One of our customers provisioned Our App to a user group with the setting: “As an admin, add Our App for Selected Users & Groups.”It worked fine for several months.Two weeks ago, all 5 users in that group lost access and were unable to reconnect. There was:No change to group membershipNo visible admin changesNothing in Zoom’s audit logHowever, after stepping through Zoom's “Manage → Apps on Account → Our App → Users & Groups → Add Groups,” the issue was resolved. I was joined the pro verision, and recorded a meeting til 26th april, I didn't download the recording at that time. Now i need the recording for my business promotion, however i am using free version now, the recording is no more available for download, how can i get it back?
I have set up Zoom Workplace Reservation, but when I try to reserve a room or table, it says it is unavailable even though there is no reservation made by anyone else.Does anyone know how to solve this?
Eventually, I will be joining a Zoom meeting that is supposed to be at least 2 hours. However, my account says that I am limited to 40 minutes a meeting. Is that if I am the one creating a meeting, or will I be able to do the 2 hours that I need?
There's a way for the Zoom App to bypass DnD and Sleep Focus by adding Zoom in "Allow Notifications", however if the phone is on silent, it will only vibrate.Is there a way for Zoom to bypass silent mode by forcing it to have an audible ringtone, similar to when you tag a phone contact in iOS as "Emergency Bypass"?

We are hoping to move over to Zoom Recurring Events but I want to make sure that there aren't any potential challenges that we might face that I'm not aware of. The audio transcripts for my cloud recordings are automatically being generated in Persian lately for some reason, even though I didn't change any relevant setting. I've been having to change the language back to English one by one for each recording and wait on the transcription. Is there some way to make the default language English again, so that the audio transcript generated is automatically in English? Thanks!

I started my meeting at 3:15 PM today, and I was recording in the cloud as a host. Suddenly at 4:35 PM, zoom disconnected automatically. I started the meeting again and the participant said the recording was stopped when you disconnected. So I started the recording again. After the meeting there is only 1 recording available on the cloud which started at 4:35PM. The first recording is not available in the cloud. I want that recording at all cost. Kindly provide me that recording.

When a booker schedules an email and the confirmation email comes to our inbox, their email is in the body of the confirmation email. When we reply to that email to follow-up or respond to a question, it only says "Zoom Scheduler" in the "to" field not the booker. How we do get the booker info in there, so that we can reply/follow-up?

Hello,While sharing my screen on Zoom, the camera, chat, and similar Zoom tools appear as dark, watermark-like overlays on my screen. This obscures important parts of the screen and interferes with the presentation. I have checked all settings, but I couldn't find a way to remove this dark, semi-transparent overlay. Woke this moring to big Zoom problems. Zoom Workplace app refuses to open in any way. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times but no luck. I tried reinstalling the app, but it refuses to do that too. I can't open any of my meetings at all, and when I try to redownload the app it says "the application I'm trying to install is not approved by Microsoft". All this is just totally unacceptable, there is zero reason for any of this. Everything else on my computer is working perfectly fine, except Zoom. This is costing me money!

The Zoom block 170.114.0.0/16 has recently been blacklisted and is getting blocked by client firewalls that use dynamic malicious lists. I checked this on Spamhaus and it shows up on their PBL as well. Has this not been reported yet?

I can't allocate co-hosts. There are a number of articles on here with how to enable co-host but I think the system has changed since they were written and I can't find it - I've done random searching but can't see it - could anyone help?
A person calling himself "James Smith" and pretending to represent "Ritual.com" preys on job seekers, trying to get them to add "ritual-at-job4u.com" to their Zoom contacts to facilitate an online hiring process. (That e-mail address uses a domain name that is registered but parked (not in use). Ritual, apparently, is a real company that sells vitamins online—and I suspect they don't know about this scam. "James Smith" contacted my son—a video editor—about producing content for Ritual. He's had this happen before. At some point the fake HR manager says he needs to send money—for equipment or something, and says he will be reimbursed. I believe the last time this happened, the scammers also used Zoom as part of the scheme. So... beware!
I'm trying to embed the form to register for a webinar on my website. I added the form using an i frame, and it is functional, but after you enter your information, check the capcha, and press submit, you get an error message reading, "us06web.zoom.us refused to connect." And you get a large gray screen with a broken image icon. Zoom is capturing registrations, but I don't want users to think they encountered an error when they try to register, obviously. Can you tell what I'm doing wrong here? Thank you!
