Music On Hold

We have had requests for streaming music on hold. Our company provides streaming MOH for Asterisk, Avaya AAMS, CUCM, Engage, FreeSWITCH, Broadsoft and other platforms. Anybody know about streaming URL for Zoom Phone?

MOH files can be uploaded directly onto a customer's zoom portal. Please follow this KB article for the details on the steps:

        As a customer, I'd be interested in this as the built on hold functionality is lacking when compared to third party providers that allow dropping in promotional messages or scheduling different messages.

          We also need new solutions for MOH and Park, either rotating files or streaming channels as mentioned above.  We are a music company and our representation of music is lacking.

              @jeffhopkins @sachinzoom I have not been contacted by Zoom regarding developing the streaming hold music feature, as we did for Microsoft Teams last year. We have two other major integrations coming by the end of this year. I would think that Zoom would want to dedicate some resources and put streaming hold music on the roadmap!
