Hi I want to remove an App called ClickUp Notetaker which I may have by mistake enabled however subsequently I removed it from the Apps. This App still gets into the meetings. How can I remove it permanently?
I`m following the article -> https://aws.amazon.com/pt/blogs/machine-learning/add-zoom-as-a-data-accessor-to-your-amazon-q-index/ But I`m having issues trying to configure on Zoom Marketplace the Amazon Q app. After posting the application details and submitting the form, I`m redirected to AWS login page.But an error is show like below:"An unexpected errors has ocurred - Authentication failed. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact your administrator" I`m am using my root user to login and I double checked the credentials. Is this a bug on the Amazon Q App available on the marketplace?
I use Huawei Matepad 12X, I downloaded Zoom using GBox, when I click on sign in with Google in Zoom, the built-in browser opens, then I enter my data. The site says that Zoom will open in a few seconds, if not, you need to manually click the button. But no matter how much I click, nothing happens.
I would like to set up Meeting Templates that have different settings -- for example Meeting #1 ALWAYS starts recording automatically, while Meeting #2 NEVER records. This would make my life much easier... but is it possible?

Recently, if I change the date and/or time of a single meeting in a recurring series, when anyone who has previously accepted the meeting accepts the changes, I get the following message:Accepted: XXXX MeetingFrom Google CalendarYou are no longer invited to this eventView updated information on Google Calendar Why is this happening? These invitees appear to still be on the invite list, but then I get questions about whether they were uninvited or if the meeting was cancelled.
Hello!We've been using Zoom Webinars for a few years now (albeit not continuously), and we didn't have any problems with the "view only" option when sharing a webinar recording.Go to webinar recording, click the "Share" button, click the "More settings" button, set expiration date, uncheck "Viewers can download", check "Viewers need to register to watch" option, check "Password" option, uncheck "Allow invitees to access recordings without the passcode, click "Save". Enter the email address(es), click send.This is what we did, and the page that opened from the Zoom email link is the video "portal" to watch the video.And now, for whatever reason, doing this in the webinar recording sends the email, but when the link is clicked, the video "portal" opens and the "Download (xx) files" link is displayed in the "portal."How do I prevent this?Thanks in advance.
Can anyone tell me how to turn off calendar integration?our ZoomRoom works but each tome it starts up on our iPad which controls the Windows computer zoom program, it says, This room needs to be connected to a calendar.”I don’t believe we need calendar integration.on line it said all I have to do is go into my account profile and down to calendar and click disable. Hi, I'm trying to use the same Zoom meeting invite for a number of meetings in future. I know the date & time of the first meeting, but I don't know yet when the other future meetings will take place. In the past, I could do this by simply clicking "Recurring" without specifying future dates. Now with the current version of Zoom, I am prompted to already input those future dates - which I don't know yet. How do I solve this? Or, alternatively: can I set up a single meeting now, and then simply re-use that same "old" link in future? Thanks for any help!
Hi!I am experiencing an issue with the Spotlight Video feature in my Zoom meetings. I have a paid Zoom account and I am using the desktop application (version 6.3.11) as the host.The issue is that while I can successfully enable Spotlight during the meeting, the recording does not capture the Spotlight view. In a webinar I recently hosted, the attendees were adding helpful links in the chat. When I downloaded the chat after the session, I was no longer able to access the links. When they shared the URL, they presented as the page title, and that's all the chat seemed to save. Is there a way I can access the links shared in the chat after the webinar as the host/webinar owner?
I haven't changed the settings, but now my shared window appears in a very small size on my recordings. How can I fix that problem so that it remains the same size on my recordings, whether I share my window or not ?

A while back I signed up for a personal Zoom account. I used it mainly for online open mics where musicians perform for other musicians in an open mic fashion. Then I got a job and, of course, they had a work Zoom account for me to use. I'm on Ubuntu 21.10 so I downloaded and installed the zoom client. I get scheduled for Zoom meetings and I click on the link and a browser tab opens and starts the Zoom client. Sometimes I seem to be using my personal account and sometimes I am using my work account. And sometimes I have two zoom icons in my notification area and I am apparently running two different copies of Zoom. It's very confusing. If I log out and stop all zooms and start one up again and click Sign In there's an SSO button there. Assuming that's single sign-on so I click that. The Zoom window changes to say "Sign in with SSO" and then there is a domain <company name>.zoom.us. At the same time, there's another Zoom window that shows me logged in already with my wo

When I type in "Zoom" in Duck Duck Go. It brings me to one of my zoom accounts and I am already signed into it. Then when I try to sign off it doesn't let me. I stay signed into this account despite signing out of it.

After having a meeting attendee receive a zoom AI companion error, loose their mic, and then get kicked off the call entirely, I've decided to turn off the AI companion in my settings. When I select to disable the Meeting summary with AI Companion, I get a warning message that states, "The following settings depend on this setting, the change might affect them. IP address access control" What does this mean and should I worry about it?
