Zoom Business Account - Meeting with Registration page - Meeting is scheduled for today 11:00 (Berlin time) - Registration worked till yesterday without problems (6 people already registered) - today registration page opens - clock turns - then sign invalid Meeting ID for a few seconds - then you only see the registration page with the text (about the Meeting and all the data) but no fields to enter name and email address as would be necessary to registerI checked all details for the Meeting - everything ok - only the registration link doesn't work. We didn't change anything in the time between yesterday and today!!! I checked the account: there was a bill for 14th of June 2025 (yesterday). In the account settings it says bill is payed - everything ok.Can it be that there is some connection with the process of paying this bill and the Invalid Meeting ID today???What can I do to prevent such behaviour of Zoom in the future? Hi Team, I hosted a meeting on the 3rd of June, 2025 but up to now I am unable to get the conversion files, and neither did the meeting convert to get the recordings.I am using a Windows device, windows 11 pro, Zoom version 6.4.12.I have already tried searching for the conversion files in the Documents and Downloads location but found none. I checked specifically under the Zoom folder.Please assist. Thank you.

We have had requests for streaming music on hold. Our company provides streaming MOH for Asterisk, Avaya AAMS, CUCM, Engage, FreeSWITCH, Broadsoft and other platforms. Anybody know about streaming URL for Zoom Phone?

Hi, I'm following the instructions in "SMS/MMS 10DLC Compliance for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center" (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/5016496738445) and don't see this tab under Advanced on our admin page. Instructions: Menu: Am I in the right place? Uninstalled Zoom app and Zoom Outlook plugin.  Outlook is still trying to connect to a Zoom server at 128.1.157.229.   How do I stop Outlook from attempting this connection?

I set up a webinar with additional links to panelists - all inside our organization. When we started a tech check 30 minutes prior to the webinar, some were able to join, and some could not and received this message:"The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom account platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."I did not require any special authentication or password when the webinar was set up. Links on all previous meetings and webinars worked without any problems.We were supposed to host a webinar for about 500 people and had to switch to Teams at the last minute since we were not sure how many people might experience this problem.Any idea what went wrong?thank you!

About half of my reoccurring meetings just suddenly GONE from my meetings list. They are not expired. They are just not showing up on my list of meetings. I'm an avid user of Zoom. I use it all the time and know how to schedule and operate the platform. This has never happened, and I'm kind of freaked out. I just lost over half of my scheduled meetings. I've updated my Zoom and this did not help. Please help, this is not good!

On the virtual background, in settings, i do not have an "add" icon, how do I load my own pictures?

Our Microsoft defender scans are showing vulnerabilies for Zoom on the above CVE. Its relating to the following DLL libssl-3-zm.dll & libcrypto-3-zm.dll. Is there any update from Zoom on these so they can be replaced. I have tried doing an update to Zoom however i get the same DLL. Thanks

 Zoom always adjust my volume down to 50% when I open the room and after I put it back it does it one more time. You can see by the image that I have that setting turned off but it still does it. This does not happen in OBS or any other application that I use.

As part of our release process, we need to display license information for third-party libraries used in the app.However, I couldn’t find any LICENSE or NOTICE file in the SDK package provided by Zoom.I would like to ask:Where can I find the official license for the Zoom SDK?Is it necessary to include a license notice or attribution for the Zoom SDK inside the app?If so, what is the proper way to reference or display it? (e.g., wording or URL)I've checked Zoom’s documentation and GitHub repositories but couldn’t find a clear answer.If anyone has experience with this or has already gone through app store review using Zoom SDK, your advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

I use Zoom for meeting, messages, and phone calls for my work. I was excited when in September 2023 Zoom and Android Auto announced Zoom will now be an app in Android Auto, see https://news.zoom.us/zoom-for-android-auto/ and https://blog.google/products/android/new-apps-for-android-auto-and-cars-with-google-built-in/ and yet I still don't have an app for Zoom in Android Auto yet and I can't figure out why. Anyone know how to enable the Zoom Meetings app to work in Android Auto? I have a 2019 Honda Pilot and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone software and apps are all up to date.

I have been using my phone number as personal ID for standing Meetings / wkly/daily team calls etc. for over 8 years now.  I am starting to do some one on one personal meetings that I would like have a different dedicated number for so as not to have any unintended interruptions from usual traffic on my number.  Is there a way to do this without augmenting my basic business plan that I have had for over 8 years. 

I am the organizer of an event where children and teenagers receive awards for their achievements in artistic and calligraphy work within Japanese language schools.This event is currently held in a hybrid format, that is, there is an in-person awards ceremony that takes place on a specific date, while those who cannot attend in person are invited to participate virtually on the day of the event.The problem lies in the virtual format, because the idea is for them to interact in some way, so at the awards ceremony those who came virtually appear when we call their names. Of course, here part of the organization moves to use the spotlight to move the camera to the winners and make them appear. In practice, for operational reasons, many of the winners are children, and they enter via cell phone, which makes it impossible in many cases to get their attention due to any logistical setback, because the chat tab disappears on the cell phone, and sometimes the parents responsible are not paying

I have contacts that use zoom and have their own meeting ids. Instead of sending invites through zoom they prefer to use a separate scheduling system. I would like to be able to add their zoom meeting room id to their contact info in zoom so I can click on it to join their meeting room.  I'm copying and pasting from their contact info in my outlook address book. I have been able to go into history in the past and pull it up, but if I have several meeting booked they disappear from the list.  Is there a way to save their room info in their contact in zoom? 

When I share my screen and play a video, I can neither hear the sound nor the other participants.I usually test the video before, and the video is perfect, but when I share my screen, this problem happens.  The "share sound" option is checked, speaker "same as system" is checked. I also realised that when the other participant is not using earphones, they can hear the audio, and I can hear the audio through their microphone. But when they're using earphones, neither I can hear the sound nor can they hear it. Never had this problem before, and I hadn't changed anything in the settings. windows 11chrome zoom version 6.4.12 (64384)

Hi there I have regular meetings on Zoom workplace and receive a meeting ID and passcode from the meeting organiser every time. However, it happens every time that when I sign in and enter the passcode in the provided field, Zoom does not accept the code! Every single time Zoom tells me that the code is incorrect, despite the fact that I have typed it in exactly as received from the organiser! I always try 2 or 3 times to type the passcode - but it is never accepted by Zoom. Every time I then have to request a new passcode and wait for it to be sent to my e-mail. When I type the new passcode that I have received from Zoom, there are no problems and Zoom accepts it straight away. Why does Zoom not accept the original passcode that I have received from the meeting organiser?

I wonder why my Apple devices don’t remember my username and password for Zoom. Most apps do, but in Zoom, when i was logged out i always have to fill in these two. Normally they are in icloud keychain and i can fill them in with touch-id. 

How come nowadays when I create a meeting I don't get an invite that I can paste into email and send to another person? Instead I'm directed to Google calendar. This is useless to me and provides no copy and paste option.

We have been working with Zapier and Zoom support going back and forth trying to resolve the issue when we use a Zap to push a webinar registration from our Hubspot form to Zoom, the Country and Company fields do not come across.  Only first name, last name and email fields will show up in the Zoom registration report.  Has anyone else been successful getting this information via a Zap going between Hubspot and Zoom?  We have already added delays in the Zap and everything is pointing to Zoom correctly per Zapier.  Zoom says its an App development issue. I have set up my system to forward to my cell phone and it is not working. From everything I can see the settings are correct but it is not working.

Zoom must have changed something between Monday and Tuesday. I am an adult educator and I have to log my student attendance. When I went to do this on Tuesday, the reports button had changed. Students are in and out of breakout rooms, often lose internet and log on multiple times. In the past, this was no big deal as I could click the unique user button and it would consolidate the information for me. As of Tuesday, when I click this button, it does not seem to consolidate the attendance into unique users - I find students are listed more than one time still. It also now puts the attendance onto separate pages as if it's got 10 per page. I find this highly frustrating since some users are on multiple pages and I can't easily scroll through the attendees. Anyone else experiencing these frustrations? It's making a 2 minute job take 20 minutes, multiply that by several classes. And maybe it's user error on my end. Someone help, please!

We are having an issue where an employee is creating a meeting within Zoom, and when it syncs to their Outlook calendar, their meeting numbers are corresponding with a separate meeting altogether. For example: In the Zoom client we would have 2 meeting:June 13, 2025 at 10 am Team Check-inMeeting number 90000000000June 15, 2025 at 8am for Employee EvaluationMeeting number 90000000001When it syncs with the Outlook calendar the same meetings become one:June 13, 2025 at 8am for Team Check-InMeeting number 90000000001It appears that all the calendar syncs are setup correctly but for this one user they are misplacing the information. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
