Cropping in ZoomISO v3 is a great feature. However, please add cropping capability of handles, and grabbing. So the user can mouse over the video frame and grab a frame handle to resize and zoom. Then grab the frame to move. The x/y slider control is too slow (but don’t replace it). See the UI design in Livestream Studio 6 for reference. BTW - great job on v3!!
For a published SIMPLE_EVENT, both GET /v2/zoom_events/events and GET /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId} return description: "" even though the public event page has visible description content. Which API endpoint exposes that public-facing description?
Tenable is flagging the latest version of Zoom Workplace (7.1.0.41345) as vulnerable to CVE-2026-6276 due to the version of libcurl installed 8.17.0). I’ve tried asking the chatbot and the support line to provide an official response that there is no patch available with no luck. Can anyone from Zoom make a definitive statement I can provide to an auditor that there is no fix available for this claimed vulnerability, or confirm the vulnerability does not apply?
I have automatic cloud recordings on, and I definitely heard the meeting say “This meeting is being recorded” automated line as well. This meeting began recording at 11:58am pst, and ended approximately at 1:02pm pst. I have not been able to locate the cloud recording, nor does it appear as “processing” in the zoom web portal under cloud recordings. Are any engineers able to diagnose/investigate to make sure the recording is processing, just taking time?
We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.
I have an issue with a dual monitor setup, where when I share the entire desktop the zoom window jumps and takes over the other monitor, going on top of all the media controls we use, even with the zoom setting to share zoom windows selected. Here is a rough breakdown of the setup we're using to give a better context:Monitor 1, which is for the operator/ producer:Zoom Meeting Window to view all participantsVLC Playlist ControlsMonitor 2, which is at the front of the room has:Zoom, for showing remote participants as and when neededVLC Media WindowAs the screen share isn't needed the whole time, it is only needed when sharing media through VLC we can't leave the screen share running constantly.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Initially, when I attempted to open the Workplace app on my Windows PC, I found that I was signed out of my Zoom account. Repeated attempts to sign back in only yielded the message: 'Please try again later.' Error Code: -1. The Zoom Workplace app on my PC has been installed and functioning properly since 2020. This is the first time it has ever given me any issues.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app multiple times. I have cleared my Windows Explorer cache multiple times as wellI have even gone so far as to reinstall Windows (Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2, OS build 26100.4351). Using a browser, I can sign into my Zoom account on both my Windows PC and my Mac. Additionally, on my Mac, I can also sign in to the Zoom Workplace app. An article online suggested linking my Windows 365 with Zoom. I have tried this, but my 365 account is a Personal account, and the login page the Zoom link takes me to is for
The Zoom team have released CX Insights recently, bringing analytical data that is actionable & conversational to the Zoom Customer Experience suite. Massive credit to the Zoom product team for taking an area of the product that wasn’t perfect & turning it into a position of strength. This is seriously impressive & will help contact centres of all sizes to get greater insight without needing to spend life in spreadsheets.Check out the video & give it a comment on YT for what you'd use CX Insights to learn more about.
Hello,Our CEO recently upgraded our Zoom account to include Webinars so that he can host training sessions where participants are not visible to one another and do not appear on screen. However, when he launches a Zoom Webinar and attempts to share his screen, he is unable to share computer audio/sound. Since these training sessions include content with audio, this functionality is essential.Could you please review the account and advise on the following:Whether computer audio sharing is enabled for our Webinar license. Whether there are any account-level, webinar-level, or desktop client settings that need to be configured. Whether this is a known limitation or issue related to our current Zoom plan or webinar setup. For reference:The Webinar add-on was recently purchased and enabled. The issue occurs during Zoom Webinars when screen sharing. The objective is to conduct training sessions in a webinar format so attendees cannot see or interact with one another as they would in a standard
The Avatar tab is completely missing from both my Zoom app (Background & Effects) and my web account settings. Another account on the same free plan has the Avatar feature available. Please help restore this feature to my account.
I can not find the options for avatars in my zoom. It does not exist. Whenever I click on video filters I only have the background pictures I have added from my computer. No other options are displayed.
Hi,I have a problem with the video quality of the Zoom meeting I have a pro version of Zoom. In the setting, I have enabled Group HD video and still, I´m receiving/sending only 320 x 180/640 x 360 resolution. Video quality is like from 15 years ago, not even HD. Am I doing something wrong or is this quality normal?Internet is not the problem my internet is download speed is Mbps 100, upload speed is Mbps 78. Laptops are connected on the same network and still have the same quality.
Hello, I am looking to see if anyone measures FCR and if you do how have you manipulated the reports to do so?
Yes, I said Recording Studio, not Production Studio.Recording Studio is a brand new feature released May 18, 2026. In a nutshell, it allows a Zoom Events or Webinars Plus license holder to schedule a single session Meeting and select up to 10 participants to have their audio and video recorded locally on their computer. “That’s nothing new” you might rightfully add. But that’s not the cool part. The magic is that once the local recording is processed on the far-end computer, it automatically uploads the audio and video to the Host’s Zoom Cloud! In some circles this is referred to as “end-to-end recording.”Here’s what you need to know: This feature requires a Zoom Events or Zoom Webinars Plus license. Even if you have this license, you must make a request to Zoom Support for “enablement.” My request took 10 calendar days. You might get luckier if you’re an Enterprise user; I’m just a small business. Once you get it enabled, you're currently on your own; there’s no documentation available
Hi everyone Please help me because I’m about to throw my laptop through a window or against a wall! All I want to do is use my company logo as a meeting background and I’ve followed all the instructions given to me but just cannot get to that option. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP ME! Duncan
We have a setup where we use iPads as Zoom Room controllers, connected to PCs running Zoom Room software. This past weekend, the iPads all upgraded to iOS 26 and now none of our controllers are able to pair to the Zoom room. I've confirmed that the devices are still on the same network within the same IP block. Is anyone seeing the same issues with iOS 26?
Hello. We requested to enable 720p recording option, but it is nowhere to be seen in the settings. I’ve looked at multiple help threads which describe various locations where it should be or has been, but there is not any option. Searching for 720 or HD doesn’t yield anything either. We requested a second time and they claim its already been activated. How can it be if we have no HD record toggle option available to us like has been described? Thanks for your assistance.
Trying do a meeting but unable to get the meeting code
Hello,We are implementing a Video Banking / video call flow and would like to support simultaneous use of both the front and rear cameras during a live video session (dual camera / multi-camera streaming from a mobile device).Could you please advise: Does Zoom support simultaneous front and back camera usage during an active video call? If yes, which Zoom SDK should be used for this use case (Video SDK, Meeting SDK, or another option)? Are there any platform limitations for iOS and Android? Is there any available documentation or sample implementation for this functionality? Thank you in advance for your guidance.
Dear Zoom Team,I have been using a Ryzen 2600 processor with 6 cores and 12 threads (16GB RAM), and I have successfully utilized the background blur function without any issues. However, I noticed that the new requirements now specify an 8-core processor, which seems to be an increase that may not be necessary for such a basic feature.Could you please provide any insights into this change? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider lowering the hardware requirements for the background blur feature, as it has been functioning well on my current setup.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.Lukas
Has anyone else had this issue or know of a workaround? Developers?
Hi! I'm just wondering if anyone has already tried using Ryzen 4300GE Radeon Vega 6 for image only virtual background without needing a green(solid) screen? Thank you.
Hi all,I can't work out if a AMD Ryzen 7 4700U 2.0GHz processor will allow me to have a virtual background on zoom without the help of a green screen. Based on the requiremements instructions, it would appear not: AMD8 logical cores3.0Ghz or higherCan anyone help? Thanks in advance
Hi!My desktop PC has 4core AMD Ryzen CPU. Based on this article I was trying to test if my CPU could effort the virtual background.I use Zoom desktop client 5.12.0 downloaded from Zoom download page and I installed 5.11.9 plugin from this page , the plugin version is minor than the desktop client because this article says:Note: Be sure to always install a version of the VDI Zoom desktop client that is equal to or greater than the Zoom VDI Plugin. After plugin installation I modified the parameter SMARTVB=1 and restarted Zoom service (even I tried to restart the whole PC) as explained in the first article, but nothing happens: I have no virtual background capabilities.Where is my mistake?Thx a lot for your help
I am beyond distressed that Zoom will not support VB on my new Windows 11 RYZEN Desktop or Windows 11 Intel Celeron. It worked fine on a 10 year old HP All in One with Windows 8.1. Zoom claims it's not their problem.I stronlgly disagree and DO NOT understand.
