I have tried all ZOOM troubleshooting and I have called Apple, however, my AirPods won't connect to ZOOM meetings. They connect on EVERYTHING else on my MAC and work great, but I need them in use for my ZOOM meetings and they WILL NOT CONNECT even though it shows chosen microphone AirPods, etc. Any ideas?
I am trying to upload a virtual background, but when on Settings/Background & Effects/Virtual Backgrounds, I click the + sign to the upper right of the virtual background thumbnails and get the following message: "You cannot upload images or videos due to restrictions placed by your admin." I am the admin. So, I went onto the settings for my account in my browser, and went through every setting, but could not find any place to toggle that feature on of off... what am I missing? Thank you for any assistance you may be able to give on this matter. I have an important biz meeting upcoming and need to upload a particular virtual background for my presentation. Thank you! UPDATE: I went to Zoom Management/Zoom Rooms/Account Settings/Account Profile and under Setup, I clicked the Virtual Background with Greenscreen toggle to on/enable, but it still will not allow me to upload any background images.

En effet, j'organise régulièrement des visios pour un groupe de personnes qui se connectent systématiquement avec les mêmes codes ID de réunion et code d'accès.Je viens d'acheter un nouvel ordinateur sur lequel j'ai installé zoom, et hier soir, alors qu'une réunion était organisée, ma salle d'attente est restée vide, personne ne parvenait à se connecter, alors que je me suis connectée avec le même email et mdp que d'habitude. Les participants recevaient un message comme quoi une autre réunion était en cours.Et effectivement, à bien y regarder, mon ID de participant est différent, et les ID de réunion et code d'accès également.Comment faire pour retrouver mon ID de participant, mes codes ID de réunion et codes d'accès habituels ?Merci de votre aide,Bien à vous, cb2_2
I was sent a link to a Zoom recording, along with a passcode. When I click on the recording link, it says, "Permission is needed to view this recording." My only choice is to click the "Request to view" button. There is nowhere for me to enter the passcode. Can someone tell me why this is happening? Thanks!

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue when scheduling 2 different Zoom meetings. If the first meeting runs longer than expected and overlaps with the second meeting's start time, participants who try to join the second meeting are automatically redirected into the first meeting instead.This creates confusion and disrupts both meetings.Both meetings were scheduled separately. I'm using the same Zoom account to host both meetings. The Zoom version is the latest.Why is this happening, and how can I prevent it?I want to ensure that participants can only enter their designated meeting, even if there's an overlap.Thanks in advance!

Some of the Zoom Meetings I run require them to be like webinars, participant listen only and chat. When I login and set-up the program under Host Tools I disable all participant options except Chat. I make all my presenters co-hosts so they can have the webcam, mic, and share features. This works great in the main room but when everyone moves to a breakout the co-hosts still have their webcam, mic and share capabilities but it seems that the participants (at least some) can now turn their webcams and mics on. I thought the main settings for participants would also carry over to breakouts. Is this incorrect or am I doing something wrong?

I know that Zoom has the poll option for the meetings, but I cannot seem to find out how to make a poll in the group chats. Does Zoom have a Chat/Poll option and if so, how to I use it? If it doesn't, is there 3rd party polling platform that works well with Zoom chat?
I am unable to access my clould records. When I login I do not see them under "recordings" but Zoom definitly said, it is recording the meeting in the cloud. Zoom version is: 6.4.7 (64367). What can I do to access my recordings.

For accessibility purposes we'd like to have every meeting automatically enable live transcription so that we don't have to have a host/co-host individually start the transcription/captions for every meeting we have on our account. To be clear, we don't just want them to be available, we want them to be turned on by default for every meeting. Is this possible?
Dear Community,I am trying to manage settings in order to have a meeting (a yoga workshop) and tu guide a relaxation using some instruments . I use a Rhode mic for me and I have a Yeti Blue for the instruments .. I have managed the musicians option, it is all good, but actually I can't select 2 mics 🙂 Any suggestions for me to lead this musical relaxation and have 2 mics?... Many thanks!
When on Zoom, can get backgrounds but ONLY if I put green paper up all over my wall unit & book shelves behind me. I did just have my hard drive upgraded and now Windows 10 but no luck! Do I need to buy more green stuff?My husband wants his bookshelf back. Thank you
The participants on my Zoom session were not able to hear the audio that was being played from a website I opened and was sharing during our call. They could see the web site content I was sharing but they could not hear the audio from the website. I (as the call host) could hear the audio very well. Are the audio settings I need to adjust on my laptop or in my Zoom settings? Thank you

Under User Management > Roles > Role Members > Click 3 dots at top right > Invite external users to this roleI invited 3 emails - all same person - only 1 of those emails received the invitation - the email they least wish to use because it is their company email and not their personal email address. All 3 are gmail accounts. I even added my personal additional gmail and never received the invite either. I have no idea how to correct this.
Hello Community,During the first week of June 2025 I conducted audio check-ins with several different groups of singers slated to sing in three-part harmony for a Zoom event held last Saturday. We had good success with each group when they toggled "Original Sound for Musicians" to the "on" setting on the device they used to join the Zoom. We could hear all three parts and the sound quality was decent for Zoom! Fast forward to Saturday June 21 - same groups, same devices, same use of "Original Sound for Musicians" and the quality was significantly degraded. When singing in unison the quality was okay, but when the singers went to three parts, we could rarely hear the parts. All of us had made sure to install the lastest version of Zoom.... Was there something that changed?

My video will not turn on for my meetings. Audio is fine. All testing has the hardware working fine. I have rebooted several time, signe in and out several times, and checked the hardware several times. I have worked to fix this problem personally and with my IT support. We decided to reinstall the software- but the software will not allow me to delete it. It rolls like it is deleting to a certain point then freezes- about 95%. Any suggestions or helpis appreciated.

I hosted a zoom on my new computer. My video worked and could be seen by the participants but their videos were not working. They kept receiving an error message saying "your video has been disabled by the host" - but my settings showed me that their videos were set to work. What setting changed between my old computer and the new one to keep me from seeing the participants?
