All my clips are deleted

I have an account *******@gmail.com, where we regularly make some clips for our clients!

And now they are gone! We have never placed them to Trash or Bin. 

In all my accounts of admin account I dont see my clips (nothing in the trash)

 

Help please! It is urgent!
