I have a Powerpoint that I present in meetings. I've created a whiteboard as an interactive part of the presentation. Can I insert the whiteboard into the Powerpoint and have it remain interactive and functional? As it is not, I have to stop sharing the Powerpoint, share the whiteboard, stop sharing the whiteboard and start sharing the Powerpoint--at which point it goes back to the beginning. It's really a clunky process while you're live. I see that there is an iframe code for the whiteboard but I can't see how to insert the code on a Powerpoint slide. Any suggestions?
Hi, I do not get the font size option in settings or in the chat. I get all the other options. Why is that? The font is always super small and I cannot change it.
Hi folks ... A whole ago I set up a meeting using my personal meting ID and was using it for a study group. One of the participants was using the Otter.ai Notetaking feature.The group has since disbanded and the meeting deleted from my calendar, but every Tuesday at 1900 (UK) this woman's Notetaker (Otter.ai) initiates an email sent to me via Zoom, telling me that it has joined my personal meeting room.I've asked her to fix it at her end with her Otter.AI settings, but to no avail.Is there a way of banning the Otter.AI agent?Or do I have to resort to changing my personal Zoom meeting room ID? Hi. I have a regular weekly meeting using the same link that the host sent me in the first meeting. How and where can I save this link in Zoom so that I can easily access before each meeting? There are any number of tutorials on how to create and save your own links but this is about saving and accessing someone else's.

I've been trying to get Zoom's original sound feature working in Linux (Mint 21.3). I'm pretty sure I have all of the settings correctly set, and when I use the "Test Mic" recording feature, music comes through perfectly. But then in an actual meeting it filters out everything that isn't speech. I've double and triple checked that original sound is on in the top bar, and I've tried every possible option to try to get it to work, both with an external and internal laptop mic. Has anyone been able to get this working correctly in Linux, or is the feature just broken? Are there any system settings that need to be adjusted to get it working?
I would like to setup a recurring meeting where I as the host will not be present, but would like a couple of meeting participants to claim host capabilities. I cannot add these participants as "alternative hosts" in the meeting setup because they do not have a Zoom license. Is there a way to setup a generic meeting where the first person to join the meeting becomes the host or co-host?
I have always used the Enable/Disable Original Sound option on the More menu in the iPad app. However, it is no longer present. The More menu has nothing that looks like this. I have found the same on two different Ipads. Has this been removed? I always needed it to deal with music and speech. Thanks Julian
Hello friends,I have a bunch of digital displays that are strategically placed in public areas on my community college campuses. Right now I'm thinking of them as being digital bulletin board/campus map/which class in which room devices.. We have Yealink boxes on each. I'd love to see some suggestions for how other folks might be using theirs like this.Probably more importantly, I would love to know the easiest way to keep them updated with fresh info, most likely by staff members who are not super technical. Specifically, is there a way to point a specific zoom room to a file in a Google drive for its content? I'm thinking the file would be a slide deck that my colleagues could open every morning and type in daily schedules/news/etc.?are there any apps on the marketplace that make this kind of thing easy?Thanks in advance. I have tried so many different things. My FB Group is set up with Zoom permissions. I have downloaded the Zoom Live stream app. Zoom lets me go live but it only ever gives me the option to go live on my personal profile page or on a couple of FB pages that I manage for clients. It never shows me the option to go live in my FB Group. Can anyone help me debug this so I can go live on my FB Group?
I hope someone can help with this annoying problem. I have UNCHECKED "add a timestamp to the meeting". Yet when I get the transcript back there is a timestamp for every two seconds of the meeting. How do I disable these timestamps?? I tried to look it up in zoom help, nothing of course.
Hi, does anyone know how to integrate my MacBook contacts from the macOS Contacts app? It only seems to allow integration with Google or Microsoft accounts.
We have a webinar scheduled for 1PM ET US, accommodating the panelists' and hosts' time zone. However, when end users add the webinar to their calendar from the Zoom Reminder, it adds to their calendar at 1PM their local time, instead of adjusting for time zone (ie, when a PT attendee adds to their calendar, it is showing the webinar at 1PM PT rather than 10AM, which is 1PM ET). Can this be addressed from our side, or is it a bug?

Please, how can I access the REGISTRATION report AFTER the meeting? I had a meeting with previous registration, over 300 people registered and +200 attended. BUT once the meeting ended, I can only access the participants' report. And I really need the registration report as it had more details (countries and organizations). Thanks for any hint on this!

I coach. I'm interested to see the data for the coachee as well as myself. I would be particularly interested in speaker speed etc. Sometimes I am shown data from the other zoom participant and sometimes not. Is there a way of always seeing data in meeting coach from bot participants?

I bought a top level laptop with w11 and zoom has a lot of issues when I start a meeting. It freezes, it does strange sounds on both sides. But it works on my old laptop with windows 10. I tried every suggestion in the community. But I believe zoom team must do some updates about the software. I use a Lenovo e14, Ryzen 7, 64 GB laptop. I am certainly sure it is an operation system incompatibility issue which must be corrected by the zoom engineers.
I tried to login to a meeting this morning. I had a message saying to upgrade to latest version 5.16.6 and to contact my IT admin for this. I cannot seem to get this resolved although I have followd the suggestion to go to my account profile. Any advice is welcome
I have a daily meeting for which I need to determine the peak number of concurrent participants who joined. From the reports, I can see the list of attendees along with their join and leave times, and while it’s possible to get a rough idea of concurrent participants by downloading the data and filtering the timestamps,I’d like to have a more practical way to view this peak.I need to access the report for this daily meeting 🙂Please, can someone help me?

When I'm on a group zoom and the host plays and shares music, the music is distorted and bad on my computer. But everyone else hears it correctly.I tried Zoom tech support and I verifiied every zoom audio setting -- without success.Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can hear music someone shares correctly on my Windows PC???Thanks.
I changed my Meeting TOPIC to a new name. I saved it. I went back to the lisst of meetings and it is changed there in the list. When I click to go into edit the meeting, the name is correctly changed. Now when I go to the meeting REGISTRATION page, the meeting name is still the old, previous, incorrect name. The meeting TOPIC is not updated on the REGISTRATION page How can I get the REGISTRATION page to update correctly.
