Did not receive a confirmation email after successfully registering for the seminar.
I have a question: I created a webinar on Zoom and registered a client.
The client successfully registered but didn't receive a confirmation email (although they received their registration information).
1. I sent a test email and they received it normally.
2. Initially, the client received it (about two days ago), but today they stopped receiving it.
3. I'm using a personal Gmail account with an upgraded plan.
= Can anyone help me with this?
