We keep getting in a situation where one of the support team members is out and we need to upload a video to his account to convert one of his webinars to Simulive. Is this done thru zoom docs or sharing docs? How do I set that up so our support team van do it amongst us?
I'm curious to see if the community has any feedback on this:We've had complaints about users not being able to get past the menu. We've entered tickets to Zoom but their data shows that the users never presseda menu option. However, the users claim that they did. In an effort to lose those users, we updated the call flow to make sure the call goes to voicemail for the team to monitor. Doing this has inundated us with voicemails with dead air. There's roughly 60+ voicemails on a given day. What can we do to better handle this and avoid the unneeded extra noise?
I am trying to Sync Azure AD Profile pictures for all users to ZoomI am trying to find info on this but cannot find any valid documentation anywhere. I found articles with people using ADFS to do this but i got rid of ADFS not going back. Does anyone have any information on whether this is possible, I have an ongoing tickect with support but were going in circles
The participant I invited to a meeting was unable to join via the browser. She was supposed to download the Zoom app first, but she didn't want to. Until now, everyone could join the Zoom meeting via the invitation link and no one had to download the Zoom app. What happened here? This is a major disadvantage for my online meetings with Zoom if it no longer works via browser. Where do I change this?
I am looking to move to Zoom calls/whiteboards for my online tutoring business. I want to subscribe to the Pro plan for the calls and add the Whiteboard option (rather than the full Business plan) so that I can have more than 3 boards. I want to be able to create multiple boards as templates that I will copy to individual students copies as and when they are needed. This would mean that each student may have more than 3 boards. As my students will be using a Basic plan does that mean that they will only be able to access a max of 3 boards.Any advice will be gratefully received.Best wishesSimon
In Zoom webinar, there is a setting avaiable to choose a slected set of emojis. That also includes laughing emoji. Since there is no facility to see who is using the emoji in webinar setup so some people misuse that emoji. The effectiveness of a webinar reduces because of that. Other selected emojis are good to be there as even if someone uses them excessively it doesn't create wrong impression. So I strongly suggest that either that laughing emoji is removed from the selected set of emojis or some other provision is given.

I'm not sure which location to post this question.Zoom has a noise reduction feature on its live feed but is doesn't seem to have the same capability when using Zoom's video playback feature. Does anyone know if there is a way to reduce this background noise?ThanksBob

Hi, Good Day, @links to members, content..my name is Gabrie and I have a Polycom group 500 and I conect to the zoom meeting using the IP Address and when connect I enter the Meeting ID and passcode numbers and its connectes perfect wthout any problems... my problem is when some body sendme de passcode but with letters and I dont know how to put the letters in my polycom gropu 500 remote control... of course I clic the numeber with the letter but when I finish I clic # to send it but zoom system send that the passcode ir incorrect., Can some one help me please and if you speak spanish much good jeje because my english is not good.. I just updated Zoom to version 6.4.10 for Windows and I can no longer find my recurring meetings with no fixed time. There used to be a tiny small drop down menu on the Home page, but now the page looks almost the same, but that menu is gone. Where did it go? I can look at past meetings to get the address and join the meetings manually, but that can't be the only way, right?
When I start the Zoom Meeting app on Windows 10, it prompts me to log in, and when I do, it says "It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network connection and try again." This started to occur about a week ago. Unlike a previous report on this forum, uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of the app (now at 6.5.11) does not help. The same error occurs. In the meantime, I can successfully log in to zoom.us and start Zoom meetings from someone else's Zoom link. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Known problem? Any solution? Thanks.
We have two new Lenovo T14s. We have been heavy soom users for 2 years. But with the new computers, our mic quality is bad (others on Zooms complain they cant hear us). However, the new computers work just fine with Teams, WebEx, Google Meets, so it does not seems to be a microphone problem. Our old computers still work fine, so it seems that it is not a network problem. Would could be wrong? Anyone else having this problem?
It's August 12, 2025 and we've noticed that recently the dial in numbers are missing in Zoom Meeting Invites scheduled via web or Outlook Add In. The only place we see the dial in numbers is if you click a link at bottom of invite text that says "Join Instructions". Has anyone else noticed this problem? We want the "Dial by your location" section to show in the body of the invite with our selected dial in numbers. We've verified under Account Management > Accounting Settings > Audio Conferencing we have our regular toll and toll free numbers selected and the feature is enabled.
When going to meetings, there is now a search date query underneath upcoming. How do I remove it? If I can't remove it, how do I set a default date range to a year out? I have meetings scheduled several months out. I want to see all of them when I click upcoming meetings.
QSC Core 110f running 1080p video and audio to Zoom Room PC. Sometimes we get robotic or modulated sounding audio to the far end. Working the issue with QSC but the issue is intermittent so it is tricky. I also have been getting reports of the audio to far end completely cutting out and needing to reseat the USB to resolve the issue. I was troubleshooting today and saw the issue first hand. It was odd... I could see in the windows sound devices that audio was coming into the PC but on the neat zoom panel I could not see any audio coming in even though the correct device was shown and selected. Having a heck of a time getting these issues isolated and resolved. Any assistance would be amazing! PC is a Dell Optiplex 5080 running Win11 Ver 21H2. I have verified all USB hub device firmware is up to date.
I'm out of town and need to be better dressed that what I brought with me for a meeting. Is there an effect or a third-party add-in that can be used to "add" a virtual coat and tie so that I look more professional? Thank you! Brett
Hi allOur company is considering to use the new AI companion features and we understand some of those features require some sort of automated audio recording (smart recording) to work. We also understand from the support pages that the content of those recordings are not used to train the AI model.But the question is, if we enable and use those smart recording features, is it clear to the other participants (out customers, suppliers etc) in the meetings that their audio or content is recorded for those AI features and does Zoom collect consent from them for each recording? If our customers do not want this feature to be used, can they setup Zoom in a way that we are not able to record?

On the newest version of Zoom for iOS from April 25th, 2024, while sharing a URL or a PDF file through Safari or Google Drive, the video in the corner of the screen of my participants or my own video for that matter is no longer visible. Up until now, on all versions of Zoom for iOS from since I started using Zoom in 2020, by default my participants' video would be visible on the bottom right corner of the screen. I'm not sure if this is a bug or is fixable. It is quite inconvenient.
Zoom keeps freezing and crashing during meetings - I'm a therapist and conduct my online sessions on the app. I also give lectures on it. Today I had a 2-hour lecture and got disconnected 7 times. I need to fix it urgently. What could be wrong? Internet connection is strong.
Hello, I have Zoom for my Mac M2 Air. A while back, I thought it would be cool to have a virtual background of an X-Wing from Star Wars. This was all fine and dandy until I realized that the Zoom app on my Mac recognizes that virtual background as if there is no virtual background. I am confused and angry about this issue because I have uninstalled the app at least 5 different times, logged in with different emails, and even cleared out the cache files and restarted my machine. The X Wing background still shows up. What am I doing wrong? I have tried to speak to a human being with the customer support number, only to be told that I am not a premium member, so I cannot talk to a human or even send a trouble shoot request. I don't want to spend $17 just to fix a hopefully simple solution. Can anyone help me? Thank you
Good morning people I have two regularly scheduled meetings in Zoom with attendance of over 100 folks. I want to keep the same meetings but I don't need the two links/ID's anymore. I am afraid that if I cancel the one meeting, even with good communication, a significant amount of folks will slip through the cracks and miss a meeting. No one can miss a meeting. Is there a way to keep a link open for, say 14 days, and just have the meeting A rerouted to Meeting B?
