Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues.  I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android).  After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera.   The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem.  Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg.  While I can se

Is there a way to setup others at your organization to be a host on every meeting you create?  I know you can add co-hosts on single meetings, but for efficiency we are trying to set up co-hosts for all meetings.  Our project managers set up meetings that are hosted by others.  All users have zoom licenses.

Hi Zoom Team, would anyone be able to please advise what is the difference between these: (1) Zoom Content Hub on Zoom Events, (2) Zoom Video Content Management System and (3) Zoom Video Management?From my current understanding, they all are repositories that house videos, however what is the difference? i can't see myself on video zoom link ?

I cannot see myself; a virtual image is displayed.My camera works.The "Stop Video" button works and my camera is displayed. The light on my camera is on.  In prior Zoom meetings I could see myself. 

After recent updateusing an iPad. The layout changed. Finding meetings was fine. Finding reoccurring classes or meetings was difficult. I did find them eventually under a new heading called my everyday meetings. The next time I went to start my reoccurring meeting that category was nowhere to be found. Now I’m back to square one. It’s very difficult to negotiate this layout. today for example I needed to copy and paste the meeting code and join the meeting rather than host it. This is ridiculous. when the meeting was finished the original layout appeared, and I found all of the reoccurring meetings at the bottom of my regular meetings. This is very frustrating that it changes so rapidly.Please help. 

I manage a handful of call queues and im coming across an odd discrepancy in my analytics. How is it some of my agents total combined staus percentages (ready, not ready & occupied) do not equal 100% but some do? When I first  noticed this I assumed it had to do with offline time but if that was the case none of them would equal 100%. I make sure everyone is offline each night so they would all be well below 100% if offline was counted in the total. So what is making the difference? What am i missing?

Hi, I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed.IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE:- kernel 6.13.4- libcamera 0.4.0I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera.Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important. Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black. Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue? Thanks, Wolfgang

Hello,I have a question regarding the limitations of concurrent meetings when using Alternative Hosts within the same account (organization).Our Current Setup: Scheduler: One dedicated "Admin" account (Licensed User). Meetings: Multiple online training sessions scheduled at the same time. Hosts: Each session is assigned a different instructor (each is a Licensed User in the same organization) as an "Alternative Host." My Question:With the setup above, is it possible for these instructors to start and run their respective meetings simultaneously?Since the "Admin" account is the original host (owner) for all these sessions, I am concerned about the Zoom limitation that prevents a single user from hosting multiple meetings at the same time. Good day!Anybody have this issue? Have been unable to find a fix. Have tried updating and restarting my laptop, uninstalling using CleanZoom, reinstalling, signing out and in again. Nothing has worked. Reported to Zoom already but no response yet. Hope someone can assist. Thank you.

I sent a test email and they received it normally.2. Initially, the client received it (about two days ago), but today they stopped receiving it.3. Hello! Could you please tell me why the recording quality is 360? The MacOS system version is higher than 13 and the quality in Zoom app video settings is set to HD. I also have PRO account.    

absolutely one of the worst.  I've had 4 tickets open for 2 weeks now and most of the replies from them are just google search answers.  Then when i finally go someone to call me on one of the tickets, it was like talking to a wall.  He didn't understand a thing.  i am so fed up with their lack of help on any issue!

My meeting summaries are automatically being deleted immediately after the meeting and are inaccessible.  My transcript list shows that there is a transcript logged but I can't click on it and the download button is greyed out.  Please advise on how to fix this issue.  I need the summaries and transcripts from every meetings to be saved and I need to access the past ones. 

When I add someone as an alternative host to a webinar, they show up as a dash/hyphen instead of their actual name. They have updated their profile but it doesn’t update in the webinar under Special roles. Where can we edit this? 

Hi. My father-in-law is 84 years old. He is hosting a meeting every week. However, he is not hearing well, and does not see the small visual indication that there is a participant in the waiting room. Not even when leaving opened the participant tab. Is there a way to make more visually apparent that there is a new participant?

I receive error codes twice when trying to login.Upon opening Zoom on my Windows 11 Home system, I get the following error message on the right of the screen:Error code    xxxxxxxx-0x01-000A-0000-00-0A-07 Then, upon entering my valid login name, I receive the error code “-1”Web resources have directed me to disable Windows Defender Smartscreen, but this is not helping.I’d appreciate any help

Hello Zoomers, hope you can help me. I've been having some strange issues with Zoom for a while now. When I'm in a one-on-one meeting, after a few minutes, my video freezes. Then, after a few more minutes, everything crashes. However, when I'm in a group (8 - 10 people), everything works fine without any problems. Additionally, I'm unable to log in via someone else's link. I've reinstalled everything and cleared my cache, etc. I have no idea what else to do. Can you help me? It's so weird that it works fine with multiple people but not in one-on-one sessions.

It is not possible to change the background image to an image from the camera, even if the background image is turned off or the program is uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with scheduled meetings not appearing consistently across different Zoom applications.Today I have two meetings: One meeting was created by me. The other meeting is one I was invited to. However, the meetings appear differently depending on the platform: Windows desktop app: I can see the meeting I created, but not the meeting I was invited to. Web interface: I can see the meeting I was invited to, but not the meeting I created. Mobile app: I can see both meetings. Both the windows and the android app is up-to-date.Ideally, both meetings should appear in the Windows desktop application, but currently only one is visible.Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can ensure that both meetings appear in the Windows desktop ap

I can’t open zoom sessions with zoom workplace any more, only via Browser. Then Very often the camera doesn’t work. I do have Wifi with enough Data. It used to work properly but since about 6 weeks it doesn’t connect any more. Any suggestions?
