I'd like to plan a new recurring meeting with No Fixed Time option, but it seems it has disappeared from the menu. The recurring option only allows "every day/week/month". Is the No Fixed time option available? How?
I have tried to disable the virtual background on my apple laptop. The "none" button is highlighted but the background remains. I can blur the background, but I cannot remove it. I have the basic package. I have used the virtual agent and read all the instructions. None of them have solved this issue.
Running ads for a company to promote a webinar each month. The problem I am facing is that when a potential client clicks the registration page link, all the Google click id info is lost. Is there an integration or process I can use to preserve the date (URL parameters) from the Source Page and carry that over to the Registration Page? I already know a process using Zapier to link the Zoom participant creation to create a conversion in Google Ads. The problem is that without the click ID, Google can only see that a conversion was tracked, but it has no idea what caused the conversion. Client Path diagramed below: Ad Clicked --> Our LP -(All click data lost here)-> Zoom Meeting Registration LP --> Creates Google Conversion. Essentially the problem now is that Google brings in leads, but doesn't understand, due to lack of detailed feedback, which clicks the leads are coming from. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
Since downloading the Windows 11 update, I am unable to access any of the apps during a meeting. I am trying to get into the Virtual Background App, and everytime I click on the icon it disappears and nothing happens.
My video has been configured to mirror. And I can see the mirroring while the meeting is ongoing. But once it ends and the recording is downloaded, the recorded file doesn't have mirroring. I have a Macbook Air M3. Is there a solution to this?
I have the desktop app, version 6.5.7 installed on my Mac (M1 running Sequoia 15.5) and have a Focusrite 4i4 Audio Interface connected to it. When I go to test my speakers, I hear audio over the speakers connected to my Audio Interface. However, when I go to test my microphone, no signal is detected. I've tried selecting my interface, the mic in my monitor, using the mics on my two iPhones, nothing works. If I log into Zoom using my browser, and select my audio interface, the mic is detected as are all the mics on my system.You would think that this is a simple permissions issue, except that I've granted the Zoom app the necessary permissions to use the microphones. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, doing a complete reboot but nothing I try lets the mics work through the app. Anyone experienced this or know what the issue might be?
I have a private room that I'm sharing with my team. They all use the same meeting URL every day and the same host key from my account. I used to be a team member in another team that had the same type of setup, only this time around I'm the owner of the account and it's my private room URL, not another persons private room. When I was a user of that in prior years everyone in the team was able to create breakout rooms after claiming host, however my team mates are not able to create breakout rooms after claiming host. I have looked trough all the settings in my profile page and inside Zoom PMI settings but there's nothing there to explain this. We are all using desktop application and there's a mix between iOS and W10. Just like it used to be in my prior team. So it's the same setup with different outcome. What's up with that? Nothing I do allows me to use my actual background. Clicking None just gets me blue sky. I can use photos but I want no virtual background. Reinstalling does nothing to help.
I am using Zoom Scheduler and it's not generating a zoom meeting link when people book times with me. Zoom scheduler books the time, adds it to my Outlook calendar, and sends a confirmation email to the person but there is NO ZOOM LINK and there is no Zoom meeting created in my account. Really at a loss here. Connected my Galaxy Buds 3, all worked fine. Closed Zoom during a break, started back up, tested Buds before logging in - worked fine. Once I got into the room however, the microphone stopped working. I double checked that the Buds were chosen as both Speakers and Microphone, independently and "Same as System." Tried testing them while in the room, sound was fine, but zero microphone. As soon as I plugged in my old USB headset, instantly everything worked. I read that there had been compatibility issues with earlier versions of Galaxy Buds, but still?Thoughts?
hiso i use zoom meeting to teach math, on my pc.i used to start the meeting by sharing whiteboard.recently, i noticed there are new whiteboards, so i try to use them. when i am not in a meeting, and i create a whiteboard, i can add an image (a file from my pc). but when i am in the middle of a meeting, i cant add an image. this option doesnt exist on the tool bar.is there a way i can do it?thanks!
I record in cloud of zoom not in my computer. When I download the video the resolution is Recording_640x360.mp4 But my resolution in OBS is 1280. I don´t know why the recolution is lower. When i do test to check all one pass. Best regards
Hi. My preferred pronouns have changed and I am unable to edit them. When I look at my profile in the app I can see my pronouns listed but when I click to change them nothing happens. I am able to edit my screen name so the app is otherwise working. I have checked and I'm definitely on the latest version of the software. I can unshare them, but I don't *want* to unshare them, I want them to be there but correct 😞 On android phone but I've also tried on my laptop. No error messages, just, nothing happens. Hope someone can help!
I used to record my ppt presentations as videos and my image was visible in a little window I could move to where i wanted it before hitting 'record'. I simply shared the screen and then opened the PPT - I did not select PPT as background. Later I added a 2nd screen and was advised to change some settings but can't remember which ones now and I don't know if it's because of that or because of the 2025 zoom update but now, when I record I can't see that little image to move it anymore. If I just open a PPT and start recording I can't see it, but when I view the video there it is - I have no choice about where it is placed.When I try to use the options on the right, instead of stretching my presentation right across the screen they center it and in that case I am able to move my image but now the ppt is centered, I'm not in front of it anymore where I want to be. Hello,I recorded a Zoom meeting in the cloud, as art of my membership business. I edited the video using Zoom's trimming tool, and both the video and audio looked perfectly fine. When I downloaded the trimmed files and tried to play them, the video did not appear, but the audio played fine. I tested these files on VLC Media Player, Camtasia Studio, and DaVinci Resolve. I then reverted the video and downloaded the originals...no luck with any of these, either. Same issue. I have previously downloaded and played many videos from Zoom with no problem, using these same tools. Today, I tried to play back the recording in the Zoom Hub and received the following message: "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." Our company is new to Zoom and we have over 400 users. When it comes to listening to call recordings, we would like to give each user access to their own recordings and managers access to their team members recordings. At this point we have found that we must manually open each of the 400+ users and add themselves and their manager to have access. That is crazy. Has anyone found a way to do this quicker in the Zoom app, or is there a way to bulk upload that information?
Previously when scheduling a meeting, there were fields to enter the time of the meeting, ie, 7pm to 9pm. Within the past month when scheduling a meeting, there are no fields to enter the specific meeting time. The invite template just shows the date fields. Is there something I'm missing or has the invite window changed? Thanks
Someone, I need some urgent help. My Zoom or my MacBook Air is having some troubles. The case is, that the virtual blue color is being set as default background on my video thought I don't choose any virtual screen. Some blur blue color is set on as background, but I want to use Zoom to show around the town as virtual tour, so I don't need any virtual background. Would you please someone help what's going on?
Hello! I am encountering an issue where all the meetings I have scheduled show as "My Name Zoom Meeting" instead of "Meeting to Discuss Budget YR 2024" (examples) in the zoom application under "meetings" menu. Has anyone seen this behavior? I schedule all my meetings through Outlook extension. Rarely in the Zoom application directly. Using Windows 10 Enterprise. Thank you!

Hello, i trying to streamline my business and looking for a solution that i dont have to manually share the recording with attendees of my zoom meeting . Yes there is an oprion of an email template but i am trying to have less work with this. i would like to autmatically get attendees the email that the meeting assets are ready. so my clients can download it instead of me doing this manually . ps i am on cloudrecordings thank you so much in advance
I put a custom disclaimer for an event and am unable to turn it off again. The toggle button is greyed out and it simply says that an it admin must do this. I have a personal pro account and am the only one using it. I tried logging out of all devices to see if that were the issue but it hasn't made any difference. Can anyone help?

Hello!I am confused by the embed passcode for one-click. I have this option turned on. Yet, at a meeting the other day, everyone reported that they had to enter the passcode when joining from the link. This is the first time anyone has said they needed to enter a passcode when joining from the link. I am wondering if one of my settings is wrecking havoc with the one-click setting?
