.

I want to share 2 different videos at the same time to two different breakout rooms...how can I do this?I want only one of the 2 videos available to each room

We are a non-profit, HIPPA compliant agency.  At several zoom meetings we have hosted recently, we have heard from many participants that they attended the meeting and could hear everything going on, but were unable to show their video, chat to us, or unmute.  On our side, we did not even know they attended until we heard from them afterwards, because they did not show up on our participant list, nor could we see or hear them.  This is a problem for confidentiality since we are unsure of who is attending.What is the cause and how can it be corrected?  Thank you

We are having trouble finding the option to upload images, pdfs, etc. on the Zoom whiteboard. This goes for all organizational and external users. On the backend we have enabled uploading capabilities for all users, but the option is not available in the whiteboard while using it. What can we do?

I've been having an issue for a little over a week now that I can't seem to resolve.  When on Zoom, my input audio sounds robotic with a bit of static. This only happens in Zoom and not on OBS or any other recording software that I use. This also happens with both my audio interface setup and USB-based microphones. I'm on a Mac M-based computer currently running Zoom v6.2.10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I have a high quality interface and XLR-based microphone setup that sounds perfect everywhere else. I have tried using other high quality USB-based microphones and the only devices that do not sound different than other recording software are my Apple AirPods and AirPods Max's. I have tried changing the audio settings to nearly all variations of Original Sound for Musicians and Zoom Background Noise Removal. Nothing seems to fix this issue. What else can I do to fix this issue?
