I have Calendly set to include the zoom meeting details for an appointment.I have Zoom set to create a passcode for all meetings.Yet when the Calendly confirmation is sent to the attendee it does not include a passcode.  The meeting ID works without a passcode.  This is a security issue. How do I get Zoom to respond properly to the integration request from Calendly for a meeting WITH PASSCODE?Thank you,Joyce

I have been paying for Zoom Professional for years, but Zoom has failed to provide a sound stream (music tracks) that I can send to singers, so they can sing along to it (and I can record their vocals)The problem is that as soon as the vocalist starts to sing with the track, the music I am sending cuts out, so the client has no way to be able to keep in time or in pitch with the music.  This is a really big drag and I am shocked that it still hasn't been fixed by Zoom after 4.5 years! This problem doesn't occur when doing the same thing on a Mac but I don't get on with MacIntosh computers and neither do many of my colleagues, a large number of whom have complained of similar difficulties on Zoom when using Windows. I became aware of this problem back in 2020 when I first started using Zoom. Not happy. Anyone else's comments appreciated.     

I have the AI companion turned on in my settings.  I want to receive a summary after I record in Zoom.  When I finish a recording I'm provided an "audio transcription" but not the summary.  When I don't record in Zoom it sends me a summary of the conversation. Does any know how to have a summary of the recordings?  Is that possible to do versus the audio transcription?

Last night I got an email from Zoom about the WorkingLive relationship ending.  The email was very thin on content and offered only GENERIC links to the Zoom website to sign up for an account.The communication from Zoom is really poor here.  Has anyone on the WorkingLive plan done the transition yet?  The email says: "You can easily sign up for a new Zoom account directly on our website. Please visit this link to create a new account."But we already have accounts. We already login with the Zoom website. Are we to assume that we create a "new" account but using the exact same email address on file? And then when we upgrade to a paid Zoom account all our stuff will auto-magically transition?We won't lose recurring meeting links or cloud recordings?Hopefully someone from Zoom will read this and offer actual details beyond the super-thin details provided by email.

Hello, Tonight, while on my Zoom meeting, 3 people (unknown to us) came into my Zoom meeting.  The next thing I knew was that someone else was typing very bad things in my URL window. How were they able to take over my computer?

My personal email is <sample email>. This is my apple id. I somehow created in the past a zoom account using my apple id and a private relay address. I deleted the private relay address from my apple id. I also moved <sample email> to my main zoom account. However, when I sign in with my apple id and sign in with apple that now has <sample email>, I'm signed into the private relay account. How can I delete this account so that sign in with apple authenticates me into my main account?

How do you change the email address and name of the "owner" listed in the User Management?

I can hear music clear and crisp before logging in to zoom room, when I open a room it changes the settings on my headset and i can only hear parts of the songs.  This is the same for my attenders when I share sound.  If I unplug my headset and run it through the computers sound it works.  I need to be able to share my sound from my headset.   I can hear speak fine, it's only when the computer is playing something (so relaying from computer to zoom?).  I'm not real tech savy so would love some help. Thanks

I have a Calendly meeting type that I want to attach Zoom to so they will not have to receive another email for the zoom link. How can I do that for a meeting that is reoccurring and may a different date or time?

We conducted and recorded (it was indicated) a Zoom meeting and the recording doesn't show in our cloud or local recordings. After looking around our account for a solution,  the meetings tab still shows the "start" button, as if the meeting never occurred. We had the meeting and we know that it was being recorded. Has anyone experienced this of know how we might locate our recording?  Thanks!

I am a Zoom user, planning to upgrade to premium next month so I can host a high school social club reunion. We are all in our mid-eighties and many will need help to upgrade their Zoom software.I have made the upgrade on my PC. I attach a HDMI cord from my PC to a TV in another room for an exercise glass. Previously, the PC automatically transferred the video and sound to the TV. Now only the video is seen and no sound comes through.I need help here. The big issue is for my club brothers. I need to send them step-by-step, detailed instructions (PC and MAC) to upgrade their software and test it. I will schedule a test before our scheduled meeting, which is on September 22nd.I’m hoping for a prompt reply. Thank you very much.ShelN

Hello,I'm working on setting up a hybrid room for a new client, but I don't have a Zoom Rooms account myself to test this out on.My plan is to set up a Mac Mini that is powering the Zoom Room, connected to two TVs. My question is, can that same computer be used for a presenter to share a PowerPoint if needed? Or would that need to come from a separate machine?Sorry if this is a simple question, I tried googling and searching the forum but it's kind of difficult to search for.Thank you!

We did have a Zoom meeting a couple of nights ago which was recorded on Zoom cloud. An email was received from Zoom that the recording is available with a link. When one clicks on the provided link, a screen opens with the camera icon and a large X on it. The message says: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported". I am getting this message all morning! We never had any such problem before. 

Is there a way to generate a report for all responses from attendees who use the booking page? These answers inform so much of how I conduct and plan the meeting, but I do not want to have to click through every email to access the data.

My company hosts webinars 1-2 times a month and sometimes we co-host with other partners/companies. There are never more than 500 registrants/attendees however we'd like the features to brand our meetings, and offer after-meeting messaging with customized URLs. We currently have Zoom Enterprise with Zoom Webinars but I do not believe we can properly brand our webinars with these plans. Could someone please suggest whether Zoom Events is the best route and if it encompasses all features of Zoom Webinar & Zoom Sessions? TIA.

 Has anyone else struggled with needing to increase/gold the participants list?... so far zoom developers have ignored this request...? Also, while recording a session (training video) the mouse is tiny....  again, zoom developers are not interested...Any ides on this? Thanks for listening...

I'm trying to help a user that has turned off otter AI in both zoom.us and otter.ai and she's still connected to it and it's still sending emails out.  Does anybody know of a setting I'm missing?

I feel like there should be a setting for this but i cannot find it. Scenario.Manager has Yealink desk phone.He is on the phone. Usually on speaker phone.Someone else in the office (all Yealink), uses the PAGE button that pages the "paging group".The managers call, without warning, goes on HOLD. he then hears the page.He has to hit resume to get the caller back on the line with him. Desired behavior:If phone is engaged, do not page to it. User is already engaged with a customer and cannot act on the page anyway. Manager reported it also happens if he isn't on speakerphone. Any ideas where to look?

I had a zoom pay per attendee license, and have switched to a zoom unlimited 100 attendees license as it suits my needs better. The issue being it tells me I need to create a new hub but i cannot get into the old one now and have several events scheduled in the coming days - I need to be able to duplicate these events into the new one but cannot access them? Has anyone got any suggestions on this?

Hi! When someone registers for a meeting and I want to send reminder emails what link do I use so that everyone who registered can get in without having to re-register? I thought using the link that was added to our calendar would work but that prompted everyone to re-register before hopping on the training.I have another meeting coming up- we used the meeting setting and required registration. What link do I use to send in reminder emails? Thanks!
