Solved Zoom Room Cameras Rebooting Themselves During A Meeting

We have a few different models of the Aver PTZ cameras installed in our Zoom Rooms. Each Zoom Room has 1 camera pointed at a presenters desk. Depending on the type of meeting we turn off the presenter camera. We found that during meetings, when the presenter cameras were turned off, the presenter camera would seemingly reboot at random and turn itself on.

My coworker and I spent many hours on this issue and we found the reason(s).

1st - Our default for the Zoom Room presenter camera is to be on. We found when the presenter camera would reboot it would turn back on because it was not reading what the controller had for settings, it was only reading what the Zoom Room camera default settings were. - Zoom Support did help with this answer.

2nd - Aver has an app for changing settings for their cameras. We used the Aver PTZ app 2 specifically. We found the Aver PTZ App 2 and the Zoom Room app were fighting each other for the camera resources, this was causing the reboot. We still have the Aver PTZ app 2 installed but we have is disabled upon start up and we disable it after using the app. 

This resolved our issues with the presenter cameras rebooting and turning themselves on.
