Hi all,I have been invited to a zoom meeting this Sunday - and I received the invite and added it to my google calendar - which worked. However this meeting is not appearing in the workspace in the zoom app.Can anyone help me ? I want to just be able to open the zoom app - see the scheduled meeting for this Sunday - and join from within the zoom app. Why is it not appearing in the zoom workspace ? I have added my google calendar acces into my zoom accountAnd I added the Zoom app into my Google Workspace
There seems to currently be no way to add multiple Google Calendars using the "Calendar and Contacts Integration" option under Account/Profile/Others/Calendar and Contacts Integration. You can only edit your google account and choose one or another. This does not work as I get Zoom invites on two google email accounts and I need all my invites from both accounts to show up in Zoom. Please add an "Add Another Account" option.
We have a Zoom webinar account set up and integrated to HubSpot. This integration has worked in the past with few issues. The HubSpot workflow we have set up for our latest webinar is running, but returning the following error "Action failed because HubSpot is being rate limited by the connected app, but will retry soon."We did just put up a new website and while I was testing the website this weekend, the number of form submissions that would trigger this workflow were less than 10 (no other API calls to Zoom). HubSpot support told us to wait to see if it cleared on its own. After 24 hours I retested and got the same error. Any ideas?

Hi there, I am trying to find a way of using different options for waiting rooms for different recurring meetings. I have 2 different recurring meetings, one each for 2 different Coaching programs I am offering. What I am trying to do is finding a way of showing different images in the waiting room of each meeting. I already tried it with groups but can't find a way of assigning a meeting to a group, so that the group settings for the waiting room will be taken. I have an employee, who is a registered user, consistently get a message that says, "Unable to Join Meeting" with a 13224 error code. What does that mean and how can I resolve that issue?
I requested support for error code 13224. It has been a week without any feedback from Zoom to resolve this matter. Whom should I turn to for help? Thanks!Dongping
Relatively new admin and finding the back end of this confusing, contradictory and overly complicated! I have call recording switched on, I have the voice message disabled - all works fine. As soon as I make someone a Recording Admin, the call is being recorded starts playing. Remove admin, recorded message goes away. Surely this isn't by design? Either way I need to give a user access to other people's recorded calls - what am I doing wrong?
I am currently looking into Fax Cover pages for Online Fax. For example we are a County Government consisting of multiple departments. I can easily create sheets for individual departments to use but they seem to be available to everyone as I add them. This makes it too easy for someone to select the wrong one and use a cover sheet with information not pertaining to their respective department. Can the availability of the cover sheets be limited in some way?
On the registration page for Zoom meetings, there's a point where the branding banner image stops scaling correctly, and only shrinks the width of the image, instead of scaling both the width and the height. This makes the branding image look squished, and it looks unprofessional. You can test this on PC by changing the width of your browser window. At a certain window width -- possibly the width where mobile phones become relevant -- the page layout will change. The grey background disappears, and the banner image starts to look squished. At that point, the page only scales the image width while maintaining constant image height.
Not sure why my meeting notice doesn't populate recipient emails...I'm forced to hyperlink the meeting notice into emails myself...
We are business and pay for products that we cannot access. Only human we can reach at Zoom is a sales rep to sell us more product. We port our phone number in, and use the zoom workspace rooms - but escalation contacts and tech support are unresponsive. We are being told by sales to rep to "create a ticket" or "escalate the ticket" and 6 days ago what seemed to be a human offered to schedule a call with us, to which we responded any time - this is urgent. They said without an exact time they cannot schedule it. We have responded to them 3x now with no reply. Help!zoom

Hello, we're using Zoom Meeting APi to create and manage meetings, we connect the mail zoom account and then use it to create meetings in behald of all zoom hosts with Pro licenses.In these last weeks we're getting more ane more errors as in subject HTTP 429 Too manu requests.We're getting this kind of error for some hosts and not for others, and even in the morning. It is not clear what API are involved in thi hard limit of 100 calls per day.It is the API to fetch meeting stats and meeting partecipants incluided in this count? Hi: Does anyone know how to turn off the voice that announces that its starting and stopping recording each time you hit record during a meeting?
I have been using Zoom for many months using by Windows 10 laptop and an external monitor with an HDMI connection. I have the "Use dual monitors" option setting checked in Zoom. When I share my presentation slides, the slides appear on my laptop and I can see the attendees on the external monitor. Works great! Yesterday, I needed to do the same at a different location. Same laptop with the same settings, but instead of an external monitor, I connected a Smart TV. Now, when I share my presentation slides, the "Use dual monitors" option does not work. What I see on my laptop is the same as what I see on the smart TV. The only way I could make this work was to extend my laptop screen onto the Smart TV, and then manipulate the two screens to simulate what worked automatically with the external monitor. Doable, but not acceptable. What changes should I make so the connection with the Smart TV will work the same way it does with a dumb external monitor?
I work for a corporate organization and we are trying to purchase a Zoom subscription. However, we have not been able to get a response from the Zoom sales team despite multiple attempts. They are not replying to our emails. This lack of communication is causing delays in renewing our subscription and affecting our business operations. If anyone has advice on how to get in touch with Zoom sales or alternative ways to purchase the subscription, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am a counselor that sees her clients online. I schedule them for so may sessions in a row. But after the holidays and for make-ups I would like to use the same zoom link. Is it possible to copy and paste the old zoom link to be used in new meetings I set up. I do not want to have the teachers have to copy and past a different link into the students schedule. I hope this makes sense.
I am the MS Teams Admin for my company. I am trying to test out the external meeting invites which is enabled on all 1700 MTR devices, but stopped working. To test it out, I created an account and scheduled a meeting and sent the invites to the device accounts in my AV lab. Both my device do not show a meeting. I was looking and read that zoom doesn't send invites? which is odd...I am sure I am doing this wrong somehow. I know I also created an ICS file in my outlook and forwarded them to my devices, which the meetings did show up that way. But I could not join my devices to the meeting in that fashion. Kinda silly being a high level teams admin but have no exposure to Zoom. Can someone tell me what I am missing so I can address this?Thanks!
I am a part of a Playwright lab that meets every Saturday. For some reason this past Saturday i couldn't get into the zoom room to join the group. I tried several times and I would get to the screen that shows my face and when I clicked the JOIN button, it kept saying waiting for the host to let me in. Eventually the instructor sent me an email saying that he was waiting for ME to let him into Zoom. What's up? Did I block him out some way? Yesterday he sent me a recording of the class I missed and I couldn't open that link either. Instead of seeing the arrow or the small hand with the pointing finger, I saw that small vertical line and no action. What's going on here.
Hello I recorded 5 interviews last week with zoom recorder (on the computer, not on the cloud). The folders were created like they always are, but (I didn't check at the time) the folders are empty!!!!! What happened????? I never saw anything like that. They're all empty. I also am not able to play them back on my zoom recordings page. What is going on?Thanks
