I have an employee, who is a registered user, consistently get a message that says, "Unable to Join Meeting" with a 13224 error code.  What does that mean and how can I resolve that issue?

Zoom Error Code 13224 is not a widely documented official error. It may indicate a system malfunction, an issue with the Zoom app's software, or a problem with your network settings. To troubleshoot, you can restart your computer and the Zoom app, check your firewall and antivirus settings, ensure you have a stable internet connection, or try reinstalling the Zoom application.

I have checked everything but still getting error code 13224.
