hi Everyone I'm a zoom host and recently, some people attending meetings are getting a weird glitch, where the "raise hand" just goes up by itself, have you herd of this, and can it be fixed? It seams to also, for these people, happen with the "thumbs up" emoji as well. i was there when it happened and had no idea why it was doing this. any help is appreciated, thx so much.  

If I want to use Zoom to record 1-1 video interviews for my Substack and YouTube channels, what plan and settings do I need? Any advice from content creators who have used Zoom for this purpose is hugely appreciated!

I am in a recurring weekly meeting where we always go into breakout rooms - about 40. Every week, a tech support host has to painstakingly rename them with particular names. Some people go to the same rooms every week, some move around, so it's not like we can preassign the participants. Is there any way to set up the zoom rooms so their customized names persist from week to week and we don't have to spend 15 minutes each time doing it over? I've googled/AI'd this endlessly but haven't found an answer that works.

Realice una reunión por zoom el domingo para una entrevista, al momento que termine la reunión finalice la reunión y me salió el mensaje de siempre que se esta descargando el video, deje que terminara y me abrió donde estaba ubicado y lo deje así. Hoy día me percato que esta el video y el audio pero no se reproduce y sale como archivo dañado. La entrevista grabada era muy importante para el trabajo que estaba realizando y ahora no se si hay maneras de recuperarlo. Espero puedan darme una solución.

What is on your roadmap for integration with other systems such as Informacast? We really like Zoom phone but need that integration with our horns and speakers system.

Today I joined a Zoom meeting via web browser. I was not the host of the meeting.  After I joined, I asked the host if he could record the meeting. Rather than record the meeting himself, he gave me host permissions and suggested I record the meeting on my end.  I started the recording from my web browser, and was notified that the recording had started.  After we both left the meeting, I tried to find where I could access the recording, but it was not showing in my account.  I was not a Zoom Pro user at the time of the recording. I have joined Zoom Pro immediately after realizing that the recording isn't in the account.  Will the original host have access to the recording? Is the recording stored somewhere I am just not aware of? 

Hi there,I teach online every week and send zoom invites out from my iphone (using the apple email software on my phone).  It usually works but this week the links say 'Virus Error Zoom Meeting Invitation' in the links I have sent to two students.I can re-send the email content i.e. the links from my main PC and not include this 'virus error' text which is in the subject line.  But why would this have happened please?  Any ideas? 

Hi All,I would like to know if I can automate sending SMS with Zoom Phone - Salesforce Integration. My requirement is to send an SMS at a trigger point on the Lead or Contact record. Like when Lead record status is 'Nurturing' then send an SMS to the lead's phone number.The documentation mentions that we can manually send an SMS to a lead or contact from the Zoom Phone widget, but there are no details on whether we can automate the sending of SMS.Please reply to this post if anyone has any information regarding this.

Buongiorno, durante una riunione mi è capitato di condividere il mio schermo per mostrarlo agli altri componenti della riunione e nel momento in cui lo schermo veniva condiviso, in corrispondenza della barra superiore delle impostazioni video di zoom, agli altri partecipanti usciva una barra nera e qualsiasi applicazione o riquadro appartenente all'app di zoom a loro usciva completamente nero/grigio, capita solo in alcuni pc e non in tutti quelli appartenenti alla riunione, come risolvo il problema? ho provato in tutti i modi possibili.

This happened suddenly and I haven't yet found a way to fix it.  My camera zooms all the way in so you're literally looking at a closeup of my nostrils.  I can't get far enough away to get "in frame."  Can anybody tell me how I can re-adjust some setting(s) so people don't think I have a giant head in Zoom meetings.  Seriously, I have a big Zoom today and need a fix.  Anyone?

 Version 6.2.11 (50939) For iPhone: There seems to have been a change today for using chat for direct message . You have to open participants then left click and select chat. Is there a way to do this on iPhone?

Hi everyone! I am having a problem and I'm at a loss as to how to solve it. I tutor students online, and Zoom is an important tool I use. I also use Google Drive, and I'm trying to let a young student use Google Drive during the Zoom call. Here's what's happening: This particular student is very young, and has limited technical skills. He has trouble switching between tabs or going to the next slide in Google Slides, or finding his cursor in Docs. I've tried sharing documents and work with him directly, but he can't remember how to get back to the Zoom call's main screen, and he has to get a parent to help every time. He doesn't have a particularly long attention span, even for his age, so we're changing activities frequently. I am trying to find the exact length of time from actual start to finish for a recent zoom meeting. The "Previous Meetings" tab only shows the scheduled times and not the actual time elapsed. Is this information somewhere I might be overlooking or is it just not available? Thanks!

The organization I work for purchased the Zoom Sessions (Pay Per Attendee) plan for up to 50 attendees. I misunderstood the plan and thought it would allow for 50 attendees per session, not per year. We have already used 45 attendees, so we will need to purchase more. When I go to 'Manage Plan' and 'Add More Attendees', you can select a plan for 50, 100, 600, etc. If we purchase one of these plans, is that 50/100/600 attendees in addition to the original 50 we had purchased? There is contradictory information about this online.  On Zoom's advice page for audio transcriptions, it says: Requirements for using audio transcriptionA Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise accountBut if you look at the Plan Comparison chart, it says transcripts are not available with PRO or PRO PLUS, only with BUSINESS and above. What's the truth?!?!

Trying to record a zoom presentation with just a meeting with myself, but there is no record button. I went into my account and I am the admin but there is still no option in the settings to record .

So far, the recording always shows the screen of the person who is currently speaking. When watching the recording, the view constantly switches back and forth. Hi I have an issue with local recording of a Zoom meeting using immersive view.  Whenever I record a meeting, all my guests are in excellent HD quality, but me, as host, am very blurred and in low quality, as is the immersive background image (which is perfect quality on screen and for everyone else)!  This happens no matter what camera I use, or what computer.  I have tried using an iMac, MacBook Pro and a brand new Mac Studio, but the result is always the same—the recording of the host and background is low quality, whilst the recording of all other guests is perfect.  I have checked that my Zoom setting is set to HD and the account is set to 'Group HD' recording. I would be very grateful if somwone could suggest a fix (or workaround) for this as a matter of urgency. I just created a full year of PowerPoint monthly presentations for our support group, it was my first go at is, and the first meeting in mid-April worked fine.  No when I start a meeting in the desktop app (My Workspace on Zoom) the Share Screen button doesn't even show up.  All the others like invite do.  When I try from online, I get "share is not available for this meeting?

Since I put zoom (PRO account) on my new Lenovo Yoga PC it constantly crashes, mostly when I wake it up, but sometimes also in the middle of the day, while ZOOM is NOT officially working. It's not in the auto-start, it's not open, but something must happen in the background for it to send me a crash report. I rebooted my computer and send crash reports, but it keeps happening quite regularly. Anyone has an idea how I could fix this?

I've noticed that the conversion of a local recorded session uses only CPU and uses no GPU even when there is additional dedicated GPUs in the system.A good enhancement would be to be able to "detect" (or configurable) and "use" at least a CUDA/NVIDIA engines to accelerate the conversion using CPU and GPU (as usually done on any video editor and rendering system)

I teach  via Zoom and I use the Zoom Whiteboard every day.I really like it, but there a some features I would like so see.- a better shape recognition, like other apps eg. goodnotes, noeful... have. - a lasso tool, not only a rectangle- better pdf import- dark toolbar when in darkmode- better writing experience on ipads and with graphics tablets ( pen often gets stuck)Oh, I almost missed one of the most important points!- Ability to set e default font and font sizeIt is really annoying to have to change the font every time I use a new Textbox
