Hi everyone, I used to regularly enable Original Sound during meetings on my Samsung Galaxy Note10+, but with recent Zoom updates (currently on v6.5.7), that option seems to have disappeared. The toggle for “Use Original Audio” is still in my app settings under Meetings → Audio, and I have it turned on. But once I join a meeting, the “Enable Original Sound” option no longer appears under the “More” menu. I’ve already updated, restarted, and reinstalled the app — no luck. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a workaround, or did Zoom officially remove this feature for Android users? Thanks in advance for any help!
Im trying to upload a new waiting room video but I'm getting a 451 error, the video is under 30 MB and its in MP4, I imagine it might be a copyright issue, the video is a short portfolio animation showcasing brands that my company did work for, is there a way to fix this or can I not show brands in my video? * Update: Issue was resolved after i converted the MP4 to a MOV
HiI am trying to create a workflow in zapier, but after sending two messages to my test zoom channel, I get informed that the limit has been exceeded. What is the limiit? I believe it's slighlty bigger than 3 messages for 15 minutes. How can I resolve the issue? Regards, Marcin
I was invited to view a recorded meeting. But when I clicked on the link, I received a message: "You cannot view this recording. Cloud Recording plan expired." Does this refer to my (the viewer's) Cloud Recording plan or the host's? If it is my Cloud Recording plan, what do I need to do? If it is the host's recording plan, is there some way I can access the cloud recording without involving the original host?
There needs to be a way (check boxes?) to select what camera you want to show in the camera list. It is unbelievable to me that after all these years there is still NO WAY to simple choose what cameras should show in the menu, UNINSTALLING cameras is NOT a solution. There are reason why you may need cameras (like the built-in one) but don't want to use them for Zoom. I many instructors need to be able to toggle between the camera simply and quickly, instead of toggling through multiple cameras to get to the one you want. Absolutely appalling this simple feature is not available in Zoom.
Hi all,I would really appreciate it if someone can help me.When I start a meeting I click share computer sound so participants can hear my music I play through Apple Music. Then I connect my headphones and no one can hear me. If I stop sharing my computer sound they then can hear me but the music goes off. Anyone experienced this and know what to do? It was working fine 2 weeks ago and I can't work out whats changed. Thank you.
Does anyone know if there is a way to give people access to a report I've created in CX Analytics? I don't want to create a subscription I just want it to be available to them in CX Analytics.
I click on Join Audio and only the phone call dialog comes up. I can no longer join via computer audio (which is what I want) even though I have computer and phone selected in the settings. I can't use my account like this! See screenshots for current settings and what comes up when I create a meeting and try to enable audio.
Dear Zoom, Please create a feature where the host can pin a comment in the chat and make it visible to everyone who enters the meeting late. If this is already a feature, please send an email to all users reminding them (along with a reminder that there is an option to mute partipants on entry). After two years of meetings constantly being interrupted by people typing into the chat, "Please resend the sign-in link..." I am convinced there is a better way 😂 Please send (our bosses) help. My team starting using AI Companion to take notes during our meeting. When we review the meeting summary it notates incorrect names. For example, it notes Judy when the participant's name is Karen. Is there a way to adjust this to have accurate notes?

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11.... The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...Anyone have any ideas?Any help greatly appreciated.
When connected to a Bluetooth speaker or headset, I cannot switch the audio to Stereo mode even after checking the stereo options under settings. The AG/ Realtek audio output is very loud even after turning down the volume under zoom settings and on my laptop. May I know how I can switch to the stereo mode to control audio from my headset and have a better sound quality?
The only instructions I see to enable dual monitor mode is to go to my profile, click on settings/general. Then check to box to enable dual monitor mode. For the life of me, I can not find that option to check. I have Zoom meetings with an office colleague and we share screens all the time. When she shares her screen, out videos are shown at the top of the screen she is sharing - instead of on my second monitor. I want to see our videos on one monitor and the shared screen on the other.
I have read the Help for polls/quizzes. It says to click the ellipses and I'll receive the choices of Display Questions in Random Order and Show one question at a time. The ellipses I click does not give these choices. I do not see any other ellipses in my poll area. I am using a Mac. I can't find the zoom version. Thanks in advance.

My settings are set to show 25 participants per page, but only 8 appear, 12 when I change to full screen. This happens on my new PC, Dell Latitude 3550. I do not have this experience on my old PC, Latitude 3510. Dell has no answers for me.

Hi everyone, I have a Zoom Concurrent Plus License and I'm scheduling up to 20 meetings at the same time, each in a different room. I’ve assigned alternative hosts to each meeting so they can start them independently. If those alternative hosts log in and start the meetings with cloud recording enabled, will all 20 recordings be saved under my Zoom account? Or will they be stored under each alternative host’s account instead? Would love to hear from anyone who’s dealt with this setup or knows how Zoom handles recording ownership in this scenario. We're having trouble with a Win 11 PC running the latest Zoom Desktop Client connecting. It sometimes works, so I think that rules out a big miss with a firewall, etc, but who knows... Usually it fails to connect, whether with an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. However, if I connect to my phone's Wi-Fi hot spot, it consistently works. From the same PC, connected again to the home network, the Web App from Firefox consistently works. I've checked the Windows Firewall, the ATT router (BGW320-500), reset the PCs network, ... everything but a hammer. If it never connected I would look again at all of the firewall settings, but occasionally it does work. Help!
Hi, I am getting error "End-to-end encrypted meetings are not supported on the browser at the moment" from Zoom app dowloaded from Play and also when trying to connect from browser. Why does one of my chat contacts have a red exclamation mark in a circle icon after their name? I'm on Linux Mint.
Why on earth do I need to download the 32 bit version just to be instantly told i have to upgrade to 64 bit edition? Seems like an absolutely unnecessary step - so many websites can decide whether to offer 32 or 64 bit, this just feels very unprofessional.
