Virtual Backgrounds
I h know how to get to virtual backgrounds, the problem is there are no backgrounds to choose from

The list of and the ability to add new backgrounds are under the control of the admin account holder of the whole tenant account.
It is in the advanced settings in the admin section.
You need your admin to change these, or that may be you if you paid for this account.
