Did not receive a confirmation email after successfully registering for the seminar.

I have a question: I created a webinar on Zoom and registered a client.

The client successfully registered but didn't receive a confirmation email (although they received their registration information).

1. I sent a test email and they received it normally.

2. Initially, the client received it (about two days ago), but today they stopped receiving it.

3. I'm using a personal Gmail account with an upgraded plan.

= Can anyone help me with this?

    All the emails come from zoom and this can sometime mean that they appear in spam.

    Please also check the email content Zoom as you can disable sending this, beacsue some companies have markleting systems which they like to send out the emails.
