Hi everyone, I have a problem with Zoom Meetings that is driving me crazy.I bought a new Lenovo computer with a Ryzen 3 7320U processor and 8GB of RAM, and everytime I try using the desktop app it freezes and stops respoding. It happens randomly, either while being idle in the menu, while acepting a call, while doing a call, or in the middle of a meeting.I have tried changing the video rendering method, disabling hardware acceleration and changing the app to windows 8 compatibility mode, all with no result so far.Any ideas on what else can I try? I also tried reinstalling windows 11 and zoom meetings and it didnt help
I have been using a free video editor to find and create short clips and presentations that I later share in zoom meetings. While it looks nice, I run into an issue — when I share the videos directly through zoom's "share screen," the video sometimes gets stuttering, or the audio goes out of sync.Has anyone else experienced this? And I would be curious if the export settings (frame rate, resolution, codec) make a difference when sharing videos in zoom meetings. I know my internet speed may a contributor, and maybe the video file type isn't the most compatible.If you have ideas to reliably keep video and audio smooth during a meeting, I would appreciate your ideas!thanks in advance.
Just wondering what troubleshooting options there are for Zoom Desktop clients whereby it's not automatically opening on Windows start. We have even applied as a Group Policy to enforce the start tick box, but we still have a random users where it doesn't and they have to manually run it (it's not running at all, not a silent start confusion) This has been the case through various version of Zoom VDI 5.x and also on 6.0.x - Windows Server 2016 / 2019 for Citrix desktop. Are there any caches that could potentially be cleared down that may be causing the issue / has anyone else experienced this and resolved, please?
Zoom AI is generating summaries of my meetings (I am host) and they are listed in the website. But Zoom is blocking me form clicking on them. Zoom also is not sendimg me the summaries by email.
Hi,Is it possible to change the format of the date format in Tasks?I have changed the format of the date (DD/MM/YYY) for meetings, but Tasks is still showing as MM/DD/YYYY. Please help.

Hello prior to upgrading to the app version 13 when a call use to come in and i was on the other line it would display on the phone. Now it displays on the phone and this loud sound constantly till you answer the call. This leads me to not hear the people i am on the call with. How do i turn this off.

People have been complaining about this for ages now. Please comment if you think Zoom should put it back to how it was before. I made a video before on how to use the calendar, which had a huge amount of use because people did not understand how to use the calendar and still don't. If there's a way of contacting Zoom, please let me know about it and contact them yourself if you think this should be put back as it originally was. sharing of the screen is not allowed. I can do alone, but when the participant comes there is a writing saying: "you can't share the screen in this meeting". It happens with different partecipants not only one.What shall I do? I have also the paid version. It is urgent!!! I cannot work... I am working with meet!!"
I probably know the answer to this but I'll ask anyway. The ZOOM admin did not record a recent dedication ceremony and I was hoping it might be floating around in the cloud. It took place on the 2nd and was a ceremony for our 91 year old swimming coach who had the pool annex named in his honor. He and his family, friends, and former coaches who could not attend in person did the ZOOM. Not holding out much hope but MAYBE? Just asking....

When I am using Zoom and my physical environment is noisy, my Zoom audio gets super distorted, and I can no longer understand what the person speaking to me is saying. The AI chatbot was not helpful, and I can't find a clear, direct answer to my problem through searching. I use a MacBook Air and A2031 AirPods (2021). I have tried checking settings on both my AirPods and on Zoom, and I have tried "Test Speaker." The problem is that when I am on a call, the volume levels of my physical environment seem to suppress/distort the sound on my receiving end, to the point I can't understand words being spoken to me. Does anyone have any suggestions of how can I fix this issue?
I am a single user using zoom full time during my business day. There is no need whatsoever for 99% of my calls to ever be recorded and the prerecorded message by zoom about recording is too long, too impersonal, and scares off potential callers. I've spent hours attempting to reset the recording options to no avail and it still is apparently recording and even if it isn't recording it's playing that stupid message every time I dial. How do I put an end to that or as a minimum record my own message referencing recording?
This is on Zoom 6.4.12 on a Windows 11 pc. I was waiting for a meeting to start in the waiting room, with both audio and video turned off. I stepped away from the computer, and the screensaver turned on. I had to unlock the computer to get back on, and when I did, even though the video icon had a red line going through it indicating it is turned off, my camera was on. I had to toggle the video on and back off to turn it back off. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a solution?
Hello! Here's what I'm trying to do. I want to connect to a Zoom meeting on an iPhone and use an external microphone for the audio. I have tested the external microphone and it works when recording a video, but once I switch over to Zoom, the audio goes through the phone and bypasses the microphone. I'm GUESSING that is because the microphone is input only and not output, but I'm wondering if anyone has successfully used an external wireless mic for speaking to a Zoom meeting. Thank you!
Hello everyone,after an upgrade to Zoom Room 6.5.5 (7566) we are no longer able to join the meeting via the calendar integration.I have another appliance on Version 6.4.5 (6950) which works perfectly fine. Calendar permissions are identical and I could replicate this behavior with another device.Does anyone know what changed with version 6.5.5? Thanks!
Hi everyone, this is my first post here. My name is Sarah and I am from the Netherlands. Since I have a new laptop, there's something strange going on. When I am listening to Spotify on my laptop, it sounds great. But the minute I open a Zoom-meeting, even before sharing sound, the music sounds very troubled. Like it's under water or something. The minute I end the Zoom-meeting, it sounds normal. So there must be a link between zoom and spotify - that wasn't there before. Can somebody help me with this problem? Thank you so much!
previously, we are able to invite our team and i get an EMAIL with all the information to join and phone details needed. Today, when i make a meeting, i get an email but there is a link in the bottom "join instruction" that needed to be click instead of seeing this in the first window email. So, some user have confusion why they need to click the link, and some user have an issue that they dont know how to join the meeting because they didnt click the link.Can you tell me how do I revert this back? or this is a new feature?P.S I cannot add image so i cannot elaborate properly.
When I start a meeting as host, I've been intermittently getting a "screen sharing has been disabled" message. I'm intermittently unable to share in other people's meetings, as well. I've checked all of my settings to ensure that there isn't anything weird. Regardless, I wouldn't disable my own ability to screen share even if it was available. Please note, this is NOT an issue with other participants. This is an issue where I, the HOST, cannot share in MY OWN meetings. I don't need instructions on how to check sharing settings.
It looks as though there's been an update to Zoom. When I used to schedule a meeting in the Zoom desktop app, it would automatically add it to my iCal calendar, I'd grab the link, and send it to attendees. Now it doesn't do that - it tried to open Outlook instead which I don't use, and iCal doesn't look as though it's an option when I log into the web portal to change the settings. Can anyone suggest a workaround, because right now, I don't even know how to grab the link to send attendees, as the app only gives me the meeting ID.
Today, I received an email notification that I had an item in Docs. Upon checking, there are 2 items Shared With Me, but I am not expecting anything. One of these is encrypted and one is not. I have not downloaded them. I do not feel they are safe. The 'senders' are very generic: Accounts Payable and Account-Payable, but when I view the Docs, I can see Anonymous users also present. What are these Docs?
Hey there! I am trying to work on a solution where (using Zoom workflows) send an email to a shared mailbox by reacting to a message someone posts in a channel. Ultimately, if someone posts something requiring IT support, I would like to react with a specific emoji (which wouldn't be used by others) to send an email through Outlook to a shared mailbox with the IT team. I got through the workflow, but I see that the only email sending capability is with GMAIL. Is there any prospect of leveraging Outlook? Or can I do this if I integrated my Outlook with Zoom mail?
Hi, When using the share screen function, in the Application windows section, all my open web pages are nested together as one option. Can I change this so I can select an individual web page to share directly without first sharing them all?
Several weeks ago I checked the box to create audio transcript for my meeting recordings and it's been working great until today when my meeting/recording did not transcribe. I have the video and audio files but no transcript files. I looked in settings and found that the check-box was not checked and the ability to check it was locked by admin. How did this box become unchecked and why do I no longer have the ability to check it? Is there a way to get my transcript (from the existing recording) if the create audio transcript function is enabled? Thank you!
Anyone else finding the support centre not responding? I've submitted two requests and no answer.Since Zoom changed to Zoom Workplace i it takes about 20 mins for a meeting to open and then says video not working. I have tried 'clean up zoom' and reinstalling - still same problem. Frustrating when you pay a premium for Pro and support can't even acknowledge you!
