When I am sharing my screen, I occasionally need to pause the screen and work on things in the background. Since the new update it seems that people using iPad or iPhone to see my shared screen will see black screen when I click pause.  I need this fixed ASAP 😞 Thank you community! Zoop

I keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for? They contain no unsubscribe buttons or report to spam and are AI related.  Super annoying........   

Can additional participant licenses be purchased during the meeting? or do they need to be purchased in advance?

I used Zoom AI transcription services in Zoom phone with success 10 days ago. Yesterday, the platform no longer shows the AI diamond selections, my previous transcriptions are "poof" gone, and now when I make a call it is no longer transcribing. I checked settings, worked with the chatbot, worked with a live agent, and reset everything. Logged in again to see if it is in place and NO it is not. Tested it this morning and NO it is not working. Seriously? What did Zoom do that messed all of this up?!?

Hi, Didi here ~ I'm trying to register for the Work Transformation Summit Zoom emailed me to my work email address but it won't let me use this same actual work e-address. Very frustrating & yes, I've tried other e-addresses & no, they don't work either. Otherwise, what's the point of trying to sign up if it doesn't let you use your preferred work email?!?  Zoom can piss off too many of its users with these aggravating Catch-22 situations... If anyone has any workarounds or suggestions I'm all ears.  Thanks! 

My timer has looked like this for quite a while now — something seems to be broken in its interface. Reinstalling both Zoom and the timer app doesn’t help. Switching from dark to light theme doesn’t fix it either. Minimizing and popping the app out (Pop out) doesn’t help either. Could you help me fix this? I'm using Windows 11 64-bit.

My GoPro WAS working and now i just get a black screen. I’ve uninstalled the app, re-installed and tried all i can, but no connection! HELP!

I'm looking for support on this: I normally teach using an audio interface (shows up as USB Audio CODEC). Since today, I cannot increase the input volume and thus no sound. I can move it to the right but it jumps right back. Yes I am unmuted and the interface is working fine (I see the lights signaling the music), it's just downregulated by Zoom. Installing the Zoom software updates and restarting Zoom and the macbook haven't changed anything. With all other microphones I can change the input volume and am audible. I ended up teaching with airpods and computer sound, but still would like to get the system back working...  

Can someone guide me through the initial setup of Zoom Phone. I have tried Zoom phone Management under the owner account settings. But the begin setup tab under phone management is missing.

Hello,Is it possible to receive a report from our Zoom Workplace Pro account that shows us the full name of the participant that clicked on the recording link we sent them.  We had a webinar on April 30th, and some participants could not make it.  Our sales team would like to know who actually clicked on the recording link that we sent them from our e-mail account.Is this even possible?I know we can see who was present and pull a CSV report, but we are looking for more of a report that shows who clicked on the recording link.Thank you,Katherine Jung 

I am using mac mini m1, using sequoia 15.4.1. zoom 6.4.6. It always tell me to allow microphone access at privacy and security. It do not show "zoom would like to access xx". I use a head phone with microphone, and do not have camera on this mac mini. I think this may cause the issue. p.sI tried using zoom on macbook air m3, and still not work. I have to use tccplus to force adding them.

Hi, I'm using Zoom Workflow to send email notifications after the meeting ends. What I'm trying to figure out is how to choose email recipients based on the live meeting participants. Currently, the Gmail integration with Zoom Workflow doesn't allow me to select live participants for the email, which means I have to enter them manually. This will be an issue when each meeting has different participants. 

Hello!When I create a zoomDoc, i can attibute a role for writing or not to the guests of my reunion. When I type the beguinnig of the name of a participant, i'm in a easy autocomplete process. But in that procedure, i sometimes see the name of my reunion among the participant's names. What does it mean? Can I attribute a role to the entire group instead of making that effort for every single member? Thanksa.

I've been working on a guide to Docs in Docs and twice (in as many days) had an error telling me, that I can't edit this page anymore and need to copy the content to another page. Which I can't do, because ZOOM only shows a blank page, making me loose all my content. (Edit: After messing around some more with the settings and a few hours time, the page reappeared.). This happened in ZOOM Workplace.I was fooling around with the settings in the browser before (to find out how they work and which users need to set in different situations, making Docs temporarily unavailable) but this shouldn't make me loose content. Also, when I share an existing document in a meeting for collaboration and stop the sharing, I can't open the same document in the same meeting again. I get the message, that this document is already shared at the time - even though I stopped sharing and want to start again. I have to close the meeting and start again, before the document is available again. Anyone who ca

On My settings, participants are allowed to join before the host, and also on our account management but all participants were not allowed unless I'm in. What am I missing here?Also, this has worked for me before and I haven't made any adjustments so I'm confused about what happened. Thanks

Does anyone know if I can add bookmarks to my Zoom meeting recording while it's happening?Oftentimes I have an hour long meeting that I'm recording in which I want to put in a bookmark saying "this is when we were discussing X". Then on playback I could jump straight to that moment. 

I want to host a webinar where the presentation and the speaker tiles are of the same size. While individual attendees can resize their views according to personal preference, I want this to be the uniform view for all attendees.But the existing templates do not allow the 2 tiles be of the same size. Can I create a custom layout on the production studio?

I currently have a Webinar 3000 license.  Does my backup also need this type of license, or can it be a Zoom workplace license?

Solved my problem,,, someone had set up a customised waiting room message and not told me!

Hi, I have a pro membership. I always share my computer sound (music), via 'share screen' --> advanced options --> share computer sound/ audio. I haven't used zoom for one month. Now this option to share computer sound is no longer available. I have no idea why this has changed.I have removed and then re-installed the app 'zoom workplace'. I have a MacAir, Apple M1, MacOS Seqoia 14.5.1.I hope you can tell me how to fix this. thank you so much!
