I need help figuring out if I even have zoom access for my hearing tomorrow 

Hi there, do zoom have app for AAOS (Not android auto), a.k.a. for google built-in cars? Please advise.

I have created a free account (with CC verified) and added 59 users. I have also activated all 59 accounts. I'm unable to see them under company contacts list. (company contacts did show up a couple of times last week, but 99% of the time, the entire internal contacts section is missing) I have tried on different computers, mobile phones, etc and it's the same.  When I try to invite one of these 59 people (invite a zoom user to connect button) - it says xxxx is already your contact

I recently installed zoom workplace 6.6.11 onto my desktop computer running kubuntu 24.04 LTS.  I installed from the ubuntu repositories and it seems to have installed correctly.  I can start the zoom app from my applications menu.  I can click on join a meeting and I get a place to enter a meeting ID.  I have no meeting to join at the moment, but so far so good.  It appears that zoom workplace works.I wanted to do a test meeting, so I went to zoom.us/test.  I clicked on join and a window pops up:Pop-upThen click on Choose Application andI tried the System Handler, the ZoomLauncher, and zoom, but nothing happens. Initially the only

In the past, my breakout rooms had a button called "Ask for Help," which allowed students in the breakout room to request that I come see them.  That button is no longer appearing in my break out rooms.  How do I get that function back?  Thank you!  

If an individual uses a Zoom link to register to attend a session on Zoom. Does the individual use the same link to access the scheduled session that he used to register? Or will he receive a separate Zoom link for the session itself? 

Hola, Tengo un inconveniente:Estaba utilizando zoom desde una pc de escritorio que me permitia utilizar mi Avatar. Y lo dejé puesto. Luego la pc se me rompio y ahora me conecto desde una pc que no me permite usar avatars, y no me deja sacarlo. Lo tengo puesto permanente. Nisiquiera me habilita la solapa de "Avatares" como para desactivarlo. Me dedico a dar clases y solicito una solucion, alguien podria ayudarme paso a paso por favor? Muchas gracias

Two alternate hosts (AHs) can start meetings, but only one of them can chat with the participants first. The other one has to ask all the participants to send a chat first before the AH can chat with them. Both AHs use the same meeting link sent by the Host, and they use Windows laptops. Their sign in processes are the same.The AH who cannot chat first until participants start the chat has tried signing in and out of the meeting which they started: on the main work laptop, on a different laptop, and on an Samsung Galaxy S23 Android phone. They've tried logging in using the desktop app and the web app on the laptops and the Android mobile app and web app on the mobile phone. The version of the desktop app is one version behind the mobile app. Because only one AH has a problem, it doesn't appear to be the version number. What else can they try to turn on the ability to chat first? TIA

In webinars, participants who use an iPad can't see polls, but those on an iPhone can.These are typically non-tech savvy students who need the certification webinars to keep their jobs, so what is the simplest way to help them use an iPad like Zoom says you can? 

We have a few different models of the Aver PTZ cameras installed in our Zoom Rooms. Each Zoom Room has 1 camera pointed at a presenters desk. Depending on the type of meeting we turn off the presenter camera. We found that during meetings, when the presenter cameras were turned off, the presenter camera would seemingly reboot at random and turn itself on.My coworker and I spent many hours on this issue and we found the reason(s).1st - Our default for the Zoom Room presenter camera is to be on. We found when the presenter camera would reboot it would turn back on because it was not reading what the controller had for settings, it was only reading what the Zoom Room camera default settings were. - Zoom Support did help with this answer.2nd - Aver has an app for changing settings for their cameras. We used the Aver PTZ app 2 specifically. We found the Aver PTZ App 2 and the Zoom Room app were fighting each other for the camera resources, this was caus

Just received a new email with latest spam technique - “Clips - XYZ Company shared a clip with you”This time there is even no unsubscribe link in the email so they can keep spamming indefinitely.Prediction - this will become a real nuisance unless you’re willing to block no-reply@zoom.us (which would kill all legit webinar emails as well).  

Hi i am trying to get opt out/in data through API but can't see a suitable scope is there a scope to get this data.

As host, I start an attendance poll before others join. When participants join, they are presented with the poll. This works for most devices. However on some iPads and iPhones, they see a small message that says "The host has started a poll" which stays on their screen for about 2 seconds. They do not see the poll.I have thoroughly tested using the latest updates.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a setting that needs to be changed on the participants device? 

Hello I’m reaching out regarding a technical issue we encountered during a recent webinar hosted by our company, and I’m hoping to get some assistance in resolving it for future sessions.Here’s a summary of the issue:Whenever our executive, who served as the webinar host, unmuted themselves to speak, participants experienced significant feedback and echo.This occurred even though all participants were muted during the session.The webinar host did not personally experience any feedback or echo on their end while speaking.The host was using a laptop with built-in speakers and a built-in microphone in a private office environment.Given that participants were muted, we’re unsure what might have caused the feedback. Our organization uses ZRA to record and analyze telehealth sessions. In order to record a session we require consent from the caregiver. I have found the option in ZRA to automatically record scheduled meetings for those with a ZRA license. It would be helpful if that could be more granular. If when creating a meetings or series of meetings there was an option to automatically record using ZRA that the host could set that would be beneficial as we only have consent for about 50% of our clients. I know there is the option to automatically record the meeting to the cloud, but the ZRA recorder is different and using the automatic record to the cloud option when creating a meeting does not provide the conversation scorecard.

Planing of New Meeting in ZHoom-App (on Notebook) is not possibleDiscription: I open Zoom-App, everything looks as ever. But when I nlick the  the planing button, an empty white Pop-up windows (were I normally can put in all the necessary details) opens. It even is not possible to close that pop-up and I have to open task manager to close the zoom-app.Everything else on the computer works as ever. No problems with internet connection, no problems with any programm or system functions.I never had such a problem before.What I tried: I used the uninstall program (the uninstaller gave no feedback, just disappeared. I am not able to open full MS Word file in Zoom App . Only first page is dispalyed while uploading the file so what can be the reason for this ?

I am new to Zoom Tasks.  I would like to filter out all tasks except those due this week or are overdue.  When I double up the fiilter selection, all tasks disappear.  This occurs both in the app and the web version.  I'm assuming this is a bug and not a user error. 

I sent a shared video of a Zoom meeting by my manager. She is requesting that I trim the opening few minutes to the meeting. Can this be done with a shared video and if so, how?Thanks!
