Hi there,  my video is perfect in preview mode before entering the meeting. Upon entering the meeting Zoom is zooming my video in. That sucks. I have a fine background with my company logo put in perfect lighting. I use zoom in chrome browser, actual version.It has nothing to do with my camera settings, the OS settings or the browser settings: Google Meet and Teams work perfectly well. Please help. It is just ugly to have my video zoomed in. ThanksFrank

I have used Zoom for years and still to this day when a meeting is completed... the message box of "Converting meeting recording" comes on my screen and is on top of all other windows and I cannot get it off until it is done converting. It is in the way and effecting my other work. I have requested this feature to be fixed before... How can I get this fixed right away?

20% of the time I'm on a Zoom call the voice of other people in the call is garbled. I am the only person who has this problem on the call. When I use transcription apps such as Otter.ai it also cannot pick up the voice and is not able to transcribe properly when this occurs. Other times it works fine. My upload and download speeds are extremely high, so why is this happening? I'm on the latest version of Zoom using an android laptop.

Hello, Running a Webchat campaign (not exactly a campaign but its the only way to get the welcome screen). On the welcome screen I am capturing the customers first name, email and language selection.We only need 2 languages (English and French) but the drop down list provided has way more than that. Which means right now I have to create a catch-all in the flow for any selection outside of those 2 that then requires users to select their language again (this time from a shorter list of buttons that I created). The whole point of the Welcome screen is to save on some of those nested clicks and capture some relevant information into variables right from the get-go.  Is there any way to customize that list of languages that Zoom auto-populates?

I have worked out how to save the auto transcript in recordings as subtitles, and I can see them in the recording (when viewed in Zoom). However, when I download those recordings the subtitles no longer show up - anyone know how to get the subtitles to save to the downloaded recordings?

I saved about a dozen contacts in the program. According to everything I have seen when I want to schedule a meeting I can start typing the first 3 or more letters in the name/email of the contact in the attendees field and a list should pop up of names that match. Is there an option I need to turn on to make that happen?  

Hi! My Zoom Desktop Client (on Windows) updated to one that has consolidated the Calendar and Meetings tabs (or so it says, feels more like it -lost- the Meetings tab) and now I can't really access cloud recordings from my desktop client. Or I just can't find them. Is there a way to go back to the old UI? Having to log into my Zoom account on my browser when I have a desktop client open just to get a cloud meeting's URL is a really bad experience.

Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue please? I created a Zoom calendar invitation; it was sent successfully. I then opened the sent invitation, and tried to forward the invitation by adding email addresses. When I clicked "send" on the forwarded invitation, MS Outlook crashes and the invitation is not sent. So far neither Microsoft nor Geek Squad can fix this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this please? This issue just started; in the past I could forward existing Zoom invitations. Hello,   Recently we setup a new office that has Fire TV Omni's and Logitech C920 webcams (As per recommended by amazon for compatibility to the TV's). We have the Zoom app on the TV's but when going into a meeting or test meeting, the camera or microphones are not picked up.   In the settings, it shows the camera seen as an external camera but there is no video feed and the camera itself does not have the light on as it normally would when the video is being seen.We have tried mix and matching cameras, uninstalling and reinstalling the zoom app.The camera and microphone works in other apps, just not zoom. We allow all permissions that it prompts for. Went into the Application settings and allowed Zoom to view and use the camera and microphone, nothing has worked.   The turn camera on or off is grayed out.    Amazon states it is an issue with the Zoom app and to contact z

I was a participant in a class that provided us with a recording. It says there are 4 files to Download (upper right corner 'Download (4 files)', but when I click, only 1 mp4 file downloads. We need access to the other files. The owner keeps saying they're all available. What am I missing?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to query zoom version number using CLI?Anyone have any suggestions on how to remotely install zoom client for end user? When I pre-install it - it does nothing because the end user has to install it and it installs in their profile path - not Program Files.   I don't see any options in the CLI to find the version installed on their profile.We have many users to install and I don't want to manually visit every PC.

I have been using the feature "PowerPoint as background" for a few years and I have never had a problem in sharing my slides that way, and stopping and restarting the share with the same slide deck. Over the last month, if I stop the share and try to restart using the same slide deck, I get a message that says, "This file is in use. Enter a new name or close the file that's open in another program." The PowerPoint file is not open on my laptop or in any other programs, but I can't reopen it in Zoom. I would appreciate guidance in solving this issue as I love this feature and use it frequently.  @zoom 

I would like to make a kind request to Zoom Company to make the Arabic Language Translation  (اللغة العربية) available on Zoom. Many Native Arabs use Zoom to deliver their lectures and host their online conferences. And unfortunately, they do struggle  ALOT in utilising zoom appropriately due to langue barrier. This will be a great opportunity for zoom to expand as this will attract many users to utilise this platform more safely and conveniently. (Those users often rely on very small number of individuals  to teach them how to open the zoom , mute/unmute participants during meetings  and download recordings from the Cloud). Please do consider my request and I promise you, you will NOT regret it. Kind Regards

HiI am based in Australia and interested in the Zoom phone plans. I understand Zoom will own the phone numbers but is ownership of the phone number transferrable if I decide to leave the Zoom plan? Thanking you in advance Joe

I have a landing page which is connected to my CRM and calendar for customers to book appointments with me.The Problem is everytime someone tries to book an appointment, Zoom generates a link with an Invalid ID Number.  What on Earth do i do to correct this?
