AAU I need a possibility to automate updating Zoom App

Hi , as a corporate user I handle many tools that are constantly updated and I wish to be able to update Zoom in some automated way.

With that I could make system attempt that on system's start or shutdown, or other arbitrary moment. Now , on Windows 11, I need to press Right Mouse button on app icon >> click option "Check for updates" , which I do not especially keep in mind due to other multiple tasks.

I tried to run the Windows 11 - zoom v 6.5.0 (6118) (EDIT - I launched manually update to this version)- the program Zoom\bin\zUpdater.exe but it does not perform update when clicked
I have the option `Update app automatically` to ON but I still need to do it manually.
I searched for some command line interface to write script but did not find any.

Please, add a possibility to automate updating app or , if already existing, tell the way how to do this.

Do you manage/deploy Zoom packages for your org or do users download these directly off Zoom's website? If the former, is there a need to vet/control versions deployed, or is an auto-update when a new release becomes available considered 'safe enough'? This info will help to narrow down your list of options.

I do not manage for my organization and do not impact other people, just operating as a single user.
Zoom was downloaded surely from official source, today I don't remember if I downloaded Zoom manually or was it done by IT technician.
I update directly via application, no other parties included.

Our organization does not currently enforce version control on Zoom, at least not in the observable range, I never noticed app to be updated without my own action.
Auto update to release versions, already visible to Zoom Client, can be easily marked as 'safe enough', and having such auto-installed would be exactly what I need.

Fast: For users that are interested in the latest features and functionality, select this option to get updates sooner and more frequently. Zoom typically releases client updates on a monthly cadence. Upon release, every new client version is added to the fast track and is distributed to a percentage of random users on the fast track each day, with the rollout typically accelerating over the course of the week.

Since your current version is 6.5.0, and Zoom's latest version 6.5.1 was released on Monday, it is normal that the auto update did not get 6.5.1. You only need to turn on automatic updates in settings and select Fast as the channel. The client usually completes the automatic update within 1-2 weeks after the version is released.

Thanks @snap-r , so now I assume that setting for update "Slow" is per change of "Minor" version number (second, Y in x.y.z) and "Fast" is per change of "Patch" version number (third, Z in x.y.z) but each of the updates is expected to be delayed. This delay explains why the Zoom didn't update at least with my PC's restart (which seemed a proper moment for doing such auto-update). I supposed the whole PC's deep restart (some bios updates etc) would trigger the Zom client's update on system start.
It all brings a lot of light to this behavior, which honestly is a bit different from other apps that tend to hurry with updates, also with attention-drawing notifications.
In some way I like even the less pressing/intrusive approach from Zoom, still the possibility to trigger an update request could be quite useful, especially for users who wish to boot work PC once in a while and not be disrupted in meantime by omittable notifications, like for instance me
