I am trying to figure out how to work in Zoom scheduler/meetings. My firm has several types of meetings and a few different people who rotate taking meetings based on knowledge and capacity and we are trying to come up with the best way of handling that without the need for an ungodly number of booking pages. I tried setting up a booking page for one meeting type as an "any host available," but it defaults to only one of the group of hosts no matter how many meetings I schedule. Fine, but when I edit the meeting to make someone else the host, it doesn't remove the meeting from the original host's calendar, notify the client, or notify the new host. Is there a way around that? The booking pages are also allowing for overlap between scheduled meeting types. While testing this I was able to book more than one meeting at the same time for the same host. How do we ensure that doesn't happen? Thanks!
Hi I am reaching out to community member because facing a hustle while integrating the Zoom logs with Sentinel. while following the document provided inside the Zoom data connector, deployed an App by following this link of zoom https://developers.zoom.us/docs/internal-apps/create/ over the zoom extracted the required information, create function app on Azure and provided the account ID, client ID, Client secret everything but facing one error that the account has not audio conference plan function app is running successfully but in the invocation logs its showing this audio conference plan to make sure we have purchased the zoom audio conference plan but still its giving us the same error. we have tested the client secret separately on postman to check either our bearer token is working or not but its not giving us the 401 error its mean our function app trying to reach the app of zoom but the client secret that we are taking it token on postman is not allowing to
I am trying to set Zoom Scheduler to sync with my Google Calendar. When I go to set up it only shows the option to sync to an iCalendar or Outlook. I have added the Zoom add on to my Google Calendar and it gives an option to set up a Zoom meeting through Google Calendar. I also get an email notice in my Google Email when a meeting is scheduled through Zoom Scheduler and I can acknowledge and it populates on my Google Calendar. Is there a trick to get Google Calendar as an option in set up?
Hoping somebody can help with this as I’ve been sending multiple messages with support but I am still without a resolution. I have been using Zoom Scheduler for at least a couple of years now and I have always used the same calendar. For some unknown reason, over the last week or so I have been receiving requests to authorise integration with my calendar, once I did this it worked temporarily but now my calendar has completely disconnected and I am unable to integrate at all. Just to confirm that I have made no changes to my account etc but it seems after the most recent Zoom update this has caused issues. I am using Mac desktop app. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Hi there, We got several Auto-Reception set up , and some are considered as more "critical" One of them will (depending on IVR choice) redirect to a person in charge of taking emergency call.As this person change from weeks , we got to manually change the N° every week.As well, we would like to be sure that no know forgot to redirect correctly (One time we had a person in support team that just added a space before the number...so nothing would never work) We are currently setting up a "control" automatic call once a week, to ensure that everything is setup correctly.But I can't test it through the IVR choice.Like... if my Auto Recep n° is 064101010 , is there a way to directly compose a number that would reach the correct IVR choice?Like... 064101010#2 ? I am having an issue when trying to install zoom and windows tells me" not found". This has happened from the zoom web page and the Microsoft store, I am at a loss.
Hi , as a corporate user I handle many tools that are constantly updated and I wish to be able to update Zoom in some automated way.With that I could make system attempt that on system's start or shutdown, or other arbitrary moment. Now , on Windows 11, I need to press Right Mouse button on app icon >> click option "Check for updates" , which I do not especially keep in mind due to other multiple tasks. I tried to run the Windows 11 - zoom v 6.5.0 (6118) (EDIT - I launched manually update to this version)- the program Zoom\bin\zUpdater.exe but it does not perform update when clickedI have the option `Update app automatically` to ON but I still need to do it manually.I searched for some command line interface to write script but did not find any.Please, add a possibility to automate updating app or , if already existing, tell the way how to do this.Best regards., Wiktor
I'm using Zoom on Android and found there's no way to temporarily mute the meeting sound. I DON'T MEAN MUTING THE MICROPHONE. The physical audio buttons won't let me reduce the volume to 0, turning the screen off does not mute it, nothing mutes it. The only way to turn off the sound is to "disconnect from audio". But guess what, there's no way to RECONNECT to audio. The only way to get audio back is to leave the meeting and rejoin. How did anyone at Zoom think this was okay? What ridiculous justification will they give for this? Or will they just reply to say that the feature is not currently available? This is absolutely dumb and many people have complained about it.

Hello, i've faced an issue today when i tried to have an meeting on zoomcouple of months before i have the same setting for the meeting, i could fit in 4 people with the same distance between our seat and the camera, but when i tried to setup today, it can only fit in 3 barely, may be only 2 and a half peoplemay i know if there are any change of the zoom's video protocol about it?? coz if it has changed may affect many of my settingsthanks
With the last couple of versions of the Linux Zoom desktop client, I find that some menus (including the main menu and the audio/video selection menu) don't work: they appear for a fraction of a second and then disappear again. The last version that worked is 5.17.5. Versions 5.17.10 and 5.17.11 show this problem, which makes the desktop client unusable in practice. One of the institutions that host meetings that I attend has a very strict policy on using up-to-date versions of the client, so using version 5.17.5 may not be a usable workaround for much longer. I am using Gnome/Wayland on openSUSE 15.5. This looks similar to a problem reported on the Fedora forums at https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/zoom-menus-dont-show/82677/1 but openSUSE 15.5 uses an older version of mutter (41.9) than that reported there. For completeness I have attached zoom logs for working and non-working versions, although I can't see any significant difference between them.&n
I have just completed setting up a new Neat Frame in zoom. It appears to be working properly but when I schedule a meeting it does not appear on the Frames screen. I scheduled a meeting and set it to auto start and it appears on the screen allowing me to join at the scheduled time but the meeting did not appear on the screen before then. I know it is probably just a missed checkbox somewhere and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.John
I cannot copy and paste anything from the chat, even using the Control P&V and Command P&V. Does anyone know how to remove this setting?
Something odd has happened. After starting a meeting in one of my Zoom rooms the screen now displays, in red lettering, unauthorized.Everything works as normal... I can start and schedule meetings, All AV works as it should... everything seems ok except for the "unauthorized" showing on the screen.Any idea what this could be?Thanks, Mike

For the love of God I cannot determine why - on the Zoom Desktop App - there just isn't a GIANT, OBVIOUS, LARGE button that has "Start your scheduled meeting" at the Home Screen. Digging through calendars, having to find the meeting ID...all of that is garbage. Simple: just a giant, huge button that says "Start your scheduled meeting." That's it. Why is this so difficult?
When poll results are shared during a meeting, the results are provided as a summary of the percentages of each choice. The current poll result reports that I can find provide the individual responses for each participant. Is there a way to obtain the summary of the percentages of each choice after the meeting?

When installed, the Zoom desktop app (v. 5.17.0) will not launch. No desktop icon appears after installing (though the app items appear in the "Apps" list and in the "Apps" control panel). When attempting to launch, no item appears in the Windows Task Manager; the Windows "donut of eternal contemplation' appears for a few seconds; then it disappears. I have tried: * Checking internet connection - It is fine* Cleaning up all temporary and junk files* Performing scans with virus, malware and spyware scanners* Rebooting system* Checking to make sure camera and microphone permission are set properly* Emptying temporary file folders and performing disk cleanup* Making sure device drivers are updated* Launching installer as Administrator* Uninstalling ALL antivirus and security software* Closing all applications except the Zoom desktop installer* Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app from "Apps" control panel* Using the Zoom Uninstaller to uninstall and then reinstalling the app* D
I have two computers that are both running Ubuntu 24.04 with Zoom 6.4.13 (2309) installed from the .deb. On one computer I am able to share the screen, but on the other, I cannot for some unknown reason. When I select "share" at the bottom of the zoom meeting window, it opens up the "Select a window or application that you want to share dialog", but when I select what I want to share and hit the "share" button at the bottom, nothing happens. The same procedure on the other computer then opens up a second system dialog asking me what screen to share and then it shares the screen, but on this computer, nothing happens. What is the problem and how might I go about diagnosing it? Thanks,David
