Call Recording Announcement
Relatively new admin and finding the back end of this confusing, contradictory and overly complicated!
I have call recording switched on, I have the voice message disabled - all works fine.
As soon as I make someone a Recording Admin, the call is being recorded starts playing. Remove admin, recorded message goes away.
Surely this isn't by design? Either way I need to give a user access to other people's recorded calls - what am I doing wrong?
