My external mikrophone is not listed in the audio devices with zoom

you might want to take a look at lancetlc reply on External Microphone on Zoom android tablet for some suggestions.

please tell us what external microphone and receiver you are using.  Also, tell us what lenovo tablet and operating system version you are using.

Zoom will list any microphone that is seen by such.

THis is what I have then I choose micropone
 

If you click on audio settings you can test.
Your external microphone should be plugged in before starting zoom fro best results.
If you go into your windows device manager (I assume you are on windows), you can see what audio devices are there
