when selecting NDI video from network, NDI audio is not flowing and its not possible to selected audio from the relevant  NDI source.

I work for a non-profit and we hold various meetings each month. These are hosted by a whole range of different people who either work for us or are members of the non-profit. It has become quite a clunky process to have so many people have a login to our Zoom account. During our conference last year, I created approx 20 different licenced Zoom accounts as we had multiple sessions running concurrently and we used host keys instead of a login. This was a much easier process although it seemed that we had to have the waiting room turned off for this feature. Is there any way to have a host key enabled but to still have a waiting room? Some of our meetings are highly sensitive so we still need this security of a waiting room. Might be important to note that we use the Personal Meeting ID as opposed to scheduling individual meetings.

Earlier this week Zoom upgraded my Windows 11 app to the Zoom Workspace app, then updated the upgrade. Currently running Version: 6.0.3 (37634). Before all this, there was a tab or something I could use to see my upcoming meetings. I could go to a scheduled meeting, make a copy of the invitation, and distribute it. How do I do that now? I don't see a Meetings tab. I see a Calendar, but that links to my Google Calendar which shows all my appointments, most of which are not Zoom meetings. Not ideal, but OK, I guess I can scroll until I find the meeting, and when I do that and open it up, there's an invitation there, but it doesn't include THE DATE AND TIME. You have to click on the hamburger menu and choose Copy Invite to get this info in the way that it took about 3 clicks to get it last week. Is there still a way to see my upcoming meetings and easily copy the invite, or what am I missing?

Camera icon with meeting list disappeared on desktop app. What is the problem? Why would you remove one of the most useful features?Why are these question not answered by  Zoom support staff. It is frustrating  reading a long list of users with the same problem and not find a solution.It disappeared after the last update.

Some requests for Visitor Management PlatformOptions for guests to check out on the Kiosk and not just Reception & Guest Services manually checking them out.More options for check in flow. Right now we are limited to 1 flow which is timely with some visitors and requires them to answer questions that shouldn’t pertain to them such as LO and ECP appointments. It asks them for their organization and they don’t know what to put and while we tell them to enter “student”  there may be instances someone is not at the front desk as they check in to assist them.Ideally the best solution would be for when they are checking in to indicate what kind of visitor they are and have the flow go from thereBigger/Better font and customization for badges.Bigger font on iPad application.

I teach classes using Zoom. I would like to provide recordings to participants that include only my speaking and screen sharing. I understand that I can choose to record only the active speaker, but this does not quite meet my needs because I have question and answer times when a participant will be the active speaker. Is there any way to record only myself as the host? I use the Pro version on Windows. Thank you!

Before I start the meeting, my mic works. And when I start the meeting, my microphone works but not well. After waiting other people coming into zoom meeting, I start to speak, but my mic is dead (I surely unmute my mic, and choose the right mic), I have to struggle for 1 or 2 mins by speaking repeat and after other people hear my voice, I have to start the real conversation.But during the meeting, if someone ask me a question, I reply her immediately, but they couldn't hear my voice at the beginning (like very low voice)I use zoom for 3 years, I haven't faced this kind of issue.I uninstall the zoom app and download a new version. But it is still not working.(I have tried the troubleshoot guideline)

In my Zoom meetings, my camera always shows a black screen and does not display my video.I’m using Windows 10 and have tried the following solutions:First, I confirmed that my camera is functioning properly:a. When I use Google Meet, the camera works fine.b. It is constantly in the top right of the window and covering the drop down window - no "x" or close to get rid of it. Makes it impossible to use zoom.  Help appreciated.

Our Contact Center team is wondering if we can make entering notes required for certain disposition codes.  One example would be that we have a disposition code that says call was transferred to the Executive Director.  The CC Manager would like to require a reason given for transferring calls to the Executive Director.  The manager has also asked if those notes could be included in one of the reports that they run as currently they do not see notes in any of the reports.

Hi all,  we recently implemented Zoom for Salesforce Lightning and we are spending time with our dispatchers and received some feedback. Any help is appreciated.  1. What is the best way to link notes from a call to a case? 2. What is the best way to record a call against the case feed?3. Dispatchers have access to various phones numbers. They are able to switch the number to make calls, however, when they want to SMS from different numbers they are unable to switch the FROM phone number  Thank you!

I have already turned on interpretation in settings but still, when I create a conference, the Interpretation option is not there! Can someone help me figure out why my account doesn't have the interpretation option even after I have enabled it?

Does anyone have advice for the best practices for using the Zoom Meeting (not webinar) Usage Reports as a meeting sign-in for a large meeting (hundreds of people)? Registered Zoom users who are logged into Zoom will show the correct name, email address, etc., but what about participants who call in or who do not have a Zoom account? I am worried their screen name during the meeting will not reflect their actual name, and I think I understand from research that the Usage Report does not reflect names changed during a meeting. Any information and advice is welcome!

If you use the desktop client for Zoom to share music, you probably know about the “Original Sound” option to disable echo cancellation, noise suppression, and other music-killing audio processing.  You may also have realized this option is not available on the web client - so, no luck on Chromebook. It turns out it is possible to get this functionality using a free Chrome extension that I developed.  See: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/original-sound/ffhniinhbjmjakiabdojmfehdhnbcmdhI developed this for my own use but am pleased to share it with all.  Feedback welcome!

Just today when people were schedule meetings with me via my Calendly link I got the error message from Calendly that Zoom was not connected.I chatted with the help bot; however, was not able to complete the instructions to reauthorize the integration as there was no setting option in the upper right corner after I clicked on scheduler so I was stuck.  I have also reached out the Calendly as I am not certain which side of the equation the issue resides.

After the recent update, it’s become very difficult to manage chat messages during my Zoom sessions. Earlier, I could easily see all private messages sent by participants to the host in one place. Now, I need to select each participant to view their message, which is not practical when handling large groups. i saw a reply to another participant with the same problem with a suggested solution. but i cannot find the setting referenced in the suggested solution. and i see that a lot of other people have the same problem and cannot see this setting. is this a setting i have to get my school administrators to change?  this is ridiculous. just change it back.  this was a mess in an online test today.  i have an hour before my next test. sending an email is not going to solve this problem fast enough. you have not even approved and posted my questions here yet.  we should go back to Blackboard Collabo

How can people in a group now send you private chat messages so you can see them all at once? The new design shows a "main chat" icon, but that's not private. If I want to see what a bunch of people are sending me, now I have to open each of their icons. This doesn't work. 

Hello, We have been using this new Zoom for Lightning package, however, the moment I do a sandbox refresh in the lower environments, the package breaks and becomes unusable post-refresh. Anybody know a fix or anything?
