In my computer with windows 11 Zoom Cloud meeting software, the meeting window freezes frequently. In those occations I can't close or click any meeting control further more. what should I do??
Has anyone had issues in which chats will just randomly refuse to decrypt for certain users? Most frequently it happens when someone views/sends a chat on one device and then attempts to view/send it on another device (eg the chat is opened on one's work laptop and that works, but then the user views it on their personal laptop and they can't view the chat). But sometimes, it happens even when both users involved assure me they're only using one device. And it seems to strike users at random. Sometimes chats will fail to decrypt for one person and at no point does the "decryption key become available" no matter what they do--the chats simply fail to display for one person. It even happens in group chats or channels where one person's messages will not decrypt for everyone else, yet everyone else's messages do. And sometimes someone will tell me that nobody can view any of their messages, but then I send them a test message and they respond and w
We have 3 Zoom Room's (2 using Yealink A20 video conferencing systems - bar and tablet), and the other is on a PC. The PC one is fine, but the 2 Yealink A20's both have the message pictured (and the subject of this post). All are on the latest firmware and it will not let me do any meetings either between them or externally. Even if I just do 'Meet Now' with no invitees I get the error 'Some of your Zoom Rooms Devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting. If I enable HDR in Windows 10 (now on Windows 11), when I share my screen the view is washed out for recipients. Simple issue, but it sucks not to be able to use HDR. I don't feel like switching all the time, and I screen share every day for work. Is this is a known issue?
I logged in today unable to find my meetings when I clicked on meetings. I searched other articles and did not find a solution. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a setting that zoom changed in the backend or something?
HelloWe facilitate AA meetings on Zoom and because of the open format and public posting of meetings we are a prime target for Zoom Bombers. We remove and report the Bombers when they come in. We use all the available features to limit interruptions but they find ways around them. This post is not to illicit zoom 101 comments, it to hopefully be an online petition for Zoom to track the accounts, IP addresses, and other identifying factors of Bombers' to restrict their access to the platform. We have done all we can, we need Zoom to start removing bad actors. Please help! Thanks
Within the past month or so, whenever I schedule a meeting and add invitees, they do not receive the email. I have to send a separate email with a Zoom link that I copied from the original. How do I fix this? It is very frustrating that people are not receiving the emails for the meeting. Please help! Thanks, Chris
A few weeks ago I started getting “Your internet connection is unstable” messages during meetings, and it was true – I froze momentarily for others and they froze for me. So I called the cable company and a tech support rep said he saw the problem, could fix it remotely, and did. Only it happened again. So I called again and the rep said I needed to replace my modem. So I did and it happened again. So I called again and they sent someone out, who said the coax cable had degraded and he replaced it. And it happened again. So I made a fourth service request and the guy replaced the new modem with a newer modem. And it happened again. I’m at my wit’s end; at this point, I can’t believe the problem is the cable connection. But what else could it be? I use Windows 11 with a new Dell laptop and a single wired connection to the net; I always reboot my laptop, modem and router (though the latter doesn’t play a role) before each Zoom session; I’m always Host or Co-Host and s

Why is Zoom not showing my page when connecting to Facebook Live? When I go to the Facebook Live Link it takes me to the correct screen but my Facebook page does not appear in the drop-down menu there. It was there before and we use it every week. But it disappeared and now I can not share my live to my Facebook Page.
In Zoom Notes, I see the live transcript during meetings and the note indicates a transcript exists afterward. When I click Done, sometimes the transcript is available quickly, but other times I get “Transcript is unavailable” or it takes 1–2 days before it appears. This happens both in the Zoom desktop app and in the browser. The note content can be summarized, which suggests transcript data exists, but the download/transcript access appears blocked or misconfigured.
When I log into the desktop client on Windows 10 PC and click on Apps, it comes up saying Loading Zoom Apps with spinning wheel and stays that way. I have downloaded several game apps that say they have been added, but I can't seem to get to them. Other family members all use Macs and have no issues. As the only PC user I need help getting to the games I've supposedly added. Any and all suggestions are most welcome. Thank you.

It looks as though there's been an update to Zoom. When I used to schedule a meeting in the Zoom desktop app, it would automatically add it to my iCal calendar, I'd grab the link, and send it to attendees. Now it doesn't do that - it tried to open Outlook instead which I don't use, and iCal doesn't look as though it's an option when I log into the web portal to change the settings. Can anyone suggest a workaround, because right now, I don't even know how to grab the link to send attendees, as the app only gives me the meeting ID.
Hello, Since today, the recordings from the cloud can no longer be played back. The plan is active and paid for, so that's not the problem. If you click on the link, only the headline appears but no video player. I have 60 recordings that I provide for a course and the students would like to continue learning, it would be important that this works again soon. I have tried it on Firefox, Chrome and Opera, both Windows and Linux. Doesn't work anywhere. Location: eastern germany near Leipzig Are there any other people who have this problem? Zoom video was working in our Microsoft Teams Rooms yesterday (01/23/23). After today's "update," the video in Microsoft Teams Rooms is not working. This occurred in all of our conference rooms. The camera works for Microsoft Teams meetings, and when we hook up our laptops to the conference room camera directly. The video only freezes and then goes black during Zoom meetings connecting through our Microsoft Teams Rooms systems. No amount of restarts and settings changes have fixed this.
Hey folks - Some time ago, I know I was successfully using Zoom with my 4-port BlackMagic Decklink 4K card in my Mac. I removed the Decklink card to work on quieting the noisy fan, and just recently popped it back in. During that time, some Zoom update seems to have mucked up the interaction between it and the BlackMagic card. Per the attached image, that video feed is massively cropped and obviously all messed up color and pixel-wise. But it's kinda, sorta, maybe trying to show the image on the camera. Is there a secret switch I have to flip in order to get Zoom to grok the video feed from the BM card? Thanks!
I use outlook as my calendar app, and we have integration to zoom. But I have tons of "all my all day meetings" that use my screen (usually vacation notice and holidays), and I need to keep scrolling on zoom to find my next meeting to join. Is this possible to hide all day meetings in the client? And past meetings (on the current day), can I hide them?
When I am in a meeting, all the participants' faces look wrong -- they are either very small or compressed depending on the view -- and this is making Zoom unusable. I have searched Google, Support, the Zoom Community, and used the Zoom Chatbot and haven't found a solution to this. In Gallery View, faces only take up the top left portion of the yellow box and are very small. They are not filling the entire yellow box, but are taking about 1/8th of the space. Faces are only about 1" wide. In Speaker View, the speaker's face looks normal and takes the normal amount of space. But the other participants faces along the top of the screen are extremely compressed such that I cannot identify people. Each person's face is about 1/2" wide when it should be much wider. I have example screen shots of both scenarios, and both occur when the Zoom window is maximized or not. I am using version 5.17.11 in my Firefox browser on a desktop. I also had this issue in

I have a new HP Spectre x 360 laptop with an Intel core i7-1139OH processor, 512 GB Intel SSD +32 GB memory which runs on Windows 11. I am a music teacher. When I speak into the microphone, the sound is fine. But when I play the piano, the piano mutes. Specifically, when I play a note on the piano, the recipient hears a short thunk. If I play a scale or arpeggio, the following notes are totally silenced. No combination of settings for original sound, high-fidelity music mode, signal processing by Windows drivers and echo-cancellation has resolved this problem. I took the laptop to the Geek Squad and they reinstalled Windows 11. If I revert to my old Dell computer running Windows 10, Zoom works fine. Any clues as to how to fix the problem in Windows 11?
When I opened it now, Zoom updated itself to version: 5.14.10 (19202). Now all my previoiusly scheduled meetings and recordings have disappeared. ALSO, I see no way to get from a Zoom meeting screen back to "Home" and it's link to Settings. WHAT'S UP? (I am running Apple Mac OS Monterey 12.6.7 on a 2016 MacBook Pro.)

Can't use chrome or slack, totally offline. It's happened dozens of times and I NEVER drop a connection otherwise. Only in Zoom meetings. We have deployed Poly Edge e350 phone to our desk and have the network passthrough the phone to the PC. In the last several months, we have had several calls about people that could not access the network on their computer. After troubleshooting the problem, we determined the problem was addressed by rebooting the phone. Once the phone is rebooted, network traffic passes normally. The phones are currently on firmware version 8.2.3.0870. Has anyone else experience this issue? One idea we've considered for handling this is to proactively reboot the phones during our weekly maintenance window. Is there a way to perform that action automatically at scale?
Has anyone had issues since PC 32-bit/64-bit version 5.7.5 (and continuing) with the title issues??? When I'm a participant (or host/co-host) with Captions/Transcript enabled, my lower Menu bar freezes up sporadically. I'm especially aware of the issue when I see the captions frozen/stuck and/or Chat stops working. When I try to interact with the menu bar - I can't see any response from the app for mute/unmute, start video/stop video, or the ^ (up caret) to open up the sub-menus. My mouse shows on the screen, but I don't see the result of my clicks. This on-screen interactivity is frozen/disabled! If I try to go into chat and type, nothing show. People have told me they have tried to chat to me and they get a message that I'm no longer in the meeting, YET they still see me on screen with my camera! This is so confusing.
