We are a non-profit volunteer-run support group organization that relies on donations. Is there a way to add a button or a link in a PMI Zoom meeting so folks can click on it to donate using PayPal? Or is there a way to "pin" a chat message so it displays even for folks who join late? This way the host won't have to keep pasting the donation link in the chat. Thanks!
I am the host on our zoom mtg. I am out of town and don’t know how to have someone start meeting if I can’t. I paid for zoom account but our teacher needs to be able to start meeting without me. How do I do that?
I am getting a message that an update is required. I am using the latest version. When I check under my profile it doesn't show that an update is available.
I am trying to enable this on our Zoom One Business Plus account but when I try to it says I need to enable cloud recording. I navigate to that settings page and cloud recording IS enabled. The terrible chatbot was no help at all and apparently my account doesn't get me a live chat. We are trying to justify using Zoom over Loom but the way service is going, I'm tempted to just leave the service.

HI! I can't convert a recorded video from my desktop anymore. I used to be able to record meeting then when I click Stop, a folder appears on desktop as usual but the files in the folder are not video files and I get an error message to find application to use. Never had problem before. I was always able to convert video, while the meeting continued to play video back on shared screen. Any guidance is appreciated. thanks.
Hi, So my colleague created a new meeting that is set to occur on January 25th, but it apparently disappeared from the Meeting list on the Web Portal. The meeting is still working : when I enter the ID and password, it looks like everything is fine and I got the message that the reunion is set to start on the 25th at the right time. However, it is nowhere to be found on the portal, but I can see other future meetings so it's not like everything is gone. Would you have an idea of what's going on ? Thanks a lot !
Hi, we have a learning management system which is connected with Zoom. When entering a meeting we are seeing the Zoom admins name, regardless who is joining the meeting first. Does anyone know how this can be changed? An answer is highly appreciated! Best regards,Claudia
Hi, I am having audio issues with some of my zoom meetings. The computers are not on mute and the meeting set up does not mute participants. It happens to multiple users on the same meeting. However, in other meetings with the same set up there is no issue? I have deleted the meeting and set it up from scratch again but the same issue arises. Has anyone had issues like this? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I use the cameras on an iPad and a laptop in the meeting. Control of the meeting is on the iPad. I want to switch control to the laptop. How do I do this?
How do you make the participants to be admitted automatically in the meeting without letting the host to admit each participant at their entering?
I teach via Zoom, still, and today the appearance of chat was changed so that -- whether it was in popout mode or not -- the names of chat participants had slid to the left and could not be accessed, if someone directly messaged me. I cannot teach effectively if I cannot chat to "Everyone", or see to whom I am directing a message. When I told students I wanted to restart the Zoom, to see if that would help, upon restarting the meeting, it tried to update. Not surprising. Normally our district updates Zoom, but sometimes Zoom will update itself. But the update stalled and gave me an error message (10004). Does anyone know what I can do about this? I put a help request into Zoom, but essentially they just gave me a set of links, including the one to this community.

The Zoom update crashed my laptop on starting to record an interview. I got the other party to send me a fresh invite, and accepted on my iPad. They made me host and I selected cloud recording. No sign of the recording on the Zoom website, or the iPad. Did Zoom lose my interview?

Hi there, I'm facing an issue and I don't know how to solve it. I use the WordPress plugin Video Conference with Zoom as a bridge between my zoom account and my website so I can have my meetings on my website. The plugin is linked to my site via a JWT app. The issue is, whenever people try to join the meeting via browser, some of them managed to access the waiting room and then the meetings while others face the issue "Join meeting timeout, fail to join the meeting" and I don't know how to solve it. The plugin support says to contact you because it's an issue on your end. Thanks.
Hi all I have a few users who have Zoom Workplace on iOS devices , these are new devices, all up to date and have Zoom Workplace installed. When the users click on a Zoom link in Outlook for mobile they are greeted with "did not open Zoom? Tap to install Zoom Workplace app". I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, tried using different meeting links but get the same issue. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this issue?

Hey there, Is there a way for me to grant everyone in my breakout rooms access to sharing their screen when they present? We've got about 30 people in the meeting, and separate them in two breakout rooms. We currently have 3 hosts before the breakout rooms split but haven't figured out a way to allow more people who are presenting to share their screen. Is this possible? Thanks!

Hi, my camera does not appear to work whilst using Zoom. I have uninstalled the Zoom client and reinstalled the latest version. It was working for the past few months & now it doesn't appear to work, can you pleased assist.
I have started to have this problem since the latest update. I am not interested in seeing myself while i teach a language lesson. I want to be able to see the participants video when I share a photo or the screen. Can not find a way to do it in settings. It used to be ok before the updates.
