Was previously able to use Zoom for meetings with few problems; last use was in December 2023. Recently however we cannot watch a webinar or participate in a meeting, because the audio frequently drops out and Zoom occasionally displays the message "Your internet connection is unstable." I disabled the connections on all devices but the one in use - no effect. I switched from a Wi-Fi to an Ethernet connection - no effect. Speed tests showed we are getting around 28 Mbps. I contacted our ISP and they set up a Zoom meeting so their technician could check all the connectivity parameters and watch what was happening while we talked (and I continued to experience the audio dropouts). Everything checked out and nothing showed up that could cause this problem. They are continuing to look into it but meanwhile I want to hear from Zoom about what could be causing this issue, which I see others have had in past years, but no clear solution has been presented.The connectivity we have allows unlim

Hello everyone English is not my native language but I will try to explain. I use to record videos where I am the only person talking, sometimes sharing screen, sometimes only taliking without sharing screen or document. I tried today to record a video like that and when the recording finished, and I open de the MP4 file in my local drive to check it, video is not including audio¡¡¡ I tried several times with sharing screen and without sharing screen and all of them is the same, no audio only video. I uninstalled software and installed again, and tried as well several times only talking and others sharing screen and it is the same. I don't know what to do, hopefully somebody can help me to fix it. Thanks in advance
Is anyone else seeing issue with meeting call time stamps showing in the chat history incorrectly. Example - 12 am incoming or outgoing audio call to a chat user when the call actually happened at 1:30 pm - The other chat messages the time stamps are correct this is only happening on the audio and Video calls to chat users. I’m trying to add other licensed users as Alternative Hosts when scheduling meetings, but I keep receiving this message: “One or more people you want to add as alternative hosts are not licensed users or are not members of this account. Remove the following users to continue:Unable to assign "email@samecompany" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time” I have verified that the other party is licensed and we all work at the same organization together. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a solution?
Has anyone been able to come up with a solution for people to access their voicemail without using a Zoom client and/or adding the enable callers to check voicemail? It would be nice to be able to call a phone number, enter your extension, enter your PIN and listen to your voicemail.
I don’t have access to my 2FA app nor do I have my recovery codes. Virtual agent suggested resetting password leading , well ,to losing access to account completely ! The account I’m talking about is associated with email “*********** “ . Kindly send a reset 2FA form or whatever the paperwork is so I can confirm my identity and recover access to that account.
My profile has my correct name but each time I join a weekly meeting it shows the first names of myself and my partner, probably created years ago for a one time social event. I "rename" it every week and choose "remember" yet every single week it defaults back to these two names.Please help!!
When I leave a meeting and close zoom, it stays running in the background and messes up audio for other apps. I have to force stop it from the app settings everyone a meeting finishes. This just started happening within the last month. Any help?
Hello, I've had AI companion creating summaries without a problem until about a month ago, when it stopped. I didn't change any settings before this happened.When I go on Account settings > AI companion, it it set to autostart and Meeting summary is on, but I get an error message below saying "one or more AI companion features are disabled in your settings". I enabled it everywhere I could think of inside "manage all settings", and it still doesn't work, can you please help?
We're having trouble with one person's recording to the cloud not creating the Ai companion feature Summary, chapters, etc. even though his settings are the same as mine and we have the same type of accounts. We went down and compared his settings with mine and they are set up exactly the same as mine. Anyone have this problem??Thanks

In case it makes a difference, the email I am trying to add is an external email address (not within my company) I have checked and the email address is correct and the email is connected to their Zoom account.

Issue :- 1) There is an issue with the Zoom Room setup on the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle device. The huddle microphone is not working at all, only for joining Microsoft Teams meetings using web client in Zoom Rooms. As per our troubleshooting, we found that zoom calls are working flawlessly with this configuration; problems are seen only during web client teams & Google Meet calls. When using Zoom on my Mac Mini computer, I have a green 'video' icon on the menu bar which I find useful.But on my MacBook, that icon doesn't appear, instead I get a 'Zoom' text which has different functionality. We have ATAs by AudioCodes. We have both 1248 and 124 units. We are having issues with DTMF working with the Emergency Blue Lights and our All Campus Alert System. We can connect with each of the units but once connected they do not seem to pass DTMF correctly. Any help would be great.

Hi Everyone, Thanks for the help!We want to read every messages sent into a channel in Zoom Team Chat, whether it's from our teams' accounts or external users that we invite to Zoom Team Chat channel. However, it seems the Zapier can only read messages sent by account integrated into the Zapier (meaning, we won't be able to read messages from External Users that doesn't belong into our groups/orgs). Is there a better way to approach this? As the trigger in Zapier is very limited to the account connected. Our main purposes will be to pass the messages sent by these users but the first trigger doesn't even work for external users or non-connected accounts (not connected to Zapier). Thank you.
