Videos are saving in raw format and need to be converted to MP4

Recordings, Hi - I have the Zoom Pro version and do not know why my Zoom recordings are now saving as 'double_click_to_convert_01' (raw format) - why is this, and how can I convert the recording to MP4 please? I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Could you try to sign into your Zoom desktop client...start a new meeting and record locally.....end the recording....remove all contents of the newly created folder....copy your raw files to that empty folder.....then use the Zoom desktop client to convert them
